Application works very good in 90% of the subscribed banks. Reason why I am giving 3 stars only because tech support through WhatsApp and specially human representatives. They don't know how to troubleshoot or solve a problem, they are just useless answer machines that only work to fill forms with caller details. Good luck with your efforts

Very stupid application first it insists that the SIM must be on the phone u have the application installed which is ridiculous ,then it insists u use a sim that has data and does not accept WiFi another ridiculous requirement. I use many international applications and have never seen something like this. the third thing is I hear that this application is bound to be payable wich is unheared of . Trying to make people use electronic transactions to save on printing and digitize does not follow

Worst customer service you will ever deal with in life, I'm getting the below error for over a month "Your request is declined, please try again later" And they keep escaping the job and can't fix it, I've called several times and they keep saying it's a problem with the bank, even though I've different banks setup, all same error, they still say it's the bank problem, I've no problem with the bank app. Resolution: worked finally after completly uninstalling then re-installing the App

after changing 1 of my sim cards I cannot log any anymore, and I didn't change my bank sim card phone.

Very Bad experience not able to activate SMS . Get warning that app may change sim settings. It very stupid message as I am afraid that it may cause problems to my connections. No mention how it affects my communication.. is it not recovered and what to do in case this happens. Just a warning is a very stupid way of communication . Any way I couldn't use because of the stupid alleged connection SMS did not happend for several attempts. NB:I used the last update so dont advise as u used to

Amazing app .. it made money transfer so much easier .. I no longer use bank specific apps for transfers

I would like to give 5 as i like this app alot. But once I traveled it stopped working and I used to transfer money to my account. Now I can't please solve it then I will give 5.

Thank you for this great app , but I have an issue since last update (31/05/2024) the app doesn't work, and stuck on splash screen then closed automatically , please try fix the issue as soon as possible (Note: My Mobile on Android 14)

When receiving a transfer while the phone is linked to multiple accounts. App should allow to direct the transfer to a specific account instead of going directly to the default account. That will relief the receipient from changing the default account each time before receiving a transfer. It is not logical to let the sender to alert the recipient before making the transfer to modify the default account. Business does not go this way.

Hi, I have an issue with app since 2 months. It closes just after pressing send money or collect money. Sometimes it notify that app has a bug. I reported so to call center 2 to 3 weeks ago & received no feedback.

Unable to activate the app. SMS verification step is not working. *Update* After contacted the call center several times, placed on hold for long time, and troubleshoot the problem, I got no where to activate the app due the activition SMS not sent out. Contacted my carrier who verified everything is working sending SMS to short number. I am very frustrated and disappointed ☹️
