It is a very efficient and user friendly application. The application gets better with every update; we have more options now so we don't have to visit the bank for many things.

The service calls for payments does not work most of the time. Too many advertisements blocking my operation. Very slow during navigation between pages.

QR scanner doesn't work! Worst scanner I have ever used! I couldn't get it working even once! Tried different phones but to no avail. Total disappointment!!!

Why is it there a big difference in the gold price you display on your app on the page before you login, and the price of gold when you want to buy it in the app? ING selling price shown is not even close to what your real selling price is. Seems a bit shady. 🤨😒

I've sent my money by EFT in 5th try. application closes itself in the middle of process and starts from beginning (from login). is there any solution for this. not by me, by you. I've just downloaded the application. don't tell me to reinstall please :)

EFT cost still exists. Helper named INGo is useless and located in wrong position. Touch the back button twice voila you found that robot. But you can't use back button to close the INGo helper. Usual Newbie designer mistakes. Worse mobile app for a bank.

I was told to download the app in order to create an account. Its asking Turkish address, live chat is seriously annoying. If you don't respond in 3 seconds they close off the chat. Strongly not recommend.

App is working great and user friendly. Problem is the bank. They charge you for everything and you got to spend a lot of time on the phone to get things done through their procedure. Keep your money in your safe rather than dealing with this drama. Its impossible to get out.

Quite easy to navigate through the menus for most of the bank processes and is fast while also precise. I can safely use the app throughout the day for all of my transactions, share data with my other accounts and access information similar to that provided by my physical bank. Thank you, Software Developer Team.

After some time of using the app, it starts to give technical error and you have to download again and again and again and again.... fed up!!!!
