I love your app, it's the best for sure. But!! I have a problem with PRO account for 6 months! I have Pro, but app don't see it once per 2 times. So, I have to delete it and download again and do this every time. I wrote lot's of times to tech support. They respond that this is the issyeith my Google account. But, why then I don't have this problems with other apps!??? Solve this issue!!!

Uploading video in template does not work.. don't spend your money on this... as it's very basic and doesn't offer any worth mentioning features...

I have a paid subscription. The editing is very limited. It's very glitchy and crashes a lot. I do not recommend

Help center is ONLY available Monday-Friday. My camera roll won't load. I have gone into settings to make sure allow is on. It's all good on my end. I uninstalled and reinstalled still with no luck. So bummed.

The apps ok, paid for a year however when I select upgrade so that I can get more templates the app crashes. Will probably look for a different app.

The app has frozen on me ...I've forced stopped it and everything and is still frozen. Please fix whatever bug it is as I am paying for the service. Also, the lack of updates on templates is quite bad

Worst app.. Cannot buy 3 days free trail as well as monthly subscription... Forcing to buy yearly subscription... Waste app...

Way too buggy for the price they're asking for a subscription. Plus the fact that they push a subscription down your throat before you're even able to use any aspect of the app. Stick to capcut!! At least that app works most of the time!!

I like this app. It has alot of free templates to try before deciding to upgrade or not. One feature that would enhance the user experience is a side scroller that allows us to quickly navigate through our photo galleries vs endless swiping up to find pics/vids. Please consider this. Thank you.

It's a must have app for your brand. The free version gives so many great options but the pro version will wow your imagination.

The app keeps crashing! Such a beautiful app and but it's have the major irritating issue of crashing! They should look into this matter.. We are happy to use the app but it's not functioning properly so need to switch to a different one

Haven't purchased the premium yet but it keeps crashing. I have screen recorded for the bugs and crash problems. Let me know where I can send it so that your technical team can clear all glitches.

Extremely glitchy. The app keeps freezing and not responding. Any video that I upload to the templates doesn't show, it only plays the audio and shows a white screen. The app has potential but it's just not coded properly. I'm on a Pixel 8 Pro.

It's pretty cool so far, however, I'm on an Android and trying to use certain features to edit my creations such as the "swipe up" feature and duration options for photos/videos. Etc. It mentions there's an edit button to do these things and more in the Help , however, theres no EDIT button or option. Please help asap. I'm paying for PRO

I love the new updates and the creative templates. It's definitely versatile to create whatever you're looking for. The only thing is once and a while it crashes and the video plays slower then it's suppose to after you upload it to the template; during the creating process. Again, not often but it is noticable. Other then that I would suggest this then most platforms.

This my 2nd review on this app. I spent all day trying to export my video but the music was distorted. I reached out to the chat and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I hate the fact that I paid for a 1 year service for a garbage app. If you are looking for good edit app don't waste your time with this This would be a great app if it wasn't so glitchy. Also., I've been trying to save a video for 2 hours and it keeps crashing. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone who values their time.

..yearly subscription cost is too high, especially since every app is now doing subscriptions. all of the subscriptions start to add up. you should at least have it to where we can buy the templates that we like orrrr..have a one time buy option. And please can you add text animation, and some effects for example glitch, but, overall this app easy to learn, quick and is pretty good. Thanks

If you buy something, you pay for it in advance.. if it stops working then you need repairs OR return it and get a refund... this particular app was working when I downloaded it in August. IT DOES NOT WORK NOW. I have been paying and using other apps that do similar work and it has worked. So NO its not my account that's the problem. It's the APP. I have reached out to the App support multiple times and there is NO SOLUTION.

keeps crashing. I purchased the year subscription and the app keeps crashing. I am unable to create anything. I've messaged the support team on the app and only get bot responses with "helpful " articles that aren't helpful. When I was finally able to load my media to one if their templates. The templates were without music or text and it was expected that I search for the music and recreate the template from scratch. This isn't what was advertised nor what I was looking for.

I have loved this app until recently. I paid for this app and it worked perfectly for the last 3 years but all of a sudden, within the last 2-3 months, it keeps crashing, the template that I usually use is not allowing me to move around the media on the lowest part of the screen, and I just uninstall and reinstalled... now none of the templates are working at all! I paid for this app and it doesn't work. Please please help.
