I've played this for 8 years. Still one of the most enjoyable games for me to play. Simple game loop with enough strategy and stuff that I can get engaged. (Not sure if it's been on the Google Play Store for 8 years, but I used to play it on my iPad.) Ads are unobtrusive, gameplay is satisfying, it's simple, there's time to think, it's intuitive, and it's just fun.

As a long time fan of retro based games and game play and also loving role playing games from old gen to new. I dicided to pick up this little game. At first it seemed incredibly simple and I lacked interest. But I continued to play only to find that this may be one of the best free to play games I have ever downloaded. Its balanced/fast paced with a. Classic automated turn based battle system. Then adding strategy on top of it all to mix it up. If I could ask you to add a bestiary.

This was and still is a very fun game. I only switched to 2 stars because after the most recent update, I have lost all of my progress. It only let's me restore a back-up from another device. I wish I didn't have to start over because even though the game is very fun, it takes a looooooong time to get extra item slots and equipment, especially the rare drop equipment.

Proceed with caution. This game will push you to better yourself. Very interesting game mechanics. The goal is to get as high a level as possible. This can be challenging as levels must be obtained in 30 battles (or less if you are killed in battle) as gold and levels do not carry over to the next game. However, Equipment that you buy does carry over and these pieces not only add fixed amounts of stats to your character but also add a percentage of what you add to your stats.

One of the best things I love about this game is that you can obtain every piece of gear without having to spend a single cent. If this app costed money, it would be worth buying. It's a unique RPG that gives you a certain amount of combat points per playthrough. Every battle consumes a combat point. It begins as a short game, but once you complete multiple playthroughs and progress far enough, it can take up to an hour to complete one playthrough... and i love every second of it.

Edit: If you switch phones, the game wants you to rate it again to obtain the extra daily bonus. It looks like the current version does unlock the bonus at that point, though. The concept is simple but the execution is generally strong. The enemies, music, items, and sprites all capture that old-school video game atmosphere, while pleasing one's inner munchkin with ridiculously high numbers. No plot, but sometimes a simple dungeon run is exactly what I want. Fun!

This game is fun and the sense of progression is very nice as you obtain better equipment and accessories. But a problem I have is the reliance on luck for most of the pieces of equipment in this game. A suggestion would be to have the option of allowing certain drops to be guaranteed if you fulfill a certain condition by the time you defeat the enemy. For example, the hidden boss in the Lv20000 area could drop its EXP gems if you gain enough EXP from the battle. Just an idea for improvement.

Quickly got sucked into this game. It's both simple and complex. My only complaint is that the interface is a little clunky, and it's a bit irritating that the only way to correct a mistake when spending stat points is to cancel all changes. It would be nice if there was a mechanic for fleeing from an encounter. It would also be nice to be able to check progress to the next base level and the next character ability level. A "sell" mechanic for unwanted items would also be very useful.

This game is actually pretty great. 5 second ads after each run is minimal. I'd like to see a paid option to remove the top ad bar and that would bump it up to five stars. It's surprisingly complex and full of depth but lacking severely in tooltips and explanations. Also seems to not be balanced around all stats.

Not bad decent game definatly good time waster.. But there are things that could make it even better. Such as more battle points. I dont feel like you u get enough to really get in the game. Also threat meter reduction after standing for so long just so you dont have to waste points while crossing a low zone to get to the next higher one

Good game, but wish I could pay a couple bucks to get rid of ads. Definitely worth playing, though. Edit: Just redownloaded after six years, and I see they added more ads. Now you get full screen pop-up ads. That is a trend I cannot stand for. - 1 stars for not being able to pay to get rid of ads, - 2 additional stars for full screen ads.

This is a great game, it can be a bit slow at first and a bit confusing but once you find a good combination of weapons, armor and accessories it becomes extremely fun and a great way to spend time. If I have one tip for beginners is that you should go for ??? areas to try to get a item called the recovery necklace or buy the small one for 1.7 mil gold, it makes life a lot better.

I rarely deem a game worthy of review, but this one deserves it. When I first saw it I thought the concept was ridiculous, but clever. Turns out I can't put it down! The controls are simple as can be, but the game has many layers of complexity to it, making it worth every minute spent on it. The best part? NO PURCHASES! There's no in app purchases and no way to spend your way forward! 6 out of 5 stars.

This is probably the best mobile RPG out there. On a surface level its a gimicky power leveling game, but when you start to actually dig in and can get into the further maps and have some of the better gear it gets really deep. The appearance of a puddle with the depth of the pacific, this game has kept me coming back for years, and until recently i never made it that far. I would love to see a sequel to this game.

I played this game 4 years ago, I recently picked it up again and I am not disappointed! I never got super far, as far as an exponential game is concerned, but I feel like they've added quite a few features since then! Great for incremental play, progress saves after every fight (so every 1-15 seconds, unless you're maxing Health and Defense...) If you havent tried this game yet give it 3-5 character lives and you will be hooked! (Just remember to spend that 💰!)

The game is pretty easy to pick up, and it's one I keep coming back to. I don't think I've actually gotten too far into it yet despite playing it for a long time now (maybe years? Can't remember my first download haha), mostly because of changing phones and needing to start over. But even with starting over I still find myself addicted. A great time-killer, it's almost always on my phone now and I don't ever see myself tiring of it.

Good and entertaining. The idea of an incremental rpg is interesting at first but ultimately we're seeing the same content for a long time and relying on rng to a somewhat frustrating degree in order to progress. The battles are click-and-watch with your only option there being to spend way too much gold to recover some HP.

It can take some time to get to a point where you progress quickly, but once you do the game gets fun. Some drops take a while, but it is an RPG. Edit: About 4 and a half years later, still playing. Still a great game. Would pay a one time amount to remove ads. I've gotten more hours out of this than most AAA titles

Pretty alright so far. Bit repetitive of course. Ads are minimal but would pay to remove them. Also levelup only allows for hold to watch the number go up or do half and all in buttons. Makes it real boring to level up multiple things at once. Could do with a multiplier toggle instead of just half or all buttons. Good concept I think though. Very quick and easy to play without too much demand for attention.

The rate of encounters is far too high when not using triple Encounter Reduction Rings. You'll get back to back encounters when the bar is aprox 5% filled thus you have to swap accessories for battle point rings to not get an instant game over and by time you finally reach the boss you've already swapped out so many accessories you no longer have the power to beat it. Other than that, the game is difficult but decent. Also extremely grindy for getting equipment needed to progress
