This app is the worst it seem like no one helps you on nun you get kick of the app I was in the hospital and they still gave me a strike while I was working a job I wouldn't waste you're time, they say things happen yeah right all supervisor be trippin plus you get jobs but some of them get taken off not for me

Unfortunately, Syft has been replaced by Indeed Flex. Before, it always had better clients and better places to work. Now, there are no chef jobs available. I have been working for this agency for about 6 years as a chef and now has changed to worse. I miss you, Syft 😕

This app is a waste of time this app do not work in the Houston Texas area had this app off and on for about 2 years and it still say no jobs in your area this is garbage

The app system is ok until a person doesn't have data to log in . I was banned because of this i couldn't sign in on time because of data and once you are banned there is no one to talk to smh

When ; It is reasonable , to exercise the right to auto cance the shift by the agency , upon non -confirmation of attendance before final last 24 hrs , And if & when & why , for reason unknown, they do not auto cancel the shift ? And, that you do so before 24 due shift hour. Then either the App was sleeping ! Be aware. You could be strike , on cancelling . And, thereafter appeal dismissed. Now, therefore, What do you stand to lose, upon highlighting this anomaly, Thereupon. anybody's guess ?

I signed up in January, to be told I need to finish my onboarding and provide my right to work. No interview has ever been set, I was told to apply for jobs in my area, and again there are no jobs in the whole of the Nottinghamshire area, which is insane. Apps is terrible.

Very Urgent for user experience Is it possible to place a cancel button in the jobs you have already applied to and haven't got feedback from, because when I tend to apply again they refuse my application because of the 48hr limit clause. Or The 48hrs clause should apply to only jobs you have accepted in the week, not application. Thanks

The app is not at all useful for people living near West Midlands. As a result, I am unable to book any shifts that fit in my locality criteria. However, it will start showing shifts in your locality only after you take up a job from its website and complete the induction carefully.

I downloaded the app. I live in the Atlanta area, one of the areas offered as a location you can select. There are NO JOBS available. Not even talking about trying to be picky and select something more preferential, there are just zero jobs there, period. Don't understand.

This is how the app works, you download it, sign up, click the find jobs which then for some reason closes the app and opens up your browser. You then put in what industry you want, location etc. Then you hit find jobs and nothing. That's it. I'm London and selecting every industry available so it's not like there isn't any work available, the app simply doesn't function as it should.

Useless App. Lot's of bugs and can't even search jobs in app. It redirects to the website which says download the app. Doesn't even shows jobs even after selection of radius and area, instead shows which are way far from the chosen area. I actually wanna question instead, does this app even work?

I'm surprised others can even log in and accept jobs. I reset the password multiple times I tried connecting through FB and Google. With Google it prompts me to download this app on other devices. I already have it on my phone, I do not need it on other devices. Next, I tried with FB and it just directed me to the indeed job app. Even after resetting the PW, it still kept saying incorrect password. Smh.

This app should be used with caution. My 1st onboarding was simple but had technical issues. Then the employer selection was limited compared to other gig apps. The response time for help is 3+days. And I had a bad experience because an employer booked a shift but never arrived. I waited over 30 minutes and didn't receive a reply chat if it was canceled. Then they sent another shift for the next day but I canceled. Why would I waste money commuting there if they don't show? Bad business!

Lackluster experience. As others have said, the app does not seem to function correctly. Clocking in and out never worked for me. Another concern is an obvious lack of communication between Indeed and the actual service providers. I signed on to work certain hours and was assured "no problem" yet once at the job, my hours were changed DRASTICALLY (from 4x10 to 6x12) I've got this app, but won't use it anymore until the bugs are worked out, and all parties can get their information straight.

Strange experience to say the least. Nothing temotely as good as plain old indeed. Still dont know the difference of the two. All I know is since indeed flex showed up , anything related to it is complex, confusing, and undoable. I got conflicting texts . All of a sudden it tells me to download the app. App. So far wont down load on my samsung android. Then looks like its selling me movies and countless other stuff. Even caused Staffmark temp. Agency to switch their database thus losing my info

The app is good so far. It reminds me of my shifts. Adds them to my calendar. Clocking In and out is a breeze. Once my background check was cleared the job pool opened up for me. The only downside I've noticed thus far is, it will sometimes show me jobs for other city's that are hours away even though I'm set for a 30mls radius. The other issue is stepping away from the job review screen for a second to check out dates and the app resets me to the beginning of the job list.

I downloaded this app because it was convenient for me rather than going to the web. However, after sighing up on the app, I have searched by location, employer, distance and just randomly and i have reset settings, uninstalled app, reinstalled app and absolutely NOTHING will load, no jobs, no employers all I get is "nothing found" please make sure you're spelling is correct, don't use abrieviations, ok,But it still will not load anything with the auto detection and all permissions are granted!
