The best of the Universal Remote Control Apps I have tried. Great to be able to customise the buttons for each device. Ads are discreetly displayed at the bottom with no full screen ads. Prepared to pay for an ad-free version. Many thanks to the developer.

Good app. I need all my remotes in on app. This is not perfect yet, but quite useful. You should add remotes for smart devices like android tv, android box, wifi leds etc, so All the remotes including IR, Bluetooth and WiFi devices are organised in a, single app. Can you please do a tutorial on how to make remote files for ir devices not present in the database? It will help you as people will keep adding more devices to your database

This app is brilliant! So many insanely useful features. The remotes I want work perfectly. Sony TV and Airtel STB. Macro is the most important feature for me, combined with the ability to add many macros on the same screen. I have my own custom 8-10 macros setup. It's like having my own custom remote.

I use this infrared remote control app for some hard to find devices such as the Onkyo Tx-Sr608, Daikin A/C, as well as Samsung TVs. I have just one minor issue - I cannot get it to appear on Quick Settings menu on MediaTek phones, though it does appear on Qualcomm phones

Perfect app, well done to the developer! Thanks to the developer's help, I have been able to find what was wrong with my rpi (update to buster at the time was breaking the irrecord). Ads are not intrusive (a big plus!) and the app is simple but very functional (do we need anything more than that?).

I have an old TV from a lesser known brand and after I lost the remote for it, I started trying IR remote apps to see if they would work with it. After sifting through probably docens, this one not only worked with my TV, it also let me edit the hex code for the buttons, so I was able to make all of the buttons work properly by swapping the hex codes in the ones that didn't. Exceptional app, I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

I downloaded this app, because i was desperate for an Xbox ir remote app and i found the ir codes for xbox in a forum, so this app lets you bring in ir codes, that's why i chose it. To my suprise the app already featured xbox one controlls and even the first complete remote layout for my old af Orion TV. The adds are not annoyingly popping up over the screen and stay put in a little bar on the bottom screen, unlike with all other free remote apps i tried. It opens amazingly fast. I love it.

I don't usually rate apps but I had to rate this one, it's by far the best IR remote app in the store. I have a brand of TV that's not available in this or any other map models list, but I managed to make it work with irplus by combining buttons from 5-6 other TVs! Nedless to say, I know nothing about programming remotes, IR codes, XML editing etc., but I still managed to do it, if somone knew all those things he would have endless possibilities with this awesome app

Very handy. Even if you only use as a backup remote, like when you lose one or troubleshoot faulty remotes problems ... or great for pranks at a friend's house :) Database is big enough such that even if I can't find the exact model, there are similar models which work usually with 100% of functions. I've used on 4 tvs, 2 stereos, 1 aircon. "Out of ten, it's a win." - Flossy Carter.

This is the first app I've rated. I've looked through so many apps trying to find something that actually works, that didn't seem like there was some alterier motive behind it. After plenty of searching, I found this. Great job. Found a similar Sony receiver that worked. Sony don't even update their own app. Really happy with what you've done. More than just the 6 buttons others offer too. Keep up the good work.

This app is actually useful. All other remote apps are rubbish, only show a few buttons on each page and have terrible subscription models, full page ads and hard to use UI. This app isn't perfect, but it's way better than anything else. Protip: look at the model number of your existing remote and pick the closest to that number, not the tv or device.

This really is excellent - gives more options than my actual TV remote such as switching direct to a specified input. Really was the icing on the cake when I discovered it has widgets to add to your home screen and they are totally customisable. My only feedback would be to allow custom text in the widgets, but that's just picking hairs. Very rare to find an app that is free, developed by an individual and does an amazing job. Great work, thank you so much for your skills!

I had a 7 inch display controller (for a OSMC system) from some chinese brand, so I wasn't able to find a remote for it's IR receiver. The app is great in the sense that it lets you modify buttons (icons, texts) , have access to souce codes(also edit them) and also tests you test buttons from all remotes at once, instead of selecting a remote and then testing it out. Also, widgets are great Thanks a lot for the application!

Was able to record and playback codes for my tv on my LG V20. Needed to look at the video in the help to figure out the recording steps though. Didn't see that button to record at first, but easy to do once you know what to do. Would be great if i could somehow integrate into Google assistant. EDIT: seems that i can't add buttons to a learned set. Removing a star. EDIT: Looks like this might support voice commands, but not sure how it works. EDIT: Couldn't get built in XML editor to work. This is a good app. I look forward to the bugfixes.

Excellent app, well done to this developer! Ok the last app update is 2020 but let's face it, most phones newer than that have no ir emitter anyway. I like how you select the model number (or closest to it) of the actual remote control itself - and the option to update the list (extensive it is too!) appears to still work. Ads not too intrusive either, I don't mind that. Used this to rename my old Samsung TV's HDMI input to "PC", which improves the pixel mapping. (lost original remote)

I love this app..I've used other remote apps before I found ths one, but I'm hooked now. i only started havng problems now that i got a new tv. I'm having trouble finding the correct device to use. It's a Westinghouse digital TV. I see a couple different devices to choose from but none of them work for my TV. If you could help me out that would be amazing! !! it'll be 5☆ again ! ☆☆☆☆☆

Worked great but now there's a weird issue where it sends every signal twice. I didn't change any settings so it seems to be an issue with the app. Other than that it's a cool app, I like the idea of letting you customize the layout with XML instead of a GUI. EDIT: I don't have a custom rom, I'm using stock Android 4.4.4.

A Remote that actually works! If you have been looking for universal remotes like peel or any of those other junk a$$ remote apps like i did, you finally found a good one. Ever since ir has been removed from mobile phones, almost all remtoe apps have gone to hell and simply don't work or don't have all your devices or are plagued with so many ads i feel infected just opening them. Not with this app. It's not as glamorous with the looks of the remotes, but it has all the buttons and it just works

This is an awesome remote! Very easy to use and no obtrusive ads. The only thing I wish it has was the ability to make a custom remote with buttons from your other remotes instead of using one remote to turn on the TV and then switching remotes to turn on the cable box. I also noticed that it eats my battery extremely fast when it's open. But other than, that it's great

I used this app with my OnePlus12 to try and be able to turn some cheapo LED light strip on and off. After struggling to find a way to turn them both on and off in the same app, I was able to make some icons that perfectly match the rest of my home screen in fifteen minutes with this app. The value here is tremendous: the app offers compatibility with literally hundreds of different brands and products, from Denon receivers to Aldi light strips, along with a ton of icon/color/etc. options. TYSM!
