I can't access the game to get my ID, It will not load. It's ok I have deleted it. I like this game, but every since I updated it, It will not load up to play it. All my other games load fine. But I play this game more than the others so please help me with this or I will have to delete it. Thank you.

My review wasn't updated when I edited it... "The game is too big, wasting a lot of storage space. Stopped playing after beating the game. Awaiting update now. (There's one coming for sure.) I didn't want to completely uninstall while I was waiting and risk losing my progress so; This app has been put into deep sleep because I want to keep a backup copy of my save data. But it takes up 3 gigabytes still! Need a delete unused data option. (My previous review was simply two words: Login failed."

I have had so much trouble paid a lot of money. I contacted customer service sent screenshots to all you ever here, is we will relay your message. It never gets fixed. This last update was a joke. You changed the game to where it isn't fun anymore. Either you all don't know what you're doing or just gave up on the game. I sent you a problem I was having, and it's still not fixed.

Very disappointing game. Could be amazing IF you didn't have to spend so much money to get forward in the game. I want a game that you can move ahead purely on doing the tasks and one that doesn't make me poor.

Recent update for X'mas and the app has frozen. Unable to play and it's not even reacting to the touch screen or the stylus. This update is not working. Please fix the issue immediately. It's a limited task. Time is of the essence here.

It seems like I'm getting no where in this game and it's because of the energy and the endless cleanup.Instead of energy,she should have tools that break overtime and need to be repaired or replaced at work stations.The game is fun and it's offline.I intend to keep it,but the energy sucks.

I wrote 5 starts cause I looove this game but... I can't log in!! I've unisntalled and installed it again, still no luck. No place to ask for help so I'm writing here in the hopes to reach someone to help me please 🙂 Edit: email address on app and problem fixed New Edit: the new update sucks!!! I'm changing my stars because other then giving more events (1 a month not enough) and decorations (we don't even have trees for decorating), you have changed the graphics and doesn't look good or works!

Was fun first two islands. After that requires crystals to go forward. Each explosive costs 9 crystals meaning either watch 9 ads or buy the crystals. I would think 5-6 ads views is enough per a gaming session but the company thinks it should be 15-20. Too excessive

Playing this game from last 15 days. Its so addictive and fun. Please change your thumbnail. The game quality and clarity is very very much better than the thumbnail. This reminds me Farmville and hayday type. But with far more exciting level and character. 👍 👍 👌 🌟

lovely game. i just wish you could delete the ugly fences and buy new ones. also takes ages to move stuff around. i like to decorate and build new fences to make specific areas. plse give us a delete button. another gripe, you buy to expand and you get the tiniest of area released. come on give us more space. i have stopped building items because of this

Fun until I was asked to make a corn pie, with no specific instructions. I tried twice to guess the needed ingredients but both times it said, "Research failed." Not funny. Wish the game would just tell me what I need for these recipes instead of trying to make me guess so much. And please change the game icon so it's actually relevant.

I am so very disappointed and frustrated. I truely loved this game, but since the upgrade I have lost buildings, energy and more. Got in contact but they have done nothing. NOW, it won't even load. EDIT.. You are telling us to contact you through the game problem is the game won't load. Do you actually read the reviews, or are you replies computer generated. 🤔

Really bad game. It starts out nice and fun and everything but it's just like every other game out there, you hit a brick wall cuz u don't have enough resources to build the building so you can expand your storage for example and that stops you from collecting other things that you need to build things. It's a vicious circle and ultimately what the bottom line is they want you to buy gems or coins So you can keep moving in the game and that's just ridiculous.

Started off good but becomes incredibly annoying. Levels become harder to pass with the most ridiculous efforts having to be made just to fix a bridge or mend a statue... then the level is over with no substance to it whatsoever. They just give tasks that will take very long to pass to stop you progressing quicker. You will enjoy the game until the 5th or 6th level when things start to deteriorate.

Super relaxing and pleasant. The sound byte used for the girl's voice is a little...well...a high pitched gasp which could be worked on to change first impressions...adult ones lol...I cannot be the only one who hears this. Otherwise a super fun game that provides all you need to progress without any need to spend real money, what a great game model! Can't wait to get back into it!
