This app is awesome! Very easy to use and quick for making up invoices. Unfortunately since the latest update, the app won't even open up anymore, it's just stuck on the logo when it first opens, It won't go past it for some reason. Even Uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck. Very very unfortunate as I have all my billing info amd everything on it. Not sure what the deal is. A quick fix would be greatly appreciated!

Update: 3/21/23. Would be nice if spell check would work again in the app. I've been using the subscription version for a while and it's worked good for me. It would be nice if there was a "keyword" search bar to find invoices quickly. If you do a lot work for a client and need to find that particular invoice you have to search through them all unless you know the exact invoice number

EDIT: The developer has responded to this comment about using the share option. This option DOES NOT CURRENTLY EXIST. I contacted support and they confirmed this. Developer not being honest. Apparently they updated the app and now you can only send as an email directly through their server unless you go to the print menu, save it as pdf (can't change the file name), close the app, open your email, find where it was saved, and attach it. They have no timeline to fix this issue.

Great software. I use it on an iPhone, iPad, and a Galaxy Note S20 Ultra. All work great. I love that I can use my paid subscription on all devices without having to buy multiple times. I can generate an invoice for a client in 30 seconds including emailing it to them, then I'm alerted when they look at it. I also love that this software is simple - it's not trying to do anything it doesn't need to. Its not bloated, it just does a few things extremely well. I really have no complaints!

Great app. Very easy to use and straight forward. I run a tree trimming / removal company and this app allows me to deliver fast, professional, customized estimates and invoices in less then a minute. I like the option to text or email. Most of my customers prefer text so that option is great. Also linking to different payment options is nice as well. Highly recommend it.

My first invoice that was I put, went very smooth, and came out nicely. There were multiple options for sending the invoice out. The only thing I would like the app to fix, is for the email to be sent with my email, rather than the apps own email address. I say this because I found the emails sent directly from the app, were sent to my customers "spam" folders. Outside of that, satisfied thus far.

Makes it easy enough for me to write my estimates, send invoices, etc.etc. If only they would make it to where my customers knew they could pay with Zelle. I don't like taking credit card payments because it goes through PayPal. When a customer pays with credit or debit, PayPal ends up with 80$ on a 1000$ invoice. OUCH ! I don't think that's right, just because they do an electronic transfer? it's not like somebody is earning it by working..... Wait , I earned it.

This app saved the day for me. My computer crashed and I had no way to print an invoice. I found this app on play store and problem solved. It took 2 minutes for the tutorial to show me how. I already had a printer app on my phone. I was also able to email the invoices from the app and then it notified me when the emails were opened. Piece of mind. :) d Definitely 5 star rating in my book. Thx.

I found out the hard way this app Auto Saves which is terrible if you change or hit something on accident and hit the back button. You lose all the original invoice. It should ask to "save or don't save " when you hit the back button like every other normal app. Will not be renewing if this doesn't get fixed. All the 1 star reviews get the same standard impersonal answer Wow! Hi (your name), I'm really sorry about this! We're happy to get things working for you, please contact blah blah blah!

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS APP. Used the app for almost 1 year and at first it was good, but then issues started to happen. Invoices start to duplicate, you can't close invoices, if you delete an invoice you have issues with the next invoices created. You can't even speak with customer service because they either don't have the correct solution or show they don't care. Now to top it off they will start charging way more in October for the same features. Not worth it

The app Makes nice invoices But when it comes time to send the invoice if you're not subscribed the customer does not receive it. You can't even take a clear screenshot to forward a copy of the invoice in another way. Screenshots end up blurry and not legible. If you're downloading this just to do a couple of quick invoices find something else. You will have to subscribe. Then, I got a new phone and they couldn't even locate my account all of my work was lost. I found another app w/ no issues.

This has been my go-to invoicing app for 4 years, but I'm more and more unhappy with it. Invoices are now sent with a "pay now" button with no way to deactivate it. Clients try to use it which means either paying fees for a service I don't want or asking clients to submit payment again. This is sneaky and poor form. They have slow updates for Android (but not iPhone). The Android version has a bug that does not allow photos to be attached. $3/month for the browser app is just too much.

I've been using this Invoice Maker for over 3 years now. Went paperless for my lawn service business. No more reams of paper, boxes of envelopes or postage costs. Paid for itself in less than a month. This app is very simple to use. You can upload your logo, create an invoice in minutes, then send it by text or e-mail, receive confirmation it's been sent, received & read and receive payments. Adding pictures to invoices is nice. Very professional. Great for small business at an affordable price. The recent updates have been making the app better and better. Simple & amazing!

Had been using this app for over a year. It was simple , easy, and convenient to use and reasonably priced for features . Moving forward, they want you to pay YEARLY almost doubled in price and LIMITED the invoices you can send, unless you pay TRIPLE what you were paying for unlimited. Tisk tisk, not renewing and moving to another invoice maker.

Need to be able to add photos via desktop version. Desktop version NEEDS to be able to create reporting, mobile has the option but limited detail. Often times the mobile vs desktop invoice/estimates are not accurate with each other. QB integration would be sweet! Would be awesome if you could save sales tax codes. Many times the invoice and estimate numbers are duplicated?? This was supposedly resolved multiple times but still having the same issues for over a year. 5 stars if fixed!!!

Used to be good, but now his is just to get you to pay a subscription. If you read the fine print, it tells you that you only have a limited number of invoices to make before you have to begin paying a subscription. They don't tell you what that number is, but after getting setup with the app and trying to send out your 2nd invoice you find out it's only ONE invoice I understand having a simple free version with ads, and having to pay for more features, but this really just a trial.

I factory reset a phone that failed to work properly (around Christmas time of course) and didn't think of my invoices. Logged into IS on new phone, everything was as i left it, and I ran to leave a review. The ability to send formatted invoices on the fly is a blessing. The ability to throw in our logo and personalize the invoices was a pleasant surprise. Being able to throw together estimates that convert to invoices with one click?! Cherry on top. Stellar service! It's a great app it does from time to time have is issues but they are always minor and more often than not fixed within a timely fashion. With evolving technology and new features being added theres bugs but only for short time a lot of the 1 star reviews are mainly impatient people who expect everything to be perfect 100% of the time or acting like they are running a big company making a lot of invoices but complain about a subscription fee that's too high. Nothing is free that's useful.

I've been using this invoice app for two years, and while it functions adequately, it lacks some essential user-friendly features. Despite my suggestions for improvements, the developers haven't implemented them. For instance, searching for invoices requires the entire invoice number (including the prefix) or the exact client name capitalization. This makes it cumbersome and time-consuming to find the specific invoice. It should allow searching by partial inv, client name variations, or phone #

Love this product. I have been using it for the last 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed the simplicity of the layout builder, previewing, and pdf formatting. Paying the yearly fee is well worth it. It would be 5 stars, but recently, I've been getting swarmed with nothing but "upgrade to premium" for $199. It's starting to get a little tiresome. Hopefully, it changes or the prices change. This app is amazing for my business, but I'd rather not be face F'd by upgrading. Thanks.
