The makeup choices seem to be losing their creativity, lately the choices have felt like choosing the best of a bad lot. The products that are being sent with the boxes are cheaper and more repetitive than before. Where are the gorgeous eyeshadows, the quality foundations, or the luxurious...well, anything?? Feels like Ipsy is both tired and trying to make a higher profit. I understand making a profit, but make sure you're not sacrificing what draws your customers to you in the 1st place.

Ok so I been with ipsy for some time. But first of all I moved not so far from where I used to live but for some reason It's taking twice the time for my bag to arrive to my new address. sometimes I don't even get it until the end of the month. it's getting a bit annoying. And now they have this ($3 cash) that pops up and you can't go to your main page even if you cancel it. So what are we being forced to buy something from the choices that they're giving us? Might have to cancel subscription!!

When I first subscribed to Ipsy, it was so different and I loved it. Now it's a lot more expensive, you never get updated on the price change (well you may through email, but my email is so full of junk I rarely get my updates), but the rates are doubled and the products, even though are great most of the time, smell old at times. Actually it is becoming so not worth the price.

Best beauty box subscription. The options for sizes, the add-ons, and the ability to choose 1-3 of the products you receive is awesome. This ensures that you always get at least a few things you'll truly LOVE, and few to try out as well. They also really use the beauty quiz to pick the products you'll most likely love. I hate red lipstick on myself and have never received one! The add-ons include products that are $135+, for just $3, $12, $18, and $25! I paid $25 for a $290 skincare set!

The app itself is fine. I'm so tired of ipsy. Been a member twice, combined 4years. I have updated my preferences and sent messages yet I still get mainly types items I don't use. Twice, they sent me something that I picked the month before. Right now I get to pick an item for April but, FIVE of the items are things I've gotten in the last 6 months. I have enough highlight to be seen from space! It's inexpensive but, end up giving most of it to my daughter. I'm done with it.

At 34 years old, I discovered my true love for color (makeup). I was no doubt a beginner and knew absolutely nothing. Through direct selling makeup AND ipsy, I have learned so much and drastically changed my makeup "game". I keep my beauty profile and preferences up to date, and I always review the products I get so that I get better matches in future bags. Sometimes I do have to look up a product to find out exactly the best way to use it, but I love them all for the most part. I 💗 ipsy!

IPSY is the best I've ever used. I prefer this beauty box to any other that I've tried. I love being able to pick out some items for my bag. If I ever have an issue with something missing or damaged they respond fast and courteous. If you're on the fence about getting it, DO IT. You won't regret it. I got a few items worth $300 each. They are reliable, fast, so helpful and kind. I pay $31.64 a month for 6 full items and I pick out 3. Then every 3 months I pay $60 for 8 full items. Worth it!

1st thing first. You are paying for free samples!!!!I paid $5 for 2 tiny lipsticks with "Not for Resale" printed directly on them. Unfortunately, i bought a bunch of their $5 items. I've had nothing but trouble since I signed up and have contacted customer service repeatedly. I gave 2 stars because Customer Service is quick to reply and did try to fix all the issues I've had. I've gotten broken items, brands I've never heard of, most made in China, written in Chinese. Go to Allure Box

I'm updating my review. I have been with ipsy sence the first year they arrived. Loved it. And although I still like it,it not as great as it once was. Prices went up and products repeat alot. Plus the personalization doesn't seem to hit it's target as much as it use to. I find myself having to throw away perfectly good products (I have no one to donate them too) because I would never use them. Wish the customization was better.

Slow at times, but otherwise not bad. I generally am happy with the Ipsy experience and get products I'll use and that match my preferences. The points system isn't great. By the time I have the points for a product I want, they've changed the offerings and it's no longer available. Shipping could be better, but products arrive unbroken although sometimes items are missing and I have to get replacement items.

Awesome app and service! The products received are high quality, and the service allows me to continually explore quality makeup and broaden my understanding of it, as well as my understanding of my own preferences. Great beauty tips, deals, and customer service. Though I've had a fee hiccups, mainly my own fault, Ipsy has never failed to come through and respond within mere hours. The extensive beauty profile allows me to express what types of products I like, or would like to try, and is always able to be changed to match new preferences. Emails I've gotten in return regarding any issues have always been polite, prompt, thorough, and fully satisfying. I've never been disappointed by Ipsy yet.

I truly LOVE this app, I get to try SO many new products that I wouldn't regularly pick out and I don't think I have ever had a bag come that I thought was a waste. Easy to skip a month if needed or cancel for a period of time and come back. I have had it off and on for YEARS and will likely be a customer for life. If I love makeup, skin care, hair care, or anything in between you should give this membership a try. It will not disappoint!

The company has trouble delivering to the right place even if you change your address multiple times in both locations that have your address. If you email you can actually get replacements but you don't really know when they come in cuz the tracking system is not upstate. Did you try to replace everything that they send out wrong.

Terrible app. I've been a customer for abt a yr & Im constantly getting repeats &duds. My biggest issue is the app freezing constantly. I pay for the boxycharm &the bonus so $60 there plus glambag $20. For $80/mo, so when I had an issue with the app freezing & then submitting my order without my picks, I was obviously really upset. Customer service refused to do anything, now I'm stuck with 3 fullsize products I won't/can't use for various reasons. Customer service is one of the worst I've ever.

I've "cancelled" my subscription 3 times now and I continue to be charged despite cancellation. The fact that they don't offer refunds under any circumstances and they're only response to a problem with cancellation is putting the fault on you is something I definitely should have seen before hand but I admit I was drawn in by the countless ads I saw. Subscription quality is mediocre at best and has big scam vibes. If I ever manage to cancel it, I won't be using ipsy again.

I've subscribed to ipsy for several years now. I feel like a lot has changed since they merged with Boxy Charm. They raised their prices, customer service isn't what it was before, but their sales are what keep me as a customer. Being able to purchase name brand beauty products for 70-80% off make all of the other frustrations worth it. So if you're a product junkie like me, I recommend subscribing to the $13/mo glam bag just to have access to the awesome sales.

My experience with ipsy has not been exceptional. Each time I select my options of items, I get something totally different from what I've chosen. Lately, I have received over the past 3 month the same eye shadow pallets, several lipsticks replaced with other silly items that I don't select. There's no way to contact a real person over their website to speak to and it's becoming frustrating. I will cancel my subscription today

It's too slow! If you didn't have that heart constantly going it would run faster. Just delete the heart & go to the page. I don't get on ipsy much anymore for thos very reason. Probably others out there that feel the same way. My phone is fairly new and all of my other apps work fine as long as they don't have a freaking heart or any other object that goes on & on loading the page. Maybe I'll uninstall cause it also runs down my battery & memory. Fix it plz

I've updated this 4×'s now, every few yrs! It's been well over a decade since I joined! I've left, come back, etc. But 1 thing remains the same: a heck of a value at the end of the day, plus a cute bag! Ya, I always get things I picked RARELY for, but overall, it's actually perfect for me! I'm not stuck w/ a full size that I can't use, so w/ it being smaller, I get to try it first! I LOVE that we have choices now! I love Ipsy, bc of them I've found SO many awesome products! Many thanks💋💘🙏

I like Ipsy, and I do enjoy the whole shopping experience on the site. However, the app oftentimes lags, when trying to go from one thing to another. I wish it were faster, and a little easier to navigate. However, I do appreciate the online assistant as well as (real person) customer service; I've had a couple of orders that I needed help with, and both options have helped me. I love getting surprises every month with my subscription, as well as the additional orders I've made.
