Do not even install this!! After purchase, app asks you to turn on roaming. And Thier eSIM doesn't connect. So roaming will turn on a primary card. You risk to pay a lot and not even been a le to use it anyway. No answer from support. This is purely a fake eSIM app to get your money.

Simply doesn't do what it says. The no eSIM assigned. There is no apparent easy to watch ads for free data. Nothing but overpriced data to purchase and ads on every screen. Uninstalling.

I am getting a message in red letters saying " your card was declined" I have never purchased anything here. Anytime I try, it keeps telling me that lol.

The purchase and installation has been seamless. The only glitch is my credit card declined but going through PayPal using the same card same to allow it to go through. I'll try one month at $14 and using Pixel 4 the eSIM was loaded and I was given a choice to use my standard SIM or ESIM. I chose esim and I'll take the sim out and put it in another phone

It worked great in the first country. Then it malfunctioned and installed extra sims. Then they tell me all were corrupted and I went days without data. I had to switch away from this service. To their credit, they refunded me. But they couldn't fix it.

The purchase went easy, prices for mobile data are Good compared to others like airalo. (been using the german esim, 19€ for 20gb) would be great if the time wouldn't be 7 days for 20gb tho, and would really like to have bigger data options and maybe more variety of coupons for existing customers, or maybe a cashback features like the competition has.

This service is garbage and a scam! I will report them to google and my credit card. You guys take my money but the service does not work especially at the time when you needed it. It's suppose to be simple like any other esim provider, you install the esim and APN should be correct with roaming on. Yet again, I tried everything and no bueno. I've been using nomad and airlo without any issues. You guys are crooks!

This app has obnoxious lockscreen and notification ads and the settings section just gives them more room for ads that you pay $85/yr to remove. BUT there is no map showing coverage so for all you know the "country" may be just a single cell tower. It definitely won't roam on Verizon or US Cellular and didn't connect to TMo or AT&T for me so expect awful coverage.

The application lacks any contact/help to assist users with troubleshooting. While it is possible to purchase and install an e-sim, it is unclear how users would identify which DMI profile to select in their Sim-toolkit for a particular network/country. Additionally, there is no provision for configuring the (APN) for the chosen network. It is troubling that the application's website also lacks troubleshooting. Besides the network is barely available; it's mostly without signals or uses Edge

Purchased mobile data via the website for a trip. Asked me to access it via the app for some reason. Unable to log in through either of the login options, which are required to get to my eSIM.

There are no settings, you cannot change anything, you cannot remove payment details once added!! They charged me for data I did not use! They refunded me the money in the end after I sent them a complaint. Still, be cautious when using this application. They can charge you at any moment and you don't have a lot of control over usage or billing.

Unusable. Multiple credit cards declined every single time, maybe because it didn't trigger the Swedish eID BankID? Had to take my business elsewhere. Impossible to recommend.

Bought 1GB to use in the New York with an eSIM. Setting up the eSIM was simple, however the activation took some time. I contacted support and they reacted within an hour and solved the problem. I just had to restart my phone and open the app again. The data connection has been super stable and fast! Would definitely recommend this!

Bought a 30 Gb plan for brazil, was cheaper than the competition. But it was really crappy network, both in urbanized cities or country side. Always trying to connect to network, always very poor network, always cheap connectivity. It was a nightmare just getting google maps to work! It was so bad i could not even consume the plan over 4 weeks!!! I had to rely on hotel wifi. Next time (well, wont be a next time with instabridge), i will get a more expensive option at the competition!

Not possible to delete credit card info or your account with instabridge. Poor Customer Service. Asked to delete my account and credit card info. Only vague replies ("we are working on it") until they suddenly said "this is not a priority" meaning once you give they your info and create am account it will never be deleted

I used this to make a one-off data purchase for a trip to the US. The esim worked fine, but they charged me again the following month. Their app doesn't seem to have a way for me to remove my payment details from my account either, and I've contacted support but received no response.

I am unable to purchase anything as I get a "card declined" message using various credit cards, issued in UAE and India. I responded directly to the developer and gave the details they wanted, but they never got back to me after their initial suggestion did not work. Sub par customer service. Would suggest not to use them for a paid plan as you will be stuck if something goes wrong
