What isn't great is that the app only offers subscriptions to be paid with an annual fee. They say that the option to change payment terms is coded into the app ui, but was not present anywhere in the app. I have screenshots, and the only thing I see is "billed annually". When selecting any option, it goes straight to billing you the whole amount for the year.

I bought this in 2012 . Paid ( as a purchase ) it worked great ! I get a notice NOT to update my app because my device is old .I turned off updates . Then, out of no where I can no longer email nor print from this app ( leaving it usless) I can't re install because the NEW version is a monthly subscription and I would have to pay a monthly fee ( I have already paid) but I would also loose all my data . I emailed a while back and basically , was told tough sht.

Always room for improvement Do like the app ,been using for a few years now. Like the option for pay online for customers but don't like the fact the options are automatically turned for the customers to see , in turn, basically forced me to sign up for it. Sure I could have refused an wait over a week longer to get my money. There reasons I didn't activate the feature before hand is , I already have credit card processing with my bank which don't charge as much.

Have used this software 5-6 years for my construction business. Very quick, easy to use, and professional looking. The extra features are nice as well. Excellent estimate/invoice software. The ONLY thing I would change, is the price. I've been a long time customer and have seen the program grow, but for a while I watched the pricendrast increase over the years and it's a little more than I'd like to pay. My annual subscription should be ending anytime now and I think I might do a little looking

This program was great and simple for a good price, but now they charge everything including charging the price from $99 a year for unlimited invoices and estimates to $407.89 a year for the same unlimited invoices and estimates, and yes they include other services, but they are not worth the new price, is sad because was a good product, I just to recommend it to my friends contractors, now all of us are just finishing the year to move to other app because this one is no longer worth it.

It is very helpful after finishing a job being able to send an invoice right then and there. It helps me track invoices and turn quotes into invoices. The reports are great as well. The only thing that annoys me is that there is a constant push to upgrade. What I have is just fine, if an upgrade is necessary I will most likely figure it out.

Been using this for a few years now and would love to keep using it but the new price increase turns me off. I'm a one person business and don't need a lot of the bells and whistles. Just basic invoicing and product saving. Wish they had a smaller package with say 250 invoices. $240 a year for the most basic one. I paid 99 last time. I'll probably go to wave. Not as good but it's free. If you want to pay this is a great service though.

I think the app itself has great content, and really allows the small business owner to look professional and offers great customization. However be aware of the stripe payment system that is works with. I had two clients use their cards to make payments, and after a week of waiting for my money, they just closed my account. Their customer service was terrible as well. All in all if this app had another platform for card charges I think it would be a great app.

The was a must for out in the field services. My phone is a Note 20 Ultra on Sprint network. One draw back is that the app expires in one year. It's a yearly subscription. Kinda of expensive. 7/11 update. Not liking the new update. Lots of changes to the app. And not in a good way. Been using the app for over 5 years. The original app was better IMO. For several reasons. 5/24/21

I can't believe this app has such a high rating. For 5.99/month you can send a WHOPPING 2 Invoices per month!!! For 9.99/month, they let you send 3 more! Isn't the whole point to send invoices? You literally pay money so you can type in numbers and fill out all of the information and email it. I can do that on a spreadsheet!!! I can't believe I wasted my time getting the app set up. Onward to my Neverending journey to find a good invoicing program.

I've been using this app since I started my business. It was good (affordable) at the beginning until they started raising the praise every year for subscription renewal. Now all of the sudden I can't even create an invoice if I don't subscribe for their advanced plan type. Very disappointed, I was use to their software for the past feel years and now I had to start with a different one from the beginning.

Be very, very careful with deleting anything in this app because they have absolutely no backup and can not restore anything. After seeing duplicate invoices paid and the total paid showing double the amount we deleted the duplicates and low and behold it deleted both. Now we have no records in Invoice2Go From the beginning of the year till June. So now what? They say we can only recreate the invoice. What? Time to find an alternative!

They updated their terms of service for their deposit accounts 4 times in the 4 months that I had this app. The customer support was poor and it took 3 weeks to resolve a deposit issue. The features it promises are not the features that are delivered. My clients had issues getting it to work properly without it freezing or forcing them to exit their invoices. It was one headache after another.

I would like the terms and conditions to be on the back of each page. I would also like the ability for the customer to accept the terms and conditions I.E. a check box that says they agree to terms and conditions. It would be nice to be able to increase the font size, some older customers cannot read the size that it is. I would like the ability to select different kinds of work orders, one the way it currently is, one for check and service that has fields I can edit for whatever check I'm doing that will stay saved. Then I simply check off the tasks. Other than that it's almost as good as it used to be when I purchased the app originally, before we had to buy it each year.

Love this app and I recommend it to anyone who would need it. The one disclaimer I throw in now is using customer support now takes skill and patience to get through the automated service. The fact that 2fa security can be sent to the registered email instead of the phone number is also a risky situation imho. All in all this is a great app that I've used for over 10 years to easily and reliably get paid from my customers. Taking credit card payment continues to add extra value as well

Once I took the time to customize it to our needs and then practiced using it it is becoming easier and easier. It's going really well so far, I'm using the enterprise level already and I'm only 3 days in. The app works great. I'm really glad I decided to try it. We still love the system. We have not been able to get Invoice2Go to help our customer info to be able to be put into traditional fields to be mailer friendly. We want to use our customer database to be able to do mailings.

Updating my review for 2020. This app has changed the way I do business for the better. It is easy to use, quick, and looks professional to the customer. (Not to mention that now I get paid much faster, and I can enter how an invoice was paid). I highly recommend Invoice2go to any small business owner. Just wish there was a place to indicate how a payment was made, ie: by check #, cash, or credit

Very convenient and easy to use. I wish there was a way to do line item credits. I'm an electrician, and I get a service agreement ahead of time based on an estimate. Then when it's time to send the bill after completion, I simply copy from estimate to invoice. But by the time I do the work, some things have changed. So I have to go back and remove those line items I didn't do, and add any extras Right now I'm still doing work with pen and paper to show how the final price changed

This app was amazing when I first started using it 3 years ago. I found it to be simple to use yet very effective. After this abortion of an update a couple days ago everything went south real quick. I understand and accept change, but this kind of change is not helping. Creating invoices is really bad now. How can I manually enter and separate parts and labor, the option is not there! If I press on "add items" it drops down not only my inventory list but everything in my expenses list and then includes an attachment of my distributors paid invoices!! Makes no sense. I absolutely hate the way the reports function now, the graphs are gone, entering expenses is awkward...entering information on expenses takes longer now actually. Why get rid of the merchants drop down list? Now I have to constantly input them in manually every time...annoying. The camera function for expenses doesn't let you crop you receipts anymore . There are a few other things that I am not thrilled with. Unfortunately it's time to move on to a new app...should of left it alone!!

I have used this app for several years now. They just completely changed it and I can no longer edit invoices, use it in landscape and it is very difficult to use compared to the previous version which I loved.....too bad. I will not be renewing my subscription. 2019 update. I have just finished my move to Wave, they are FREE and does exactly what I need. This app seems to want to compete with QuickBooks and never will. I have that already. They are way over priced. Go with Wave, MUCH BETTER!
