Pathetic App. UPI doesn't work after mobile number update. Customer care and technical team is clueless. Other bank apps were able to work seamlessly even with mobile number update. Will give zero star especially for the customer care and technical team response. Update after 2 months: The rating stays. No clue from customer care for a fix even after 2 months and after providing detailed screenshot.Support team asks to post in Social media. Again it goes to same incapable Team.Will uninstall app

Worst application available on Google Play Store. After login whenever I click on credit card or any other section, it shows we are unable to perform this action, pls try again later.. Yes Bank and management did nothing to update this app. Everyone should uninstall it right now and try to switch to another bank available nearby your residence.

There is no option of update mobile number in this credit card application of IRIS by yes bank. Every other bank credit card applications are having option to change the mobile number on his/her own very easily by using OTP's. But this application is not that much easy and not user friendly. Instead this yes bank is asking to fill and send application through post. It's too long process. Now a days no one accepts this process. Please add the option for updating mobile number also.

I need to activate my credit card for that reason I have downloaded the app. Whenever I try to register it through mobile number it says mobile number verification failed. It's been 3 days I am trying to register through app but all in vain. My number is already registered in bank. Fix your software glitches and bugs. Or else I will tear my credit card and throw it in the river.

App is good but need some correction regarding payment acceptance. I have done my yes bank credit card payment before due date and after 2 days, it was updated in app. Other bank like HDFC and IDFC are showing this kind of payment update on the spot in their banking app. So, this kind of app improvement is mandatory for easier use.

To very difficult to open the application. it is shown to very harmful application and not secure the baking purpose.i have 2 times update and also installed but nothing to be open and proper work application. very poor application work. in emergency how to manage account and it so much horrible experience in my life. Last 2 days I opened the application but didn't open. please give me solution on an urgent basis.

Yes Bank app does not show my card anymore and search on yea Bank website does not result in any search results for IRIS. So, no way of knowing if it's authentic. The previous review was replied to with an automated message, of course 😔. Now, when i try to access credit cards it says error occurred, we regret inconvenience and has been like this for more than a week. Of course, the app does not allow screenshot for evidence. I have a pixel and updated the app, but I bet automated response.....

Checked Version 2.9.0, but still issue persists, Old App was better... Their developers are not able to fix the issue and don't know whether there is any tester because they are uploading their app without testing, Facing Login issue, related to mpin, means once we entered wrong mpin, app will be locked for 12 hrs, and the app shows that you tried 3 times, really Hectic as I tried once and they locked by saying 3 wrong attempts. Time waste App.

Mutual fund and demat account options will take time to fill in 4 pages and then , it says . Sorry doesn't work since last 2 years. After you contact personal manager, they just say send 20 documents, even more than opening a bank account rather than taking care of app. I have sent on twitter and they say forwarded to team. Your app needs to be more friendly. Look at your competitors like Grow etc , everything is possible through app but not yours.

It has improved a lot over the period of time and now with the latest UI changes looks pretty awesome to use. Could have little improvement by bringing in Features like allowing address update with all validation needed.

Very stupid and irritating app. I had high hopes after YES BANK revamped itself, including the app. But all hopes are in vain now. 1st - this app has suddenly started denying permission citing issues of other apps( calling them blacklisted, while my other banking apps r fine) 2nd- I have been reaching out to their customer care on a regular basis but none of them seem 2 know anything about this issue. 3rd- tried using it on my tab. Doesn't open citing network issues. I'll soon deactivate my a/c

After last update not able login. As app automatically verifying mobile which getting failed. I think all users might experiencing same issue, need quick fix. Second review. After sending details as per below feedback, why there is no improvement, since long I am not able use app to track my transactions, Yes Bank has started to say NO customer support... I am reading below so many feedback have similar issues, still Bank not getting solutions??? Shall we need to approach RBI for this ???

Never Open in Yes Bank, Online Mobile Application iris not working properly, after multiple time put right pin but show incorrect, this scenario Happens multiple time's, i mail to yes touch but after some time he/she close ticket without solution. Also try to connect to Call but every time he/she said you connected to different departments, (said that you have to try again and connected to account department) why you not able to transfer that call to related department?

I am using an app called: money manager. Which I have donwloaded from PlayStore. But still does not open while i have that app in my phone. It just says blacklisted app. Without any description or justification. And this problem started arising recently. Kindly fix this issue, contact the app maker and let them know what's the issue because money manager app (by realbytes) is a very useful app for expense tracking.

Absolutely terrible app. It just doesn't let me open the app citing problems with other apps installed on my phone. At least the previous YES Bank app was functional, if not good. This is bad, and am forced to use a computer everytime for anything. Useless! And no, I am not writing you an email and on X defining my issue faced.

Yes mobile was much better App. This one is useless. Can not even access my full accounts and deposits. No options also available for searching anywhere . Get it corrected and updated rather than telling everyone to share concern by mail. See the concerns mentioned here only and modify accordingly. There is no proper solution given even on complaining

The bank is not allowing to use the old app (which was a very good app) and the new Iris app does not recognize my MPIN. So basically, i am unable to access my account details using either of their apps. I am furious. Update on 29Jun2024 - This new app is so horrible, it doesnt even have simplest of things like FD advices/statements available after FD maturity OR a total of all holdings in your account! Absolute shame.

Privacy Nightmare! App won't work without access to make phone calls, read all my messages, have notifications enabled, and my precise location. In the name of security, this app wants access to everything. Even the option for approximate location is not accepted. Quite disappointed. I couldn't even get to the login screen to try the application. I would give it a rating of 0 if I could.
