Lately it has felt insanely slow. Which kinda sucks when you are trying to get to work on time and have to walk through down town retrying to pay for parking everytime "an error has occurred" pops up. Today I've been trying to get past selecting the location for 40 minutes with no success... well I hope I don't get a ticket in the time it takes the app to sort itself out.... Update: I have updated the time. I've also given up and will now have to walk back to the lot and pay using the machine.

UPDATE: They contacted me and let me know that the wrong lot was selected on the app. I only had one option when I was parked so the app's bad. Also let me know, with extra snark, that they would waive the ticket but it was a one time exception. I won't use the app again. OLD REVIEW: I used the app and still got a ticket. I sent a screenshot of the parking pass and a pic of the ticket with matching info (lot, plate, time) and it's been a week and I've heard literally nothing. Terrible. Avoid.

The app does not allow for any payment method other than credit card, not even debit credit card. Most other apps I use allow for multiple options (PayPal, Google pay, etc) or at the very least debit credit cards. I searched the app & website and nowhere does it indicate that credit card is the only payment method permitted. It was a waste of time downloading the app and setting up an account. I'll stick to other parking providers. Very disappointing.

I used the app to pay for my car. Made an account, paid, got my receipt all at 9:17am with parking paid for until 8:00pm. Came back to my car at 4:50pm only to find a ticket on my windshield. The ticket details said failure to pay for a parking space or the parking payment has expired. Another car in the same lot had the same thing happen to them too. I have since contacted them for a refund and hope that a solution comes before the 7 days when the ticket price increases.

more proof that parking and indigo is predatory. It seems like it's engineered to make people make costly mistakes. - park again option chooses the vehicle that used that option the first time, not the vehicle that parked there last time. But it DOES take the time frame used last time. So this increases the chance that in a hurry, someone will choose either the wrong car and get a $60 "invoice", or accidentally pay for time they don't use. Retrying for lack of payment options adds confusion too

You need to pay the parking fee right away. Otherwise you will get a ticket within 5 minutes. They don't care if you are handicapped or not.

Tourists - do not use! We thought we'd be smart and prebook our 2 car parking for a road trip to Toronto. Ended up with only 2 of 6 locations even being usable when we arrived. Once due to construction and once a ramp door that wouldn't open and had no intercom. Had to find other parking and pay again. Also directions do not take you to precise ramp entrance location, when there are sometimes multiple ramps in the block. Terrible experience.

Terrible app. Was forced to install yet another parking app so I could have the privilege of paying. Forces you to create an account with draconian password complexity requirements. Requires multiple car details including make, model, and color in addition to licence plate. Asked me to enter my credit card details before telling me that Google Pay was an option. Took a full 10 minutes to enter all details and pay. Honestly the worst app I've ever used.

Horrible experience with this app. When I got to the parking garage the kiosk didn't recognize the QR code, so I had to purchase a ticket anyways. Afterwards I was still charged for the booking, I had to go back and forth with customer service over email to get any kind of reference to a refund. More than 3 months later and still no refund. Extremely poor customer service and poorly built app. Do not book a spot through this app!!

App will indicate a parking rate at time of paying, that aligns with posted rates in car park, and then app will quietly charge you an entirely different rate that you didn't agree too.

Can't believe the charge is $4 for 20 minutes. That's ridiculous. Also it said you didn't have to sign up but when you open the app it forces you too. Again $4 for 20m insane.

I edit all my information about me including credit card two times and it it accept only my information But gives an error and asking me to add the credit credit card information again. The service support doesn't responding on a phone call. I spend an hour but still can't pay for a parking lot.

The app wouldn't let me extend my parking, saying no spots were available despite the parking lot being half empty. I was finally able to pay for parking again after my time had expired. Where's the logic in that? If you're going to make this app the only way to pay for parking, at least make it work properly.

When it's cold or raining, the app makes it so I don't have to stand outside and pay at the machine. It's easy to find the lot I'm in and the payment process to be straightforward. Occasionally, the system is too busy to process payment, but the pay machine is always a backup plan.

Convenient app BUT don't like how receipt comes up on mobile screen (can't screenshot it and amounts like tax and totals appear incorrectly), system goes down occasionally with my parking location not appearing, and most irritating is the license plate coming up alphabetically rather the last one used for parking (so your least used vehicle with license plate that starts with "A' will always appear requiring to chose the correct template, or pay in error and get a parking ticket).
