Unreliable banking app and credit card. It's been an incredibly frustrating experience using this app.For the past few weeks, the app has consistently thrown errors during login, making it nearly impossible to access my account. Not only does the app struggle to process transactions, but even attempting to use the credit card in online has resulted in errors and declined payments. It's a shame that a financial institution would allow such subpar technology to represent their services.

I dont understand, what is happening to ICICI. The kind of service they had previously on the app was amazing and fast now it has slowed down the services and the app does not open after, I have scanned my fingerprints very pathetic this issue has been going on since 3 months. So I can understand a month at the max but last 3 months.

I have been using the imobile app from the past 6 odd years and never faced an issue but the latest version is so messed up that the app is not logging in, stating that they are not able to connect to the servers. I even reinstalled the app but that seems of no use. Also, I was always impressed by the imobile app for not showcasing the irrelevant pop ups for their products but yet again in the new version, that impression has taken a downturn.

I am user of ICICI banking from last 14 years and it was incredibly good. But from the past 6 months it has gone down to like anything. Whenever I tried to open this app it is just waste of time. It may be some bug in the latest updated version of application. Please rectify it as soon as possible it is causing a lot of inconvenience.

I am editing my previous review. I am really frustrated using this application. For a few days, it irritated me for the e-kyc popup whenever I logged in, and I could not able use it even though after providing the kyc in the branch a couple of times. Application opening itself is taking a longer time, and after login, unnecessary add pop-ups appear on the landing screen. For providing the feedback also, it gave me an error during the submission and could not provide the feedback.

The app is becoming slower with each update. Also ad pop ups as soon as the app opens is annoying. I open the app for transacting and not browsing. The ad popups delay the transaction time, which is annoying. I am already a customer. Why try selling to me? In addition to the above, recently facing issues with transactions. Getting technical errors most of the times. Using iMobile has become a pain.

From the past few days I'm unable to see my credit card details on the imobile app. Everything on both of my ICICI credit card shows 0 (limit, due, outstanding shows 0). Bcoz of which I'm unable to see my dues and credit card limit. Also I paid a bill and it hasn't yet been reflected on this app neither on netbanking. Plz resolve this issue asap. Also the app is really slow & laggy so it's better that you remove all those unnecessary ads and pop ups that we get everytime while opening the app.

Since last 2 week I'm not able to access it, says technical error. Tried logging in at another time or re-downloaded the app. Nothing works. Very disappointed. 8/Jun/24 Yet again. They are always facing some technical issues. Useless app as of now, whenever you need it, there's a technical issue popping up.

The app keeps showing an error message while trying to log in and prompts to reinstall the app. But even then the error keeps on showing. The app only seems to work while on mobile data and on WiFi the error message pops up instead of telling you to switch to mobile data. The customer care is also not helpful as they don't seem to bother about the matter. They don't even respond to a callback request.

Used to be a good app, now it is nothing but advertisments. Most of the features doesn't work, which works are unusable due to random popups. Not a single popup has close/cancel option, you can either accept loan or select may be later. They will keep showing same content over and over thousands of times, no matter how many time you try to avoid it. Edit: 6 months gone and nothing changed! ICICI is going through reallly really dark phase.

I had to remove my previous bad review for the new bad review. App is lagging so much, and i believe it's just because of the mandatory display of ads on the main screen. Why ads? Ads lead to accidental touch and resulting in unwanted calls and wasting time on both sides. Even logging in sometimes takes so much time. This app needs to be refurbished by removing ads and clearing performance issues. Frankly, if I have an option to shift to another bank. I would, just for the app issue!

Icici is no more leader in banking Tech. The app is so poor. It's unstable. Have to Re install after every long gap use. The interface is clumsy. Keeps asking for e kyc even after completing it. Today thing on a small screen. Why can't it update in the background? It's slow as well, flickers for 2-3 seconds and then moves to next step when transferring. Very clumsy and unclear interface.

Something has gone seriously wrong with latest update since last 6 months. Login doesn't happen, no matter what I try. So many 1 star reviews here and still no permanent fix in order. Rather, you are asking each individual to send their details. How does that help ? I hope you are not releasing beta versions to destabilize the otherwise great ICICI experience.

Everything is perfectly designed and organised. It's even easy to manage regular expenses through the app. One thing I've noticed here is that within the Credit card management I set auto debit to total due amount and it's also updated. But when I visited back that section the checkmark was shown upon minimum due amount. Please fix this issue. This creates a lots of confusion while turning on the Auto debit for credit card. Thanks

The ICICI mobile app has been an absolute nightmare lately! No matter how many times I try, I just can't seem to log in. Every attempt ends with some vague technical error message. It's beyond frustrating, especially when I need to do important financial transactions. It's like banging my head against a wall! Very worst application by ICICI bank.

Latest version has messed it all. I am user of ICICI for more than 15yrs now and has been using this app since the time it is launched. But the latest version has so many bugs. 1. It never let's you login. Login screen runs in loop. 2. If you are lucky enough to break the login loop and enter the app, so many ads are creeping up. 3. The account statement and transactions are ending abruptly and we need to re-login At ICICI team, please fix these or better to rollback to previous version.

The app seems to be all messed up. Firstly, it had glitches when I was trying to close my FD on the same day it was auto renewed. A hefty and totally wrong and unreasonable amount was getting deducted as TDS. I called and asked the bank. In their system the total amount to be paid was showing correctly. So I was advised to delete the app and reinstall it. I've made several efforts to reinstall it in the last 2 days. Every time I get a message - SMS sending failed!

There is little to no effort provided by the vendors developing this app in bringing a fluidic experience. It seems like it's stuck in 2012, looks like an app built out of web pages. Very little has changed over the years and there is no sight of any change coming up. Had this not been a banking app people would have downloaded and uninstalled it rightaway. Most of the pages buffer on 5G network, there is the same gif that plays to show page progress.

The app has a good number of features. However there are some issues: 1. It takes too long to open, nearly 15-20 seconds 2. Navigation is difficult, you have to keep searching for what you need, especially in the credit card section. Expecting a much better app from ICICI hence rated 2 stars instead of 3 stars.
