Your new App is utterly useless!!! Not at all user friendly and so confusing. Moreover there are lots of error in the display like onward and return flight details show the same start and destination airports. The older app was far far better.......

New update has broke the app. Cannot add already booked flights to my trips. Even after web check-in, boarding pass does not show up in app. For logging in, sends same OYO every time. Does not show any previously booked flights in history.

This new version is not good . You can't add your upcoming trips nor it's showing your upcoming flights even if they are booked with your phone number and email . Give us the old version that was very good . Also the font colour in this update is not clear and visible

Pathetic app update experience. The app got updated on 2nd august, with that my profile got logged out. When I log back in, my profile details and accumulated points are missing. There is no section to view the 6E reward points earned during trips. Also my past trip history is vanished. Bad experience! They have ruined the experience for the users with this buggy, hasty and unstable update in the name of new UI

This app keeps on screwing itself with updates from time to time. This time they have removed all of my saved bookings (7 in all). And there is no method to save web check-in boarding pass. No QR save. You cannot use DigiYatra app. (for which IndiGo is so vocal). From amongst the best apps it has made itself useless. You've shot in your own foot. 👎

The app is no longer able to fetch the upcoming flights. This sort of defeats the most important functionality of this app and at this point I don't even see a use for this app as I can no longer see my latest bookings. Luckily they send email for bookings otherwise my flight details would have been gone away

Poor upgrade in Aug 2024. The earlier version was much more flexible. If you happened to book a flight on the web, you could get that PNR added to the MyTrips section of the app, but now that PNR, though it can be retrieved, can't be added to MyTrips. Such a poor planning and implementation of a basic feature

The latest update is completely broken. I can't add a booking after retrieving it and I can't see my boarding pass after checking in without entering my PNR again. The app is completely useless and also slow now. I recommend sticking to the website till this gets fixed.

Since 3 days I am trying to redeem rewards points app is continuously getting log out automatically. Apart from that I tried the same through website but after clicking on redeem button it's taking at flight booking page after continuing at final page there are only card payment, net banking only these options are showing. There is no such option that u can redeem ur rewards points.

Your recent update is a perfect example of how to ruin a good stuff by complicating it. Your earlier app interface was perfect. You have made things worse now. Removed " add to my booking" option so now everytime one has to put in the details to retrieve the booking. Check-in has been made difficult and no boarding pass is getting generated despite of filling in all details.it keeps saying will be generated 4 hours before departure. All in all you have made life of frequent flyers more difficul

Hi, Indigo app was the best app among all airline but with recent update, it is loosing its charm. I am now facing issue with its most liked and convenient feature. It used to show my booked tickets in the app automatically, if not then i could manually add my trips. But now it is neither reflecting automatically nor i am able to add it to my trips manually. I am having to manually enter details everytime.

The latest update has no provision for adding my booking with PNR and mail id. Was useful for persons who likes to add the booking manually. And it had a link for seeing boarding pass. The latest update removes all these . Indigo .. why do you try to fix something which is not broken. The earlier app was much better and good. Please sort out this issues. Wanted to give you one star but Still giving you three because have using the airline regularly and i think you can fix these issues.

I have been using this app for the past 3 years. It was such a good app .But now the updated UI pretty much screwed up everything. Saved passenger detail is lost. And I am unable to check my reward balance as well. The previous version was much easier and user friendly. The new UI crashes from time to time.

The app as such works fine and the new UI feels intuitive. Just that i find a couple things quite annoying after the recent upgrade. 1. Does not allow to save upcoming trips. Asks for PNR every time!! Could almost swear on mynlife that this feature was there previously 2. Does not show the check-in status of a PNR. Would be nice if it showed if a PNR has already been checked in successfully.

I have been using this app for a few years now, and the interface was fairly easy to navigate. But, the most recent update has not only changed the face of the app totally but has also made it a horrible experience. As someone has already pointed out, what is the point of having an app with all my profile details, if it can not keep my booked tickets under my bookings. I have to type in the pnr each time. Ridiculously inefficient. Can't save my boarding passes. Can't find Passenger's name list.

The UI design in the latest version is good, but it's very buggy, with multiple unexpected technical exceptions (especially during check-in). Also, when I to check the available add-ons for the PNR, it brings me back to the page with the laundry list of add-ons. Previously saved trips are no longer available in 'My Trips'. 'Add to my trips' option is no longer available. Overall, it seems like a insufficiently tested or hasty release, banking on its UI to paper over the cracks in functionality.

While the new UI looks great, it's actually a very useless app. I cannot seem to add any external bookings booked by Paytm to my library, I have to remember the PNR and enter it everytime I want to show the qr to someone, this leads me to take a screenshot. Also, download pdf starts sharing the pdf to a whatsapp contact, no bro I just need download I don't want to share the file. So nice UI, useless app otherwise for my usecase.

My bookings and boarding passes disappeared . EVEN AFTER adding the PNR manually, the boarding cards could not be retrieved on the day of travel , just infront of the gate. I had to enter the PNR multiple times, once at the entrance, once for check-in, and finally at gate , i had to request for paper boarding cards by explaining the issue with the app . Seat selection, meal add-on process is very buggy and difficult. Total disappointment

App is completely useless, you can't even log in. With OTP verification, it verifies the account and then gives an error with the generic message "an error has occured please try again", with password verification it errors out saying invalid username/password (which I can use to log in via chrome). What's the point of having an app that doesn't even work.

The app had one job and it failed. 1. Check in, done 2. Get boarding pass done 3. Try to retrieve boarding pass from boarding passes option/open app to get to earlier pass screen while boarding - it's GONE. Not once, but twice, on two separate trips on different days. Do you really need a server connection or back end to save the boarding pass of someone who just checked in? There's got to be a better way to do this too. (Luckily i was wise to save a pdf). But this is horrible. Please fix.
