Later edit: removed one star because they still don't want to port the app for Huawei users and because they removed ING Pay. Removed another star because of the useless reply: how am I supposed to add my card to Google Wallet if I don't have Google Play or other Google services. Please do your homework next time.

Since a few updates back on any payment confirmation i rrceive the error that the login fail and i have to login each time. Thr app is great, just that it lately gives alot of login errors

The app does what it should do but it misses the features other homebank apps have: -it s 2020, we need aggregators to see what our payments represent, for example BT and revolut Edit: I can see you added more details about the spending,.that s really well, it covers my comment but it need something very important: the ability to change the period. For example, I consider my month starting on the 7th because that s when I get my salary. So starting 7th and ending 6th on the next month.

Consistent "no network" message and recently "forgotten" trusted devices. Messages like "no network available" and "add trusted device" Can U fix those recurring bugs or not? It's annoying to say the least! Now, i can't pay in foreign currency from your trash application because it doesn't scroll, therefore not possible to access the bottom button! Can you do serious business or are you kidding us?! Still errors on trusted devices! And still "no connection". For a on-line bank it's lame!

When making a payment, I can't go back and forth between ING app and another app with the invoice, so I can transfer the relevant info necessary for the payment because the ING app is always asking me to verify my fingerprint and then sends me back to the home page, literally deleting all the info I added on that payment I was about to make. Please let us go back to where we left off. Otherwise, it is pretty inconvenient.

I have more than a week of trying to do a simulation for ING Personal, but without success....after I click on "Aplica acum" the screen remains white and after a few seconds stops ....I have a Galaxy S21 5G, I've restarted my device several times, I've tried to access the application being connected to wifi or only on mobile data, I'm up to date with all the updates required by my device....overall, I'm quite ok with the application and it is the first time I have issues with it

The app is working without any issues. Yet my rating is for ing itself for not giving any promos to its most valued clients and only cares about getting new clients with all these offers like 3 months gold for free... why not give the oldest clients 1 month for free also so they can try it out, maybe they will be regulars in the future. Im thinking of switching banks if they keep this up

Since 3 days the app is bot working as it should. Payments can not be approved, bank transfers even if the same bank are not working. The answer from call center is useless and doesn't help with nothing. Some beginers are hired to work for this app probably and will lead to lose customers of ING bank.

Changing my review to 3 stars as the team was helpful and resolved the issue with Google Wallet. It's a pity ING Pay will no longer be supported. The main issue I have with the app is that half the time I get a connection error when I use it (the internet is working fine on other apps), and I can't access it at all.

The app works really well with most functionalities and makes banking generally easier by making 95% of visits to their offices or phone/e-mail contact unnecessary. 4 stars because I am not quite happy about the blank screens ING Bazar turns up every now and then; it doesn't render the service unusable, only mildly annoying at times. And I would really love it and rate it 5 full stars if it had a dark mode, making even the pure blank screens more bearable for my eyes.

ING decided to swap from a secured DigiPass protection that was generating a one time secure 6 numbers for each entry, and each transaction to "A MORE SECURE, FASTER, MASTER PASSWORD (all transactions and all logins) from the email that I got" PASSWORD that is not even a password, it is just a PIN Number made of only 5 numbers.

The app became very buggy recently. Almost every transaction from online purchases that I need to approve from the homebank has issue. The service is unavailable and I need to retry several times to log into the app.

Hello guys, i'm having trouble with the app for like a month, two. It keeps getting disconnected from the internet in manny cases its not usable. Tried with vpn on, vpn off, wifi, mobile data but this is persistent. Will this get a fix it's only on my side? I tried deleting cache and the whole app but no luck. Xiaomi 14. Update: Saw it on iphone also. I will change my stars after it's fixed. :)

Lately this app has started to throw strange errors like network connectivity lost. Transfers to Revolut take way longer than usual (if they work at all). This is a clear degradation from a few years ago.

Worst banking application I ever used. I get constant errors when I try to do basic things like log in, create a deposit, transfer funds. Incredibly unreliable app. No idea how it has such a high score. Probably bot farming.

I don't know what is wrong with this app right now but it just won't let me pay my bills. I even had problems logging in and now It keeps saying that an error occured and to try again later. Keeps saying that for the last hour and this is just bad for a banking app. Will revise my rating when everything goes back to normal

If I leave the app in the background and bring it back after some time it always complains about no internet and requests the username again. It didn't use to happen. I have a Galaxy S24 so I don't think it's the phone but one of the last updates. Hangs in some acreens. It needs fixing. It used to work pretty well.

I have been using this app for a very long time, and I'm really happy with it. One very important thing that has always been missing is the timestamp for the transactions. I imagine it's something rather easy to implement, so why not do it? Other apps I use such as Revolut or Wise have both date and time for every transaction and that is very useful for situations when you have to track payments.

It works well and I really like the statistics. As a suggestion... you might allow each one of us to choose the start date for the "statistics month" start. In my case the month starts when my salary goes in my account. It doesn't help too much to see the info truncated, I am always referring as a start point the pay day. Other than that all good

The app is ok but some functionalities are slow. When trying to apply for a loan the release date for the legal ID is a calendar that you have to go back ( 6y in my case ) month by month. Sooo many taps; That's poor UI design ING, I know you can do better. Another thing I found during the loan simulation process was I just updated my info and got the confirmation email but the app kept telling me that I cannot continue as my info is being updated. Testing team could do better also.
