Very bad application, you can not cancel the order , I have uninstalled it after only one order , I have called the shop to cancel and send them 6 times to cancel my order with no response , I advice people not to use this application and use talabat instead at least you can go with live chat with the support team and they will refund your money. This app is frustrating, don't use it

It's sad to see an application with a great potential be this unorganized... There's always an issue!! Late response.. missing items.. very high rate for price adjustment without informing the client first.. you guys need to do better

Terrible customer service! They don't know what customer service is. I wanted to return an item purchased by mistake, but they didn't agree. I am a very loyal customer, buying more than 2 orders per day, but this didn't really make a difference. Uninstalling their app

Its so bad in terms of communication!!! The order can cancel stuff and be late by 30 mins and more, and no one cares to inform or to apologize. I was having another account, they blocked it, and refuse to resolve it.

Half the items I order aren't available, and when they make a substitution request they don't give enough time to make it, then they call to tell you about the request.. so I log in again just to tell me the time already passed for the substitution!! Then why call? And why out of stock items are there in the first place? And why is there not any customer service ? Ridiculous..

Very useless application don't use it. For second time I make an order and order not delivered cause supermarket is closed ! Why the hell do you let me order when the supermarket is about to close !!! And no customer service at all. Don't bother to use this service bad AF.

Same issues like everyone else! Never never received order on time, they show 15 and 20 minutes delivery time & you get your order after at least 1 hour, eventhough you live 5 minutes away from where you order, they charge you alot for bad services!! Better grap your stuff yourself or use other reliable service. This is one example so you don't think am making this up, order no. 9324590. More than 1 hour delay! I live 5 minutes away from the place I ordered 😂 I will never use this app again!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! 1 missing item after 2 hours late, and I reported the issue many times on the app without proper follow-up from the instashop team. There is no following up on whether I did receive the missing item or not and no refund the money. You proved to be the worst app and the worst customer experience ever. I'm truly disappointed at the level of ignorance and my experience with this poor app.

I downgraded the rating from 5 stars to 1 star andif there was something worse than this I would have chosen it. The application proved to be a total failure. Most of the dealing shops are very late in the delivery time and the way of communicating to report an incident is very poor and instashop team usually does not reply on the reprtinf of the issues, so I have to contact the shop and start pushing to make the delivery happen. The worst application amongst the other apps.

This is one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever went through I dont recommend this store neither the app at all. This is my first and last shopping experience with insta shop Vanish came open and the almost filled to it's half and it is 100% not original vanish. Once received I sent a pic and a complain to instashop, they called me asking me about the issue and they did nothing and after only 1 min from ending the call the agent closed the case saying resolved. This is fraud!!

Don't try and ordr food from this app. Grocery delivery is great, food or restaurant delivery though is terrible. Made an order and it never arrived. The restaurant itself called me saying the order is ready but there are no drivers assigned. Then 2 hours later, their customer service calls me asking if I received the order and then apologizing saying "Ah yes sorry, there were no drivers to assign to your order"

Absolutely sucks ! 1) whatever you order will come hours late unless from a pharmacy 2) sometimes the order doesn't come at all and but they still deduct the amount from your card , this happened to me and when I raised the complaint they they took a whole day to reply to say they will handle it "and the order is on the way" still never came and when I raised another complaint for refund completely ignored. Just an awful app overall. Don't download.

I have received order with very poor quality food, rotten food and very old fruits and vegetables. Customer service is terrible and never helped. Also, I was told from one of the delivery persons that if you leave the tip on the app through online payment they don't get it, the app keeps it, which is unacceptable.

The app isn't updated to accommodate Egypt's summer time changes and still follows the old time system. This creates a lot of hassle especially when I have to substitute an item in my order because for the application the substitution request was sent to me one hour ago!! I have to switch my phone's time settings back and forth between the old system and the correct time, which is a major inconvenience for an application designed to follow Egyptian time.

Generally good service and customer support. Some sellers don't have the right pricing for items. I think this needs constant updating which isn't being diligently done. Also, I stopped ordering fresh food items because they come in poor condition. Please improve, this app could be great.

Considering other apps, this one is very bad. U place an order and almost EVERY TIME something goes out of stock and alot of the times when u try to cancel the order, it will be already assigned to someone to deliver it and it says "can't cancel order (name) already was assigned" like why should I take the order when the things I wanted were out of stock? And then they force u to take the order. With other apps tho, when u place an order it's guaranteed that everything will come. Bad experience.

Very bad service, its not accustomed to Egypt's summer time so when they ask u to substitute the time would already be out. Some of tge supermarkets also say free delivery but then they add it and then u pay extra which happened to me alot of times. Also when u order something and submit the order u expect that thing to arrive but most of the time it will tell u "product out of stock" which is honestly very irritating. Bad service, don't recommend.

Service fee was excessive. there was a bug with the GPS putting the wrong delivery location and I couldn't fix it. driver went to it instead of reading the address when I made my account. I only got this app because I was busy cooking and couldn't leave for 5 min to the shop not even 0.15km away. I know they had some items on stock, but they canceled 1 and brought the other one wrong (fewer grams). If I am paying 7.5AED service fee they should get it right on a small order worth 30AED.

*edit* Thanks for the response Instashop, but I have already reached out to your customer service via email many times and your "contact us" link. At this point your CX team has continued to ignore me and I have given up. There has been no refund, credit to my account, or other communication. I have lost time and money (I have never been refunded and items I bought have never been sent). Not shopping here again. *original* Inconsistent and not worth your time. I had to stay up late on a worknight, waiting for my order that took over 2 hours. Items were missing even though I was charged the full amount, and the produce (fuji apples and lemons) that I ordered were low quality and very small. Customer service called and messaged me a few times telling me that they would deliver the items that were missing, and then completely stopped responding to me. I never received the missing items and was never compensated for being overcharged. If you're lucky you'll have a great experience, but if not, expect items to be missing and your order to be late like mine was. The bottom line is that the quality of service isn't consistent, and honestly not worth the frustration or hassle. You're better off with an app that consistently delivers quality like Carrefour or Breadfast.

WARNING! The wrong email address has somehow been attached to my account, putting my debit card information at risk. I tried using the app to delete that address and insert the correct one to no avail. I have called customer service many times, and the problem is still not corrected. They said this is for my security. I believe that my security is compromised by the app using an email address that doesn't belong to me. . **Be careful if using this app. Check your account information often*
