The previous app design was good and working for me! I don't know why they had to change the look and make everything bigger! Anyways bookmyshow is way to go for tickets!

Took inox passport but issue with dates, today it is 30th but there it is indicating tomorrow is 30th. Can't book tickets for tomorrow.

Worst service ever, i have mistakly bookes diffrent date and cancels it withn 5 minutes they took half of money and refunded half money only, i just wanted to change the date.... pathetic service and one day they didnt even refunded my amount

Movie tickets of new film are not at all available this is not at all fare. Cant you make your devices error free before the movie or you are wantedly blocking the tickets

Whether at site or in app, any section which has special offers available, you can't open that. It is disappointing for being such an international brand and still have this kind of buggy app and website both. If I had option to rate 0stars I would have prefered that over single star

Axis bank BOGO offers are not available still the bank claims to have the offers. It was available previously but the app doesn't show all the applicable offers in the bank offers page

Horrible future date booking experience. Only allows to book the same day. When going to future dates, it still shows current date options. Horrible horrible

Worst App you can have, next day booking not available, no loyalty program.app should be discontinued as it charges convenience but is quite inconvenient. Do not download wastage of time.

I am literally tired of your updates. Every week, there is a new update, and it's incredibly frustrating. All we want to do is book movie tickets and buy some food. We don't need a rocket to deliver to our seats. Your team seems unable to make a stable app that simply allows us to book tickets and use it without any issues. Everyone in our family is irritated by your constant updates. Please, just make a stable app. This is the last time I'm checking it. I will definitely make a media report

After the implementation of the new UI changes, the app's performance has significantly slowed down, making it difficult to use. Previous releases were satisfactory; however, with the latest update, all my book histories were lost. Navigating between tabs has become challenging for end users. Please address the slowness issues in the upcoming release to enhance user experience.

Pathetic Service, poor management. Purchased Passport, trying to use it but OTP is not being received. It's been 2-3 hours they are not able to resolve the issue. Uneducated customer service staff they don't know when the issue will be resolved.

Worst experience. Worst customer support. I have purchased PVR-INOX-PASSPORT. But, when i try to purchase movie tickets on Mon-Thu it is showing technical error everytime. When i try to contact customer support they wont even respond on Call/Whatsapp/Email. I tried all ways to reach out to them but failed. Dont purchase these scam passports guys!! Its a waste of money. It doesnt work.
