Frequent bugs and crashes. Sometimes the app doesnt open, sometimes it shows services are not available. Sometimes we faced issue in receiving otp for transactions. Also faced issue on opening or closing fd. Tax payments like gst, advance tax does not go through either due to options not available or service not available.

The app does not open and very difficult to use banking for the past one week Tried to uninstall and reinstall but still doesn't work. Seriously needs a quick remedy else will lose credibility what is happening

I used to love previous version of the app but since last few updates it has started giving trouble and now, even after installing the lastest version, it doesn't open only and constantly keeps on crashing.

When ever i tried to open app with my wifi connection, app doesn't open for weeks and then after some time it opens with the same wifi connection, other issues are lagging, taking long time to process, for one payment through NEFF it takes more than 10 mins.

Not working properly many times today on the day 25-8-2024 and it is not working. No one can add biller through this app. But u can add payee. Provide add biller through this app. And many other service is not available in this application. Pgvcl bill payment is not working since 12 days. Today app is not opening. So i called bank and got answered that app has a problem for some times.

Worst App. Have been trying to login for 10 days straight now but still the app crashes everytime I login. Have installed and uninstalled the app n number of times yet no solution. Also have complained the same to the corporatecare mail id yet no solution provider by them even after so many days. Pathetic service and pathetic app.

As of Aug 31 2024, I'm unable to open the app. It crashes when I try open the app by clicking the icon over my android phone. I've installed the latest version but the version is extremely poor. This app needs a lot of improvement.

It keeps crashing as i open this app. Not working. Directly crashing as soon as i open it. I tried everything. Software update. App update. Restart. And bank visit. But still not opening. I am using oneplus 11 android 14. Full updated.

Better to show update app when it needs update instead of showing service unavailable. Update-1: this app is keep crashing if gps location is off. I reinstalled it and still facing the same issue until I on my location. Better to ask for location permission if it is needed. After new update this app is not asking for location permission.

There is a bug in the app, as soon as we open the app it shows that it is not responding and it needs to be force closed. Am facing very difficulties accessing the app. Please remove the bug and launch an update or else I will have to change my business banking account.

Do not do banking with Icici bank. Go for HDFC . ICICI INSTABIZ app is extremely slow and they are not sensitive to their customer needs . I am opting out from this bank who has only raised my stress levels , what's the point of this app when I have to keep doing transaction by going to my laptop again and again. Now totally exhausted. I give up!

Pathetic app. Not even working in time of need! Keep showing the message Service not available. Even after updating the app. It keeps logging out the whole account details itself. Previously it used to work fine. Don't know what happened to this Instabiz app! Need to open bank account in different bank it seems

Thanks for responding. Downloaded the latest version. Nothing has changed. App has to be reinstalled every few days. Pathetic. The app has stopped working and has become a pain. Was working flawlessly till a few weeks back The app keeps getting worse. Now u have to reinstall almost every month. The app has not been working for more than 2 weeks. When you try to open it, it crashes. And it keeps happening. The app will open and work once in a day. This is incredibly frustrating as basic transactions get delayed. What's the point of a mobile app when it doesn't work most of the time?

I am finding it difficult to transact. The app is not able to read the SMS and when you are doing manual entry it is showing some error. Please rectify. The whole ICICI brand gets impacted because of such lousy issues. Today, the problem got resolved. OTP was coming seamlessly. Thanks ICICI IBuzz team.

Earlier versions were fine and ran optimally, but newer things are always causing long loading times. For simple NEFT, imps and UPI transactions, app gets lagging many times. I'm using this app for more than 8yrs, but this new version is not good at all. Today I needed to an urgent transaction, but app is crashing continuously even after uninstall and reinstall !!!!

InstaBiz: A Monumental Failure This is my third time I m writing to u. Is this what your top priority looks like? It's been almost 2 weeks since u responded with (I'm quoting u) as "we have highlighted the app crash issue, and we are working on this issue on top priority..". Moreover, I m also mailing you the screen recording of ur app crashing continuosly, although I wish I could have the opportunity of attaching here the screen recording of ur app crashing for the world to see..😡😡🤦🤦
