I love Influenster and the awesome products I get! The app needs some major improvements - it is just so glitchy all the time... it restarts for no reason, I had liked over 100 posts and then they randomly dissappeared...I have issues with submitting activities on some campaigns. When I am going thru the questionnaire for new campaigns I often have to wait a whole minute for the next question... Customer support has improved tremendously, they are super fast and helpful now.

Every time I try to access my account by tapping the icon in an email sent to me by Influenster, all I get is a repeating page of the orange Influenster logo. And when it does work, which is only if I tap the icon shortcut on my phone, it never takes me to my dashboard or profile page. It ALWAYS takes me to the page where my badges are - every single time. This app has not been very helpful at all and I hope it gets an overhaul soon. Otherwise, Influenster is great. But it would be so much bette

I enjoy using the app. No major issues. Sometimes there's a lag with pages loading. I wish it would update the impact score more accurately. - update 1/6/20 I can't upload any pictures, which affects my reviews, Vox Boxes & virtual voxes. Plus, my login streak has now reset in the mid 70s. Not that big of a deal but I'm on this app every day.

Not great. I used to love Influenster. No constant updating. But, when they changed it, the problems began. I have yo "update" once a month or so. Which means I have to uninstall and reinstall because it won't just update. This is a pain! Sometimes I have to reinstall or try several times to be successful. The app is slow and freezes or won't let you review or search. This usually are the tell tell signs you need to update, again. Its awful. I wish they'd just change it back.

I've been using influenster for many years. I've been having fun with it. If I had any problems with campaigns they have been able to help with it. The app, however, keeps getting worse. The home page is forever the same, hard to see and answer people's questions, can't flag spam reviews and questions. Sometimes it just loads, and several functions also can only be done on the app so I get stuck in limbo.

This app has gotten worse over time. It has trouble loading and uploading content. Its always saying "Something seems a bit slow", "Oops something went wrong", or just shows the loading logo for an extended time so that I cannot even move within the app. Photo uploads are always poor quality and other uploads are generally pretty slow. Not to mention that the way the camera roll works is completely unorganized and different in different parts of the app. please fix. I love this program.

it's a fun app to use for the most part. I like the fact that i have gotten a box to test. The whole idea behind this is great. But the app itself is slow to respond to clicks and the feed on my home page and the home page of the app circles the same 3 posts no matter how long I scroll through. It's really frustrating to see the same 3 posts while scrolling through for 10 seconds, it even shows the little loading icon, but still shows the same things. The whole app is really buggy and lags a ton.

I used to love this app, but ever since it done all these updates, it went downhill! I haven't received any surveys and any voxboxes in forever. I also had to connect all my social media over and over again! It still shows a task that says 13 months overdue when i did it already!? And I tried contacting them, and no response. I'm so over this app, and at this point, it's just taking up space on my phone.

I love influenster. I've been with them for years now, but this app sucks the notifications are very off. When i get a notification and click on it, it says to slow all offers has been claimed. How when i just got the notification. When i do daily tasks and write reviews, my score stays the same, never changes. When I try to upgrade my interest, it doesn't update at all it stays the same. App needs a lot of work

Personal data farm with excessively low payout for selling your information. On the platform at tier 7 for many years. Was offered 5 items in return for reviews at multiple places. I only received 2 of them, but the app forced a review anyway. This was in the first 8 months or so. Since then, 0 offers. I've continued to do daily reviews from the task menu and has nothing offered. This is a huge waste of time with a tiny payout. It's not worth the time and effort. Unfortunate.

As a loyal user of TryIt, I was initially excited about the transition to Influencer, hoping for an enhanced experience. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. From the onset, the transition was rocky. Despite being an active member on TryIt, my transition to Influencer felt abrupt and devoid of the perks I had grown accustomed to. Gone are the days of receiving a multitude of exciting products to try; instead, I found myself receiving nothing in return for my loyalty.

I was really let down with the app experience so far. It has been buggy I multiple ways from just not working to not letting me connect my fb account or even send the link. I can't earm more points and am stuck not being able to get the 9th tier. Otherwise haven't received any offers/programs anything. I keep reviewing stuff for daily task but it doesn't show that it does anything. Kinda feels like a waste. Might change stars if this is fixed and I'm able to even make progress...

They disabled flagging a question/user for spam, so there's tons of that now, a bunch of drug sales. It auto rotates itself if you have it turned off system-wide on your phone. App constantly keeps prompting to do out-of-band updates (not via Play store, super sketchy!). Even after a successful update, I keep getting that whole-page screen. So many bugs, laggy, unusable. User content also sucks.

It's been about a year and a half trying almost daily to reconnect my Instagram account. The customer service for Influenster is garbage. I've been sent in loops around these people to find out why it keeps kicking my account off. I haven't gotten an answer yet, and it's been almost 2 years now. I receive so many emails for vox boxes and can't do anything with them because I can't connect my Instagram, I am beyond frustrated with this app and company. Lots of bugs, repetitiveness, not updating home page, reports do not work, does not stay in portrait mode. Does not allow edits to reviews as well as the daily tasks repeating by doing a task on an item I already did a review on. Changes layout once in a while from new and old look. Lack of "presence" in the app as of everything posted were fake or bots rather than real people and reviews.

I've had influencer for years and It been great for the most part. App issues is the biggest problem over the years and most recently I can not even get into it. It will tell me my password or email is wrong and to reset my password (which I did twice) or if I try to log in with Facebook it will say error no permissions. I've missed out on a lot. I emailed them and surprisingly got a response back really quick. Same day quick. I responded but it's been weeks with no answer back.

Really liked it at first. But haven't received any voxboxes lately. Friends are getting them left and right. But now I can't even log into the app. Tells me email/password is incorrect so I reset my password, still doesn't work. Try with Facebook on the app and it tells me no permission. I can log into it with Facebook on a browser but that's all. Really wish this was fixed.
