Been using this baby monitor for about a year then all of a sudden the video crashed out on us. I've reset my internet router, nothing. Did a factory reset on the camera, now it won't even properly walk through the set up process like it originally did. Why do companies have such a hard time making products that last?

The app is constantly disconnecting and loading - recently had to uninstall and reinstall twice first it would load at all second time it started sending alerts on a summary for the night before and wouldnt stop! Also it's a pain to have to take it off the wall each time to reset the network if it goes down.

I'm kind of in the middle with this. I love that I can leave the house and still see my baby no matter where I am. I can speak to my baby and play music for her just by using the app on my phone. I love all the extra services you can get, and the recordings are great. The camera has a stand that can be bent in many ways. The problem is that the connection to the wifi comes and goes too often, and I have really good wifi service. Also, I hate that you can't control the volume of the music at all.

I have been using it for just over a year now, when it works its good but been having issues with it so offen. I have contacted before seems like its the same problem keeps happening with the loading screen. We got this because of the good reviews but its not want we thought. Only keep using it because we spent so much $ for it.

Since the newest update my camera will randomly turn off and not turn back on, so no live feed is available. I've tried resetting the camera, uninstalling the app and reinstalling but nothing seems to be working. Kinda upsetting for what the price of the camera is and I haven't even had it for a year.

The camera is great and the app works fine. Just feel like with the price point of the video monitor/app there would be a few more perks to the app that would come complimentary. You can get a perfectly fine video monitor for less than $50 with the same amount of app features.

This camera is great in theory, but the execution is lacking. When it's working, it works great, but lately it hasn't been working. It's slow and unreliable on the tablet we use to watch baby. Admittedly, the tablet is cheap and not the greatest anyway but there is only a minor improvement on my phone which works great and is not cheap. The newest update for this app seems way too clunky. I'd explain in greater detail but the character limit won't allow me to.

Not worth the headache! This app constantly shuts off or cuts out/ freezes out when connecting or reopening the app. This app worked poorly and rarely would connect from the start, now it will not connect AT ALL! The package I received had 2 cameras, only one camera was able to connect to the app. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Used to be a good service with 24hr flashback you could watch. Now they want us to pay a monthly fee. For 4 years no issues. Hooked it up once never disconnected unless power outage. Now you can only see live and it disconnects from the wifi regularly. We are switching to a different camera and service.

can not record at all without paying on monthly basis and there is no warning about it anywhere when you are buying the camera. connectivity problems all the time, by monitoring in app. screen freezes instantly. eventhough cam has sd card slot app does not allow you to save anything to sd card without paying for its cloud storage. if there is a way to uninstall the app and use the cam with another app I will do that !!!!!

The app is ok but definitely needs improvements. It's always loading and trying to connect when I need it to work and it also tells me my baby is crying but he's clearly sleeping. I wish it came out with an extra monitoring device so it didn't have to be on my phone, it drains my battery and I obviously have to have it on all night.

I wasnt going to review this app because it doesnt seem like the team does much to improve it, but for those interested in getting this camera, it has its issues but otherwise its....okay. Lately the sound just doesnt play, which is obviously an issue since we use it at night when we are sleeping. So if my baby is crying i dont hear him across the house, making this camera pointless. Used to be decent but now i regret buying it

Sometimes the image will freeze but it won't say it's buffering and I'll think my baby is sleeping when he's not. I have to constantly refresh the app by exiting and reopening it. I also have awesome internet speeds so I know its not me. Also wish there was an option to change volume of speakers. The sound is WAY too loud

This is just complete garbage. I wouldn't trust this app / system to pay attention to my kid. The app constantly locks up with an hourglass and doesn't recover. It'll stream for 10 seconds and stop for 20 minutes you're forced to restart the app and then it doesn't work. The way you can tell is I have a hatch that changes color every 5 seconds and when you see the app stuck at a specific color it's frozen. I do not recommend this product at all.

I'm NOT sharing my account details because your solution will be "get a subscription" and your ap doesn't justify that. The video is constantly going offline, doesn't load, or glitching to a point that it's unviewable. The ONLY decent thing it has is the sleep tracker, nothing else works reliably. Even then the sleep tracker is something you control the input on and it generates a graph. Guess what, the sleep tracker broke! 👍

The app works poorly with great wifi connection and always seems to cut the feed to load, right when I need it to work, like when I think my infant has woken up, or when I think my infant starts to move around. This happens every time and it's very frustrating. I can only run the video feed on low quality video, just to make sure the sound doesn't constantly cut in and out.

I cant hardly rely on this app to monitor my 1yo, let alone buy a second camera for my newborn. I have to constantly put the phone to my ear to check if i can hear his sound machine, and pretty much every time i discover it hasnt been playing any audio. It constantly disconnects from the internet, doesnt play audio, and god forbid i accidentally hit the arrows on the screen to pan left or right, it shuts the app down entirely. Way too expensive for a monitor that works 10% of the time.
