where do I begin the app closes suddenly all the time when I'm trying to get a signature and closes all the time I can have my invoice almost finished and it will close and clear everything out I open the app to check the invoice list it's just a black screen most of the time it has tons and tons of bugs when it works it works good when it works

Please fix whatever it is that makes you lose everything whenever the screen goes blank due to inactivity. I'm constantly retyping entire invoices because it automatically deletes. Its ridiculous. I would've gave it 5 stars

Excellent app. Syncs well with Quickbooks. E-mailing invoices from the app is great and you can see if and when the customer has viewed the invoice. Any issues I have had are resolved with their great team customer support. We now use the app to take credit card and echeck payments which enhances the program's convenience. We also use the mobile version on Samsung tablet and Apple Ipad and it is very user friendly. Overall I highly recommend InvoiceASAP.

Love it. We have been using it for over 3 years. We are leather repair and custom made company, love it so much we have 2 invoice asap accounts one for each dept. Love the photo feature we can have photos of the custom made and for the repair dept. If you fave a good suggestions company always willing to change. We have recommended to other businesses. We have searched and used other software this is the best and affordable one you can have. Throughout the years they changed and improved the software.

The basic concept of this app is sound, but it's got some stupid issues that the developer refuses to address. I am only still using this app because I have tons of data stored with it, otherwise, I wouldn't use it. Could be fantastic, but myself and another business owner have tried to get them to make things right, but they refuse.

App as been great for the last 5 years untill recent update now i cant send estimate and invoice tried contacting you numerous times to be told someone will deal with it, still no joy and as a small business with Christmas round the corner this just isnt good enough and doesn't look like i will be getting payed for Christmas. You have got until tomorrow otherwise i need a reliable alternative.

I have been using their app for a few years now and sense the upgreat it does not allow me to send customers there invoices via email any more . This has come very frustrated sense customers demand a invoice emidiately . Is sad but I am going have to take my business some where else .

Phenomenal experience. This app is dire to any business that uses invoicing. I would be lost without it. I started my business in 2011 and didn't want to incur expenses for having to find and create invoices. I found this app and it does way more than just invoices. This app shows graphs for income that is outstanding - Paid - Payed by Check - Paid By cash or Credit card. There is so much built into this app that its so hard to believe that any cost associated with it are that low. A must have!

Love this app! It's very straight-forward and easy to use, has a simplistic design, however, is very powerful. It allows us to send invoices to our customers on the spot, and the best feature is that it auto-syncs with Quickbooks, so there's no need to re-key invoices into our bookkeeping system! We've been using it for several years now, and have had no major issues. I don't know how we survived before without it! Give it a try!

App synched with qb with no issues. Seems fast and responsive. Interface easy to use and understand. When meshing with the cloud, there is a decent wait time on 4g, although that may be more of how large the data files for our qb are. Only complaint is the back button seems to go two steps back not one. Example: new invoice, pick customer, choose customer from list. Press pick item, the screen goes to the item list. If you look at a description and go back, it sends you back to pick, not back to the list

Have been using invoicesasap for years, have always had issues accepting credit cards. Most recent they switched CC processor, accepted multiple payments from my clients but only deposited 1 of them and then claimed my business account had been closed,out of frustration I deleted payments prompting refunds that they then debited from my account but never depositing them in the first place. Had to file affidavits to stop them from debating any more and get my funds back. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!

They have been charging me triple for a long time, refused to offer refund. Some how when I upgraded the subscription, the lower tier option remained and was still charged each month. At some point in the past two years, I changed to to a new email. Somehow it continued charging two subscriptions to my old email in addition to a new one. Upon recognizing this, (tax time, going through bank statements) their answer was "sorry you didn't check and fix this sooner, nothing we can do" .

I can only send out 5 estimates and invoices. I've upgraded but now it still acts like I'm using the basic plan and when I try to upgrade again it will not let me. please help.

Some improvements made lately so I up'd rating. BUT, why can't u format phone # input so it inserts dashes(or periods)? Why is there no credit card swiper? Typing all cc info AND having to type customer address AGAIN is PITA! Most annoying thing...I cannot access my full history from the app any longer! AND using web version doesnt work for this either (which cs doesn't seem to understand even though I have told them MANY times). With a few fixes this could easily be 4-5 stars.

Update Dec 2018. Paid version stopped working. Closes on opening, does not record invoices. Timer works ok, but that's it as far as I can tell. I loved this app before. Prior Review in 2014: The free version of this app is freaking awesome. Bill your clients on the spot. I'm a freelance bookkeeper, and always bill my own stuff last. This app makes it super easy to bill instantly. I hear the other versions work with Quickbooks, which is great. I was looking for a 'timer app' that would let me produce an invoice after I clocked out. This app does not have a timer function, which if they did, would make it ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for me. But, you may not need that. 5 stars for a great free app, super easy invoicing on the fly, and quick response from developers. If they add a timer, it would be PERFECT for me.

Use it with android and it takes forever to refresh , not like iOS. Please fix this issue . Also, the invoice late date should be from the date it was signed not the date it was created. Otherwise , great app Update 4/19/21 - app refreshes quickly , a second or less. Still wish the countdown to pay should start once its signed . Still great app . User friendly. Easy to train new employees on use.

Can not send invoice to customers via email! I have made multiple attempts to contact customer support to correct this and no response! If you have a reoccurring bill with an app, there should be a response! Way to take care of your small businesses! I'm disappointed and thinking about cancelling subscription after years of good use. Takes to long for customer service to get back to customers and to repair known issues with there app!!!! When there app is down, there ability to charge isn't!!!!!

I've been using this app since late 2014 and absolutely love it. It's so easy to use. The desktop and mobile version sync up flawlessly. You can set up all sorts of things for inventory amounts, your cost vs what you sell an item for, sales tax, email estimates/invoices, receive payments, see all sorts of different reports for just everything. For $7.99 a month or pay about 50% of that if you pay for a whole year, it's so worth it either way.

We use this for work. I'm doesn't seem very Samsung friendly, but I work around it. But it would be extremely helpful if the search bar in the invoice section would search the whole invoice and not just the invoice #. Example, customer uses a PO, since this app doesn't have a PO section I have to put the PO# in the Comments section of it invoice. Then I have to find that invoice for some reason, out of a bunch. So I end up having to open and go through a ton of invoices looking for that PO #.

Our business used this app for invoicing for many years and it was great. It's reliable and user-friendly, and a bargain at the price. It was a revelation compared to our previous invoicing. The even assisted me with an export when I told them we sold our business and would be cancelling our subscription...nothing to gain and they still helped! Class act. This is a great invoicing solution for small businesses.
