It's a good bank, fast and easy to use. The only problem I had was with the home broker of my investments, where I couldn't see the historic of each stock. It might be a bug of the app.

I cannot create an account, ive been trying for months now. Firstly it asked me to do the steps again because something was wrong countless times and now it wont go forward with a message the app isnt updated when it actually is.

Just started using it and asked to use something I did not like. It does not give you the option to skip the step, very poor choice. Hope it improves. Otherwise: skip and cancel

It's a little confuse sometimes, but its good can make all financial transitions that I need, indeed. But, really, you need improve your response time for our questions, throughout I'm forced to wait for many hours, sometimes days to be attended. Really, you need to decrease the response time!

There is too much updated and after each one gets worse .. heavier and less compatible with old technologies.. in my case I can't afford another cell phone and the camera isn't good enough for the QR code to work .. so I simply cannot enter on pc never again .. Thank you for the feedback .. I appreciate the effort and I hope it'll get lighter over time.

It must improve. The payment and transfer receipts are no valid because they do not have the bank name or the logo on the receipt issued by the app on the phone. The bank must also include the function of viwing previous receipts on the phone. Presently you can only check receipts if you are logged on to a pc. So, improve your receipts issued by the app and implement a function to view the reciepts on the phone. Cellphones must do everything you need from a bank.

I've been using this bank and I like it, however these 3 weeks have been like a hell. I forgot the last password and tried to get back my account. They demand my driver's license and it's outdated already since last year, because I live in Japan for more than 1 year. I cannot go back to Brazil only for updating it.... I can't also access my account either.... What a shame Inter. Why don't you accept my passport as ID?

Good and disruptive Brazilian company. Found some bugs on the app already reported for the support. I would like to suggest an huge improvement. Would you be able to do this two key validation no using SMS? Or if only using SMS you could make available to all the world. When traveling or leaving abroad we are not able to keep Brazilian number.

So far so good, this bank is interesting (and it is light years ahead of "traditional" institutions). They do not charge for money transfers (which most other banks do in Brazil, Inter is arguably the best in this case). It also has access to a simple but functional home broker with access to fixed income, stocks, hedge, private pension, etc. Recommended.

The app is unstable yet. Sometimes when I access it, the saving totals are incorrect what require refreshes in order to get the correct value. Sometimes, sections like home broker just break down and keep unavailable. I had a lot of problems related to my shares - incorrect value, incorrect count and the list goes on. I hope one day, they finally adjust all this mess.

I tried several times to download the Inter App in my Xaiomi 11 PRO and unfortunately it does not allow me. Therefore, I have to cancel my bank account with them. Sad!!

Guys I'm begging you, change the Investment menu view back to what it was before! Or please make a few tweaks to it LOL. The previous "face" for the investments menu was great, it was simple and basically almost all the info you needed was there. Now though, it became very daunting to visualize super simple information such as profit/loss for each one of your assets. We need to click on the asset's category, which I actually liked, but when you click and get the list of assets they no longer show profit/loss right away, you must click on a particular asset "card", wait a popup page to load and only then you have the information displayed. Basically you need to go back and fourth individually clicking on each one of your assets to look if you're "making or losing money". Another thing is, if we now have a new "view", which is the pop up that shows up when you click on an asset, why wasting a huge space with a massive "Info box" saying things like "Profit/Loos" and "Average Price" are based on the asset's value at the moment of your purchase...". Why not just leave this info hidden on a ( ! ) small little icon-button and use that huge space to show a line graph with the change in the asset's price with a few filters like (Day) (Week) (Month) (Year) (5 Years)? Very simple changes that will add a lot of value to the platform (in my opinion). Please have a look at this and if possible, make some changes. Those were my 2 cents! Have a great one.

How is it true when you say that one can safely do banking with this app when it has no FDIC insurance & account holder liability? For example that's like saying someone has full coverage insurance & then they read the disclosure & it says liability only. I was going to start an account until I found out the details & I'm not going to play with that kind of system. If or when your company adds FDIC & other financially important services I will open an account. Other than that I like the app.

Bad. This app was originally Usend created by a friend of mine while he was living in California and studying at UC Berkeley. It was an awesome app until Inter bought it and eliminated several functions of the app, including the capability of using it online, editing your recipients, and canceling a transaction. Now, if you enter any information incorrectly, you have to deal with all the burocracy common in Brasil. Se podemos complicar, por que simplificar? Awful. Don't waste your time.

This app is a scam. There are ads floating around advertized on news apps saying if I download Inter&Co: Financial APP and create an account I can earn $1000.00 no deposit. Stop advertizing lies, because there is always a catch

The app is very clean and and works well with my demands. The only problem is the global account, I can't use the card, the page don't open. You can access the normal card but not the global, it's really a shame.
