- ricevere messaggi e comunicazioni rilevanti dagli enti pubblici, locali o nazionali;
- ricordare e gestire le tue scadenze verso la Pubblica Amministrazione, aggiungendo i promemoria direttamente nel tuo calendario personale;
- ricevere avvisi di pagamento, con la possibilità di pagare servizi e tributi dall’app in pochi secondi (direttamente dal messaggio o tramite scansione QR dell’avviso cartaceo);
- tenere traccia dei tuoi pagamenti verso la Pubblica Amministrazione, grazie allo storico delle operazioni svolte.
Per iniziare a utilizzare IO, devi registrarti con le tue credenziali SPID o, in alternativa, con la tua Carta d’Identità Elettronica (CIE). In seguito alla prima registrazione, potrai accedere più facilmente digitando il PIN scelto da te o tramite riconoscimento biometrico (impronta digitale o riconoscimento del volto), mantenendo un'autenticazione sicura.
IO è un progetto che cresce giorno dopo giorno, anche grazie ai feedback dei cittadini: se nell'utilizzarla vedi qualcosa che non funziona o che pensi possa essere migliorato, puoi segnalarlo attraverso gli appositi strumenti presenti in app.

Ridiculous ... There's always a temporary problem somehow ...that lasts for ever. Cannot add any payment method. Useless and shameful

Not all the receipts get credited on the app, even if the acquirer is certified. One of my receipt is missed, and more than five days are passed. Zero stars for this app!!! Worts app ever!!!!

Unbelievable experience on a public service: no way to configure credit cards even if the service should be up&running since days. This is causing a cashback loss

Whenever I open the app, everything gets frozen and nothing works! Tried alot by reinstalling app and restarting phone but still the same problem.. completely unsatisfied

Can't add any payment method, so basically useless. Every update changes errors but not solves them. And we paid taxes for that.

whoa the Amzon effect! we are so used to get things done immediatly that waiting for a day or more leads to outbursts of rage! I waited ine day, and everything worked out fine! 4 star only because there was errors in login with spid: the app was not recognising the opt but after a while it worked.

It's not possible to add credit cards, there are still lots of issues and for the releasers it's OK. I would say it's a huge FAIL!

The app is slow, it takes a long time to upload the transactions, it's confusing cause you have to access with different credentials.

Used to activate the cash back and to check a documentation requested from my municipality. To me if feels so good that we are finally having high quality and interconnected apps like this one. Really well done

I don't know who created this app...exgremely poor and 3rd class app...but what can we do..we have to install...please update this app ...every time we need to change password ... for what... and all is in Italian... english is also EU language..why no option to change it in English...and most important please fix it so it can keep it remember the saved credentials

App is beautiful and very well done, developers and designers have done an amazing job, it's easy to use, fast and super intuitive, this is the right direction! Sorry to see so many dumb review by people who don't understand what makes an app great!

Absolutely rubbish. Been trying for 5 weeks to add my card details and every time it says not possible. I uploaded the new version which was supposed to fix the issue then tried again. This time it blocked my card so I cannot use it..... do not use this app

Can't accept general and privacy regulations. I'll improve the score once solved. Good idea, can't wait to use it. 12/8/20 update: one star deserved for efforts and improvements reached. Bugs and malfunctioning very much reduced. 01/03/21: Xmas Cashback received! And the app did not crash anymore.

An absolute waste of time. Wallet doesn't load or accept payment method. None of the links work and the app sends you in circles of non-functioning error messages. Shocking.

Useless. I can't pay my PagoPa notice in any way. It gets stuck in "We are checking the infos of your notice". Italy is a country with the highest levels of burocracy, and expects everyone to do everything digitally by taxing or banning operations through a physical place, when their systems are absuolte garbage.

Impossibile caricare le carte bancomat ING (VPAY). Ho aggiornato una delle carte di credito, ho dovuto confermare che intendevo usarla per il cashback, ma dopo averla attivata per tale scopo (controllando attentamente) mi sono ritrovato la carta come da attivare. Ho perso in tal modo diverse transazioni di importo rilevante. Pessimo It is not possible to upload ING bancomat (VPAY). I updated one of the credit cards, I had to to confirm that I intended to use it for the cashback but, after having activated it (carefully checking), I discovered that the card resulted not active. For this reason I lost the registration of many relevant expenses. Real bad.
