This app was great about a year ago. They need to go back to what ever they were doing then. I was getting notifications on my phone and I could view "alarm" videos for that day and 2 days prior. Now the app no longer captures that feed I can only do play back mode and search threw the feed and I no longer get the notifications. So now I have this camera that's pretty much just that. Can't anything with it if it's not giving me the security data.

Watching in real time works very good but when trying to use play back and look at recordings it locks up and you have to turn your phone off and do other things to get it back working properly. Watching recordings is what this whole system is Supposed to be all about. Now preview alarm doesn't work, Dec. 2022. Everything else is working all right.

August 6,2020 now you can not view playback on wifi or cell data. Update..June 23rd 2020. Now you can't even view playback! When using cell data it says offline and you have to wait for it to try and reconnect. But it always connects on wi fi . Also the sound doesn't work on cell data only on wifi. It now only randomly loads one or two cameras. You have to keep hitting the window button to get all your cameras to load. All this happens on cell data only. This really needs fixed.

Numerous more issues after upgrading the app. Waiting period to do anything on the app is ridiculous. Spending a couple hundred, you'd expect convenience and reliability but no. Instead, you get unreliable, inconvenient, inconsistent video viewing experiences. Either make the app more polished or I'll see myself upgrading to a better camera system with "better app support" because selling a product with issues is not what I intended on buying.

There is a switch in settings to turn off personlized ads. Doesn't work. At this point the money you make from users wasting data to download your ads should be reimbursed. Pretty buggy app. You can't even speed up playback. At one time this was a decent app and good cameras. I would not recommend anything from this company anymore. There is a lot better out there for cheaper and free cloud services the life of the camera system some also give free 10 terabytes per system. And yet zero ads.

This App became USELESS. It was so good 2years ago, so easy to connect and view the cameras. Wth happened, since I did the update it seems the app has issues connecting. I uninstalled and installed back to app, refresh internet router wifi everything to make sure that was working and still has same issue It just keeps getting worse! It doesnt connect anymore, I'm unable to monitor cameras if I'm away from home. 😡

Current images won't appear on phone EVER! Tried tech support to assist with "proprietary" wifi booster...... nobody will return my phone calls. Very pretty packaging amd equipment that at this point in time is useless. I installed a "Nest" camera. It works perfectly and images ALWAYS appear on my phone instantaneously. DO NOT waste your money on this product. Spend a few extra bucks and purchase the real deal.

I really feel they need to update this app to make it more compatible. I'm consistently not being able to view remotely because it's constantly spinning. also when I hit the microphone button, it looks like it's working but no one gets the message and then you just have to hang up. I don't understand why this app is even on the play store now because it is not helpful. The images at night are not real clear at 25ft out. there's a way to turn night vision in to color, it doesn't work either.

Frustrating app. Works inconsistently all the time. I emailed developer with issue. See if they reply. Probably not. No 30 second video after getting motion alarm. Doesn't show anything under news. All 3 of my cameras are the same and it affects all of them. Has to be the app. Im also in contact with the camera manufacturer. I want to do to these cameras is what they did to the printer in the movie office space. Why even create the app if it doesn't work properly. What a waste.

I'll get notifications that movement has been detected, but when I click on the notification to see what the movement was, it does absolutely nothing at all most of the time. Once in a great while it will actually show me the video playback of the movement... Very Frustrating!!! This needs to be fixed! What if the alert was really an emergency and someone gets hurt or worse and gets killed because of a faulty app? Until this is fixed, I'm sticking with the 1 star!

The alarm button is horrible. You can easly accidentally push the alarm button . It's even easier when you are at full screen. There is no confirmation, like you can make a selection for the 2nd time yes/no if you want to turn on the alarm. How can I turn off this feature all together, since yall have done such a horrible job when designing the alarm part? Anyone????? Since yall don't even want to respond to help us and your support team is TRASh!! We will go and pay to subscribe a whole app!!

The only reason for 3 stars is because it worked perfectly until about a week ago. Suddenly ads appeared when opening the app making it unusable for 5 seconds and ads between the screens your viewing. Additionally, more times than not, the app refuses to open. That makes it totally useless when away from the main unit. After several years of reliable service, it is suddenly a pain in the backside! Now looking for a replacement app for remote viewing. To the developers: get rid of the last update

The app was fine until this year. It slow to load. I used to be able to watch all footage at any time. Now it skips 5-10 minutes of footage. Updated review June 2024: Can't watch playback. It's not the cameras because I can still watch playback on the monitor. On the app all I can see is live view. App is pretty useless.

It use to be a good running app but now the ads have gotten out of control, you can't hurry up and open the app to view cameras because the ads pop up right as you open it. I have to close the app 2 to 3 times before actually being able to view cameras if I could leave less than 1 star I would. FIX THE AD PROBLEM SO THIS APP IS USABLE!!

App has been ruined by ads. I was fine with the first time, when it could be immediately closed. Now they're those dumb video ads that you have to wait for the 'X' to pop up to close. It's annoying when I need to check the cameras ASAP and an ad is played instead. Gonna look for a different camera system. Remember to search for the app software before you spend money on the hardware it's attached to.

Has been a fairly decent app over the years to view cameras. And the cameras have been fairly good quality. I'm not happy with my cameras losing the night vision and having to replace them. I have another camera that stopped working all together. I'm also extremely disappointed with the adds when opening the app. And to remove them I have to pay for cloud storage? Don't need it since I paid to have the HDD storage. I will be looking for different cameras with a better app UX.

First system I had worked great. Got a second system to add cameras as our old one did not have ability to add more. The internal storage stopped working so we paid for cloud service on the most important cameras. Now it's time to renew and all I get is a blank screen. I cannot get in touch with support and now have nothing but live coverage. Definitely time to look for something else with proven support and recording service!!!
