I don't understand how student accommodation companies are so incompetent at making apps it's actually funny. Can't log in, because the app is broken.

Gets stuck on loading. Cookies don't go away after accepting them making it impossible to access any function.

I used the same sign in as the website and it gave me a completely new Customer ID which is annoying because the new ID doesn't have my contract information on there.

I can't login to the app and it says my password is acceptable but I tried to reset my password just in case but it doesn't recognise my email even though it is the correct email.

Stuck at the login page, it won't let me press login. The button outline is greyed out instead of green, even though I put email and password correctly.

My email and password are corect as I CAN log on with them on my laptop, but when I try to log on with any of my phones it logs me in as (resident) instead of showing my name and details.

Works well and is very helpful to use for my accommodation. It allows me to be informed on parcels and easy to use.

The idea of the app is smart and the interface is really intuitive. But most of the time it's not working or updated, that's a pity

The app itself is very buggy, but it's very convenient for maintenance when you can get it to work; which comes quickly and resolves your issue hassle free.

Currently stuck on the login screen. Password is entered correctly but still says that it's the wrong combination. Hopefully this will be fixed in an update!

No problem so far. Just got it. To use, you need to enter a password that is long enough that a tick appears, like next to the email. Then you get an email which sends you a verification code before the log in button turns green.

A lot of bugs, annoying cookie prompts makes it impossible to proceed with bookings and stuff. Almost as if the app doesn't want people to come and rent the place

Cannot register Inputted a valid email, green tick symbol. Inputted a valid password, green tick symbol. Login appears, incorrect details. No email for registering. This is heavily broken, just add a registration page rather than putting both of them into one.

The bloody "accept/reject cookies" popup not only blocks content, but also doesn't disappear when you click either option 😠. Not only that but neither the app or the browser version recognizes my login details despite a) being autofilled and b) selecting the "keep me signed in" button. Utterly aweful app and U.I

Don't waste your time trying to get this app to work because nothing will help. There are the obvious glaring issues with the login interface being unclear and when I asked customer service they did very little to help and told me to ask my reception, who also knew very little and told me that the app is useless anyway, just use the website it does the same thing.

It's a good app, very efficient, quick and easy to use. I am able to get all the necessary help and information required through the app. Strongly recommended, if you are staying on an IQ property.
