It might have been the best for me, but their **** policy does not allow you to reopen the demat account, once closed. Also I tried tracking external demat in it, and that feature is bugged too. There is not response form their customer support. Even the gold/silver tracking is very confusing. I side each investment, when a transaction is added, it should reflect in the investment. I think that would be easier and simpler. Plus it is hard to keep track of sip.

I love the user interface. The application has evolved greatly in the last year, with a flawless UI that runs smoothly and gives outstanding market research and trending stocks. While it is simple to use and comprehend, order modifications are not possible—you must cancel and place a new purchase, which can be inconvenient. Initially downloaded for US equities, it now serves all segments effectively. Auto-tracking for equities and the visibility of buy prices for some stocks are required.

All ok. Robo order facility needs to be provided. After a recent update, we are facing difficulties while authenticating sell order. After authentication, we are necesary to place a sell order, otherwise, this screen doesn't allow to exit and continuously asks to place sell order, which previously was not happening. There is a need to have a separate option for sell authentication without having to place sell order.

Fabulous app!! This trading tool is ideal for portfolio management and online trading. Although it lacks sector-specific portfolio overviews, which may be improved with a pie chart display for clarity, I strongly recommend it after 1.5 years of use. The software is responsive, simple to use, and has a game-changing stock SIP for automatic monthly deposits. Its user interface has greatly improved over the last year, providing easy functioning and valuable industry insights.

Bonds information is not being fetched. Support not helping. After a year, I thought it would have improved. I raised a ticket to try to get my bonds information to load up but all I got was a pre-recorded answer and the ticket was marked resolved. Not even an option to follow up. The ticket has a character limit of 50, and doesn't even allow you to explain your issue. Edit - the issue has been partially resolved. Awaiting full resolution.

*After this review, indmoney support team called me about the dissatisfaction regarding their interface. I love that they care their customers. It is quite unlikely that the user interface will be easy for the average individual to grasp, and the app interface will likely be more complex. They must explicitly optimize the information under a subheading or inside one of one to select. The fact that they offer a wide range of options for market notifications and investment perspective is a plus.

Lovely platform! The app is user-friendly and provides useful information on investments and liabilities. However, it is annoying since it defaults to US stocks and requires a deliberate switch to view Indian stocks. It would be preferable if the dashboard appeared first. The software functions as a teaching tool, integrating all loans and investments in one location, displaying daily changes, and encouraging financial health improvements. Including insurance information would improve.

The app is really helpful and easy to use overall, although there is a big problem with adding money into the wallet because two out of ten UPI transfers fail. In addition, the problem took a while to resolve and there is poor customer service. Although the software is great, it would be even better if it could track NPS directly from a PDF statement import, eliminating the need to view the complete inbox. The software is excellent for promoting and teaching financial wellness.

Lovely app. The app is great for sharing, finding, and exchanging short videos, as well as for giving and testing at any time. Finding popular material is made simple and easy to navigate by its elegant and user-friendly layout. As per my view, it's best D-mat holding agency. All the transactions are fare,quick,accurate and satisfied. Even without physical appearance or discussing by phone or on mail etc. I can do smooth and quick trading. My account is safe. Till today there is no complaints. There is only one suggestion that if advice, guidance or proper knowledge of market uncertainty can be provided. It would be beneficial to the clients

Pathetic app. No proper tracking. Showing already closed funds in portfolio. Mutual funds and Stocks are not upto date syncing. Doing spam calls per day morethan 5 to 6 calls. It's irritating. Not able to delete profile. Asking to upload documents for raising ticket. Don't know what kind of stupid app it was.

I've been using the INDmoney app for a while now, but unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The app glitches a lot, which has caused me significant issues. These glitches have led to losing money on more than one occasion. While the interface and features are decent, the unreliability of the app makes it hard to trust. Until these technical issues are resolved, I can't recommend it for serious trading.

I am having a very bad experience with this app in the recent days. I have been using this app since 2021, but in the recent times, I am hating to use the app. I have completed KYC long time back but there is always a pop-up message mentioning to do KYC. There is no option only to contact the customer care, everytime I have to raise a ticket that too if there is the same problem predefined in the app. What if I have a new issue? The customer care team please try to contact me.

The application integrates all loans and assets in one location, is easy to use, and provides useful information on liabilities and investments. To view Indian stocks, you must manually switch from the default display of US stocks. First presence on the dashboard is advised. The software illustrates daily changes and encourages financial wellness, making it an ideal teaching tool. It might be advantageous to provide insurance information, though. Their policy prohibiting the reopening.

although I like the app in general, second worst experience with help center. amount difference issue and I'm being asked for error screenshot. 🙄somehow thats the kind of sense we had to deal with. instead of trying to fix, it's better to rather give up and choose zerodha may be.

Cannot check positions/orders straight away when you have only intraday. Showing the stock graph and orders below is making it hard to see what's happening to the stock specific orders. Somehow app looks bloated with data. Make it simple and more intuitive for beginners.

This App is too good. Just needs to refresh portfolios properly and quickly. There are some issues while refreshing portfolios - like doesn't capture all the changes in a portfolio or doesn't refresh properly- if those are resolved, this app can beat any other investment app out there in the market.

I had shifted from Groww to INDmoney. My feedback: Pros: 1. Convenient to see the full set of your Networth in one single App. 2. Intuitive UI 3. Strong lot of information behind each equity/stock in the Indian market Cons: 1. While the average price was transferred between brokers, the dates of transactions are completely gone. 2. There are price fluctuations in the Indian Equity 3. The monthly expenses calculator is absolutely useless.

This is a useful app, and I've not had a v bad experience so far. The UI is fairly outdated though. There are two main problems. Region defining boxes are too many, leading to wastage of space. IE, there is simply not enough information being displayed on a single screen for serious usage. The second problem is that useful information is scattered around but not linked together. For eg, under the "peer comparison" section, the ranks shown should link to a full list of respective rankings.
