I have been using your service for more than 3 years now. I have a lot of technical difficulities when using this apps especially after update somehow my apps keep log out but cannot login. I try to forget password but no email is sent to me. I contact call center but no one answer and line is always busy. Plase fix your bug and service it has been like this for 3 years now there are no major improvement. I am really dissapointed.

Worst registration application process. Have tried more than a dozen times and there's an error while loading required files. Tried calling their customer service but they also suggested to sign up via app and try again. Still no luck, very frustrating. Customer service also suggested to sign up on IPOT GO app and i'll be able to use the same username for IPOT. False instruction. Last option is to send a physical registration form.

The 'minutes' timeframe not displaying the previous days. For me it's a bummer, because the indicator lines like EMA got cutoff and make it so hard to analyze. The robo task is also quite a bad experience sometime it says success but it's not being added to the robo task list, tried so many times and still got the same results. Actually the UI for live trading is okay, but the UX ease of use not so much.

Read this before registering! The contact support isn't responsive at all... I've registered in this app on Nov 2nd and the SID was done, but not the RDN. I've waited for days , trying to reach them by whatsapp, telegram, and also call center, but no responds at all.. On Nov 11th, finally the call center informed me that the RDN can't be processed because there are missing data (even though in app i've filled them all). I missed so many opportunities just for waiting the RDN to be done....

After newest major update, many features were not available even though the button is still there (ex: chart and other button on the same line such as company profile etc). What's the point of these buttons then? The previous version was better by far. Please fix this issues. Also it's inconvenient for me when I click on a stock name (ex: bbca) in portfolio, it doesn't display the current stock price, unlike the previous version...why upgrade only to downgrade?

I tried to register, but it didn't work. I had filled all information regarding my personal data. However, when it was time to make my username & password, it became unresponsive. I had input my username & password, but after I clicked "continue", there was no response. I waited for a few minutes and still no change. I tried this process 2 times. I even closed the app and opened it again, but this time the app keeps "loading" after I enter my email & phone number to register.

UI got really confusing and not informative at all especially on ETF. I tried to buy ETF out of curiousity and got billed with 100x intended purchase without any prior confirmation how much is the total cost, only price per "book" (i dunno what's that but i swear it was still within my means). All of these makes me lost money unnecessarily! You can't even have any option to prevent anyone from accidentally buying much more than what they own and willing to spend.

Dont understand why does the app always "connecting" everytime I try to sign in. And takes lots of time for the app to "connect", dont even know what is it that it wants to CONNECT with. dont have any issue with the internet connection whatsoever, can browse, access social media, even streaming without buffering, and yet when i try to sign in on the app it says CONNECTING! Still cant access the app because it is CONNECTING! This' not a new issue, happened even before the app hasnt got updated

Super disappointed with Indopremiere service. I just registered a new account few days ago but due to a small mistake, I need to resend my ID. But I was and still am unable to do it due to the dumb error on their app, mentioning that my number was already registered on their system which locked me out of the registration page. Well guess what, their CS (both e-mail and call center) was also unhelpful, and unable to fix the problem! As I'm typing this I already moved to a different broker.

I think this is the best app ever for trading, really good UI and a bunch of complete features! very flexible to move around from one stock to another. This app provides a complete information anywhere, you can access your order, portfolio, fav stocks, and news anywhere in th screen. And guess what? there is a feature to do multiorder on a stock with 30 lines of bid & offer prices! Really powerful app to invest anytime & anywhere. it's like you are trading using a laptop.

This new application has an attractive appearance, very easy to use, and the performance is even faster than the old IPOT trading application. The most important thing, it has more complete charting feature where drawing features available and indicators are more varied. I personally have a suggestion to add the [Volume Profile Chart Indicator] feature in the advanced charting section. Thanks for the update, Keep Innovating IPOT.

I got a problem to sign in for 2 days. Even I already installed and uninstalled the app, then clear my data and cache. But it still didn't work. I don't know what happened until now. Try to call the contact center and doing the instructions from contact center. But, yes still got the same problem. And. Can't use it up to now. Hope that the backend help for this.

Actually this is really good app, but Alot of people got trouble during registration, I am also getting trouble just to reset my PIN (keep telling me wrong & limited SMS). If you dont fix it, you will get 1 star rating from new users. I have never experience any trouble with similar app. Don't tell us to do this to do that.. Come on, just fix it guys.

Love this app. The UI/UX design is neat & easy to use. They’ve included everything that is needed by investors only in one app, start from target price, curated news, charts, up to fundamental data for each company. That’s incredible. IPOT also gives free learning materials that are quite useful, especially for me as a beginner. The ROBO is working well, and the IPOT team is also communicative. I've got a good experience so far. Waiting for more improvement surprises from IPOT. Keep it up!

Can't even register. I've tried many times to register but when I tried to take a selfie picture of me, the camera won't open. I've been contacting customer service for several days now, I've tried their suggestion such as clear data and cache, giving access to the app permission (by default it has already been given), and reinstalling the app. But the problem is still not solved. Very disappointing.

Good user interface and has a lot of useful features. Unfortunately the server connection is to damn slow and does not keep up with the number of users, especially at the opening of market...your patience will be tested. Updated : I deduct the star, the connection problem is really annoying... making you loss the momentum

Geez, some menu/ button is damn slow, takes forever to respond. Not to mention, several screen freezes here and there. It's a pain when you want to execute order and the screen is unresponsive. Restarting the app will do the job but it's super annoying. Bright side: The UI looks cleaner and more straightforward than previous version

Dear CS & IT, thank you for your response regarding solved my problem which is forgot password. Now I want to submit problem again. 1) I remember previous version we have bandarmology on menu. Why now it is missing? Please revert to where we have bandarmology where we can click day, week, month on menu. 2) Previous version has easiness on set automatic order, new version has too many menu, low visibility, and it is difficult only to find gtc order. Please response and act. Thank you very much

I can understand that despite other similar apps being easier to use, this one requires more effort. However, what I cannot overlook is the presence of bugs that are detrimental. When it comes to financial matters and portfolios, it's crucial to address these issues seriously, rather than trivial matters like registration problems. Thank you.

Unreliable. I click the apps, it appears for only closes again by itself. This problem is not the first time. Happened many times before. IPOT is a good broker but their mobile and web apps are inferior. I use the PC desktop aplication instead, the most reliable.
