Every time it creates some issue while opening it, forget password option is also not good. This app need a full transformation, should work fast and smooth. This time it show you can't use this app when remote sharing apps are installed (anydesk type apps).

Not working , getting error while open the app like "for safer banking experience, mobile banking app can not be used when remote sharing apps like anydesk are installed". Even I don't have any application installed like this please fix the issue and update the application as soon as possible, If it works It will changed from 1 star to more

Not working since last two days. Each time a massege to update the latest version appears again and again but it is not updating from play store. Is there someone who could react to the reviews.? On updation the app shows login button. While trying to login it sends a verifying massege to the registered number. Each time massege charges are debited but the allows no log in. After some time it shows maximum attempts try after 24 our. Now 24 ours have also been passed but it shows again the same.

I would suggest not to make transactions from this app. This is very slow and non working app. Every evining time this app always faced problems and issues also it has to much bugs.Sometimes the transaction is failed but the money is debited from the account and if we call customer care. It's of no use, they would entertain us. This happened to me twice. Once the amount was less, but second time the amount was more. And now my money is not getting credited. Pathetic!!!!!

This app prevents me from logging in and repeatedly displays a "mobile number verification failed" message, despite previously functioning smoothly with the same mobile number. After attempting to re-verify the mobile number multiple times, it locks me out for 24 hours. I hope that the developers are taking note of user feedback and addressing the reported issues.

App is not working properly. Always shows connecting to server. If it opens the functions even not work properly. I have got my credited money after 3 days. This app does not able to send money sometimes. And after week or month it always demand for Re-login and you have to change your pin even you can not use your used pins this make a lots of chances that we might forget the pin we entered last time.. I think it needs a lot of changes and a strong server control to manage the customers....

This application is not supporting now when login asking for sim selection but there is a notification on the selection of the sim not allowing to select for further process for login Not able to call the customer service also what online service are this department is providing very sad.... If going to the nearest office even they don't know how to solve this problem.. Don't know who to call or how to solve

There' technical glitch in the new update unable to select sim slot due to which the app is not opening called customer support with no response. Technical team kindly look into this issue. Thanks

Most idiotic Application, every time App is updated you are logged out & will be asked for registration again. If MPIN is same a previous, it will not prompt ahead. It will prompt only after completing all steps pathetic App. For the first time after the App Update, it prompted to enter the MPIN directly. Lotto improve

Much much annoying app. This is surprising, whether the developers themselves operate it or not for trial. On mobile verification page sim slots and other things are overlapping and nothing is possible except error msg. Most extremely disappointed after many many trials. Bogus ...

Most of the time it doesn't work for me while making transactions. Hence, this application got into devastated. It's been fourty eight hrs I am suffering from many errors from this app, such as I am not able to login my app. I am exhausted with trying plenty of times. Before a week I received a notification meanwhile opening the app by conveying app updation 2024. Unfortunately, hard time started afterwards I am not able to make payments at all.

Doesn't work with Samsung J2 mobile and couldn't able to detect the mobile number. Asks to insert SIM. Older version worked very well.The main bug is this app often asks to register again and pops up to change MPIN when trying to make some payment. It seems like all over India for 140 crore people it has only one server. I have given number of complaint in kumbakonam PO no improvement. It is not working if some tech apps are installed in our mobile.

I don't know why it asking location.And it's very annoying cuz if you don't allow location it not enter. The password we put for this app got expired and more than that we can't use password that already used. And i opened Premium account but it not transferring money above 15k. Simply annoying. And if i transfer money from my SB to IPPB, it tell me to wait 24 hrs for next transaction. That's the most fu€king rule in this app

Very difficult to set up new mpin after a reset. It will say mpin is already used. But this error msg will come after filling acc no, DOB, secret questions etc and OTP. Why the hell they didn't check at first stage itself whether the mpin is already used or not. It's a whole day task to set a new mpin once you changed the sim from slot1 to slot2. Can't copy paste the account number and customer ID. So manually enter everything and atlast it will show you Mpin already used before.

After updating, it's showing a re-registration prompt. I have filled out all the fields and answered the security questions. Finally, the OTP is generated, but the keyboard is not automatically appearing to enter it, making manual entry. Otherwise the app will run smoothly and user friendly

Worst app. After new update, it needs to turn on the mobile data. We live abroad, where Indian mobile data cannot be accessed. Now what's the use of tha app if you cannot access it from anywhere. The problem continues even if the sim is in the same phone. Now if the money is not paid on time, they are going to charge extra. Totally helpless at this point. Disappointed in the post app.

I faced the same OTP issue as others. Resolved by going into Truecaller ->settings->general -> messaging apps (under auto search). Was turned off earlier, turned it on for OTP to auto read. Edit: another issue after update. App requests to verify my details by sending out a text message and also having mobile data turned on. Tried it 10 times in the past week and It fails everytime stating "error. We are unable to fetch your details ....".

Overall it is good where it saved our time going to post office and standing in queue. But some time app get hang, slowness is something can improve on. I noticed once after any transaction[eg,after insurance or ppf payment confirmation page] clicking home button in confirmation page, home page completely get stuck and there is no option other than log out and relogin again to browse other feature.

This app worked okay for me for a while, but I am facing many issues off late. I am been repeatedly asked to re-register even though I have registered before. The registration doesn't work most times. Server error message pops up constantly. Sometimes, details are not fetched. Hope they fix issues and make this a better app, because going to post office for all transactions is time consuming.

When sending money it displays 'send disable confirm disable' with TalkBack, and it is not working properly. Additionally, the application is working very slowly. Kindly address these accessibility concerns to ensure a more inclusive user experience.
