Inshorts has changed for bad , rather worse. It was great when it launched.. now it has - Outdated news Incongrous updates. Unnecessary noise of unwanted news. Unnecessary video news. Can go on on. I was a fan before. Now i just hate it but still use it coz i used to love it.

Good experience with reading news headlines with this app. However I don't know why it suggests more of bollywood/entertainment segment news. I checked for the settings and didn't find anything specific to change this. I'm interested mostly in tech areas, national politics and geo politics.

App is very good and it's providing all news in simple way but I would like to suggest that the font contrast to be improved. Very light fonts are giving trouble to read the article.

I don't know who is getting these great ideas of adding short videos as news in the app, remove it. If I would've wanted my news as video then I would have gone to YouTube. Also please bring back the unread categories. There is no use of reading the same news again and again.

Quality of writing needs to improve (sometimes confusing titles and silly spelling error in a 50 word summary)...also many time bottom button says 'tap to watch video ' but there won't be any video embedded in the article page. Quantity is prioritised over quality of news.

I love this platform with all its features as majority of people like it , but I have a suggestion as well as a request from the creator and developer of this aap that I am curious person and as well as a student, I love the insight feature but some are major issues which I want to download or save to see it again when I needed , so if you may plz gave the features of downloding insight news articles directly into our gallery or atleast we can send or save this insight news with special folder

Giving 1 star for my recent experiences with app Earlier app was so good with 100 unread shots at a time, and also feeds were getting refreshed automatically and manually. But now from past 6 months app is not user-friendly. Feeds are not getting refreshed. Even unread shots has been reduced to 50 which is also not working properly, Always getting old shots repeatedly even after refreshing multiple times. Now I'm really started haing this app.

It used to be a great app, its content quality is reducing day by day. Now its dominated by ads and click bait story which link back to full story on some website - this is a sad deviation form its original intent. Looks like its time to start looking for an alternative. Maybe AI is really the answer, people, like the inshorts team, will eventually get corrupted.

The purpose of this app is gone! This app is now showing old shorts very very often which are already read or watched, if I had to read the old shorts majorly then I think it is time to delete this app and switch over to something else which is more useful. Also the feedback option in the is not opening even after trying multiple times so I guess Inshorts team is not willing to take feedback from it's user as well.

When I had first downloaded the app, everything was perfect. But with use, I have realised that the app is of no use as the same news keeps coming again and again on my feed. Even after completing the unread news at a particular time, it still shows that 3-4 messages are unread and I have to scroll up again through the 100-200 slides to find them. It would be great if this problem is solved and the efficiency of the app increases.

The app is very good and informative as far as daily digest of national and international news is concerned. However the shorts are not in chronological order like it was 2-3 years ago and no matter how many shorts you scroll, the no of unread shorts never end. Every time I keep scrolling, news posted 2-3 days ago comes along with those posted few hours ago and that too it's repetitive. The team should look into it.

The Inshorts app has been very disappointing recently. It has many bugs that disrupt the experience. The news stories feel incomplete and rushed. Moreover, the highlights often promote one side of the story, showing a clear bias. If you're looking for balanced and reliable news, this app is NOT the right choice.

I've used Inshorts for a long time to get my news quickly. But over the last few months, I'm seeing news from topics that I've specifically marked as "not interested." It's super frustrating. I emailed the Inshorts team to fix this, but I've gotten no response. I even reinstalled the app, but it didn't help. If you want a reliable news app that respects your preferences, look elsewhere. [Update: If this issue gets resolved, I will change my rating.]

HORRIBLE CONTENT IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS - I've been using this app since years. Inshorts used to stick to news and facts. But over the last few months I'm seeing so much unnecessary stories and opinions and now blogs/video links. Even news articles frequently get trimmed half way through a sentence. Switching over to some other news apps. Hope they bring back the old app.

The brief manner in which the news are put is really effective. However, some irrelevant news pieces keep popping up (more & more) even after dismissing such as 'not interested' Edit: News must be less subjective. If I want someone's opinions, I would rather be reading blogs. Of late, some of the pieces are coloured with (writer's) views. Also, for 1 out of 5 news piece, there's an error loading the news.
