For the most part if it's somethings do with and offer that's quick it pays out. However when it comes to the game for some reason everytime u get to the higher pay out the game progress stops. It's happened to me 3 times now. Customer service doesn't respond in time rather they wait till the event ends too. Then the pay out are so small it takes a while to even make the initial 10 dollars to even take it out. More of a waste of time than a side hustle.

I think Inbox Dollars is sometimes scamming you out of money. It is sometimes impossible to contact the customer support for payment. I have been unable to redeem my payment from them for awhile and will never get paid, it seems. I do everything right and am able to log in, but that is it. Nothing else works. It is a useless app.

They advertise that you can get paid to watch videos or movie trailers but no where on the app can you do it. It's not an option. Just games, surveys and offers to sign up for more junk mail. Also, the surveys must be incredibly bias because you don't even qualify for a third of them. There's also no way to ask questions or get support.

I like INBOXDOLLARS but what I don't like, is when there are surveys, that when you click on them, show nothing. I refresh the page and I'm constantly clearing the cache and still this happens. Another thing is, that I've seen surveys, of up to $90 and when I click on them, their blank. I even have pictures, showing that this is the case. They're blank, no matter what I do. There's days, that all I do is surveys and I end up doing only about 3 because they're blank. PLEASE fix. Don't bother!!!

I thought this would be a good app because I'd heard good things however it's a joke trying to download receipts. I've taken about 20 pictures of the same receipt and a couple of another one and Everytime it says uh oh and y'all are having trouble processing it because it isn't clear which is not accurate at all. Once that's fixed then I may actually like the app. But presently it's just very irritating and disappointing!!

idk it works fine and then it doesn't. Must be something in my settings or maybe i have to uninstall/reinstall the app... but i bet it's something to do with my browser settings or network firewall, something out of my league! but a client side exception error keeps popping up. But it was easy to navigate and use & earned $0.75 while it did work... back to shooting some troubles.

I have been with InboxDollars since 2018, it was great for a few years until just very recently. I have been trying to update my email address and phone number for at least 6 months so I can cash out. They don't respond to my emails (I've sent ALOT of emails) except they keep sending a link to verify my identity and it NEVER works. Very frustrating! Poor customer service!

It takes way too long to see the benefit. I've been playing this game for 2 weeks daily and just got five cents. Not to mention the rules for getting paid are not transparent, you have to guess at what levels you might get a nickel. Then, there are unrealistic time limit set to achieve the goals. Maybe Im choosing the wrong options. Oh and I tried the surveys and I answer about 15 questions to then be told I don't qualify. It's a cheat!!

I have earned some great money with inbox! It's the perfect side hustle that you can do to get a little extra cash or a lot of extra cash! It all depends on how much time you want to put into it. Ive earned gift cards that pay for my extra items that I wouldn't otherwise have the money for. 4 stars is for the lack of being able to change my phone number without contacting customer service. It is too much work and takes too long for something so simple and can be verified with a password

I have cashed out and it does help. However there is no way to use digital receipts and all customer service is AI generated so there really isn't help if you have a problem. I don't usually have issues except almost completing an entire survey only to get kicked out and not paid. If you have hours to shuffle through surveys about one out every 10 to 15 surveys are successfully completed and rewarded.

Surveys are too long for the few cents they pay, and way too often they do not pay out for the checkpoints passed in the games. I got past several goals, and they ignored it. I managed to make $35 through 5 specific games, but most were too much of a grind, and once you get past the first few levels that pay less than $2, they stop crediting your account. The only way I'd recommend it is if you play games a lot, but these games are old, so you probably already played them.

Absolutely a waste of time. Rewards don't track. I've spent hours on two separate games which stopped rewarding after 7 minutes, even when all requirements were met. Surveys, there's clearly an algorithm where about 1 survey works a day and rewards. The, "about" was because another one will at least update your scratch off bar. These 5 star reviews, I can't make sense of. Download at your own risk

Constantly crashes and closes and freeze. I don't even trust that the money I've earned will be transferred to me. The money btw is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. I was collecting on the background, but can not use the app at all. Also there's no option for an update to get "a better experience with inbox dollars".

I do enjoy this app overall. There are a few minor critiques that I do think are worth taking note of though. I think it would be amazing if the amount of money that's needed before you can redeem a gift card was lower than the $15 it is now. I have also found that when going to the "games" tab, a lot of the games will not download & say expired. Lastly, I wish this app had higher paying surveys. Alot of the offered surveys are for just a few cents. I do love all the different ways to earn tho.

Sometimes the app doesn't register when I've completed steps on games. I still haven't received my rewards from my first deposit. When filling out surveys I have to qualify to take them in order to receive compensation which is odd if it's just filling out surveys. Overall I have seen improvements and made some actual money here and there if you have the patience I'd recommend this app especially with the plus there's no adds which I really enjoy.

So far, fairly good experience. Awards are accruing. I find the app a bit difficult to navigate though; with it being especially challenging to track progress. Also, surveys seem a bit scammy. I am detailed oriented and experienced and am regularly booted out of surveys after completing portions without reward. Liking the games for rewards section though.

Once again I spent my time doing activities to fill the scratch off bar only to get the "bonus" box instead of a monetary reward (most of the time only 2 or 3 cents). The bonus box gives me nothing at all because the bonus is contingent on other activities I cannot do. It's extremely frustrating, so I would never recommend this app to anyone. It used to be much better!
