Neverending disappointment. Servers tend to go down during important events keeping you from getting needed upgrades and the game cheats in that special abilities you have won't work. It's pay to win so even through grinding you'll never get what you need to compete for example to get certain items you have to fight opponents who are way overpowered so you get frustrated and end up having to pay for those items. Controls have lapsed too making the game harder to play.

Every month, after the update, I have to uninstall and reinstall about 6 times before the game doesn't lag for several minutes. Plus even after reinstall, the game always freezes and forces you to close out. I have a Galaxy S10, so it's definitely not due to a cheap phone. It also froze when I made a purchase for the 5* Leprechaun Count and I had to close out. Not knowing it completed the purchase, I bought it again. So I now have two 5* Leprechaun Counts!!! >:(

Constant lag, glitching and connectivity issues over the last couple of years so I'm guessing it isn't a concern to the developers as long as you're pumping money into the game, which I don't. The only thing that makes this game interesting is the content, otherwise it's the same grind over and over. At the moment, the game is locking up whenever I leave the main screen and I'm unable to do anything else. However, the store tabs still work in case I want to spend money with them. Ripoff.

Aside from the constant freezing of gameplay (usually when you're about to defeat a boss) and server errors (which are obviously a problem on my end...), the newest update has required permissions to bother you with push notifications. If you turn off notifications, you get 3 items that essentially demand you enable notifications, or the game will not work. Pretty f-ing sneaky and rude. Things to like, though, are the lack of advertising in the game, so ya got that going for you, which is nice.

Fun game when it works. But the server connection errors are a severe test of ones patients. You can go anywhere from 3 hours to 24 hours without being able to connect. Which in turn makes you miss making event milestones without any kind of compensation from them. Would increase star rating if this got fixed but the connection issues have been going on for over a year.

I'd say it's not that bad! It's a cool game with amazing decieations and character forms you can get. However, there are still a bit if bug problems that Some people are getting in the apps. (Which it's still being fixed. Even though some of the people are playing 100% okay) But I kinda see it funny and cool whenever I play it. So I'd say I recommend it if anyone else is willing to Play this amazing game! :D

awesome game with very cool characters. storyline is a little funky, but a very positive experience. progression is easy, but getting the different Eddie versions is a bit of a grind. at lvl 13 now, but looking forward to the rest of the functions in the game. daily log in are a good boost, but I haven't felt like if I didn't hit every day I would be hamstrung.

Firstly, I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because of one big complaint about this game, otherwise, it would've gotten a full 5. This game is basically RAID: Iron Maiden Edition - it is AWESOME if you're a fan of either one or both. My only complaint: It has a HORRIBLE updating and downloading system at the title screen - happens very frequently I have to wait 10+ minutes before I can play. Then you have to wait again for additional downloads. Dev team: please fix this, it takes way too long.

It seems like it might be a good game, if I got to play more of it. When the fairy lady leaves in Wicker Man Land, I dont summon any souls and the screen goes black. The other stuff, like the gold, hour glasses and ironite, are still on the screen, but anything else is black. It bugs me, because I wanna play it. If it is fixed, or there is a way to solve the problem, I'll change my review. I have a galaxy s8 by the way It's all better now

After some initial issues getting to gameplay were resolved, the visuals are gorgeous. The game is kinda like Magic. Stack your deck with effects, beat your opponents with those effects. Some of the features that have gone away are really useful, and need to come back, or be notated online. For example, the ability to search effects and have a list of characters that have those effects.

Soooooooo close to great. Musically, this gets 4327 stars because it's Maiden. The game itself is clever, addicting, & fun. But it's just plagued by too many server/connectivity issues, causing in-game currency to be lost. It could be great, but the company needs to back off on the constant barrage of new content and address the more core issue of the near-constant server problems.

I have been playing for a good bit, not too too long but even then I notice some things that arent too well done with this game. The game has a hard halting point near the end of the underworld and even if you manage to scrape through or even do just fine with it, youre stopped again with a huge difficulty spike at night city. Along with that the objectives on some of the skulls quests are ridiculous like 100% health by the end when there's enemies that die upon hit.

I love this game! Iron Maiden is a great band, and it's fun to get to play through Eddie's story. I would give 5 stars but there are a few glitches I am experiencing. One is that when completing a battle the game won't reward me the skulls I earned. the second is that when doing skull quests the game needs to be reatarted for it to recognize the ines i have finished. It truly is an amazing game though.

UPDATE: Server stability has improved. Still many issues; feels like "work in progress" --Officially unplayable due to server connection issues. Freezes up every few minutes, making it impossible to complete basic objectives or gather rewards. Unless a total system overhaul is planned, this game is dead. R.I.P. It was a decent pay-to-win, and really fun...when you can play.

Fun concept, but think twice before spending money. Glitches keep special rewards out of reach, and the support team won't restore items lost because of software errors. I even sent a video of the glitches to support. Support response: "These types of issues can appear in live games, and the team is continually working to refine game performance. Unfortunately we are unable to provide characters outside of being earned in game." In other words, our software is flawed, but thanks for the $$.

micro purchases are insane to get anywhere in the game, so if you want to get anywhere in the game be prepared to spend a ton of money, parts of game are insanely hard even on normal mode. I understand it's not supposed to be easy but this is ridiculous. event challenges are almost impossible to complete. the graphics and game play is good just a lot needs to be fixed to make the game all around great

The game play itself is fun but I've never had a mobile game operate so poorly. Lots of lag and glitch. If that wasn't enough it constantly shuts down, usually when i'm right in the middle of doing something, and I have to restart the game again. Thought about doing some in game purchases but have decided otherwise until they can provide an enjoyable and functional playing experience.

I used to love this game but ever since it left nodding frog production, it has gone downhill. The gameplay is either too easy or damn near impossible. The AI tends to "cheat" on some of the special stages. Too many tailsmans and upgrades make some things impossible to complete. The reward system completely sucks now. You hardly ever get anything worth the time and effort put into the harder stages. This company is more about the buying of characters and upgrades. Dont play like i used to.

The game was great until they started adding dungeons that are untested for bugs and the constant server restarts make it almost unplayable. Having to close and restart the game so it does track progress is now a nuisance. Especially when the game decides to just not load, even after going into settings to clear cache. With all the "new" features it has become a chore and too time consuming to play seriously now. Cant forget to mention rewards not always going into inventory at the end of week.

every frontier is either impossible to beat or gives worthless rewards. once you reach the point where the game should be MORE fun, it just becomes pointless and infuriating. once you finish the storylines, you might as well quit and delete the app. also, they've had features "coming soon" for almost 10years. that's practically a Beta pretending to be a finished game.
