Working made easier then portal Real time fare booking and balance and easy to cancel and reschduling. It's great 👍👍

A very buggy app Most of the times it is not working properly Payment history which is the most important feature of the app will not work 90% of the times

Very Shoddy !! Never expected such shabby standards from Interglobe .. It works okayish before a new update comes. After installing the update, it's chaotic all the way.

Why has this app been created??? Every time i open this app it just keeps on processing something, what i don't know at all?? Tried reinstalling again Restarted the phone Nothing.... Better remove this app from play store.... Is this app just to show in play store???

For every transaction it is redirecting to chrome. What is the use of app then? We can directly go through chrome. Not good experience..

All time error. Sales person says it's working fine whenever we complaint. Many times I have uninstalled and installed. Updated upto to date but no use.

Awesome app for travel partners but only suggestion in my booking option completed travel is shown in descending order if it's done in ascending order that would be more helpful as anyone is interested recent travel itinerary then very old, split PNR are not vissible in booking list

90 percent of the time it has error in processing.. this app was a great concept for ease of booking for partners .. but now days app user info is not up to date and always shows error.. at least 90 percent of the times ..

It is an excellent user friendly app, except one area. You have to improve which we noticed that at present there is no facility to recheck before confirmation. If you provide such an updation it is very helpful for the uses.

First I was showing to update the app ... I updated twice but the application continued to ask for update.... Then I uninstalled and reinstalled to make it work properly... But when I login with mobile number... Even after entering the correct OTP multiple times... It keeps saying incorrect OTP.... What happened Indigo team ... Are you not interested for customers to use your app ??? If that's the case .... Then we all customers could happily move to some other operator....
