• Contact details, address and opening hours of the real estate agency.
• Contact details of the developer, address and opening times.
• Contact the real estate agency or the owner directly, via email or by telephone.
⁃⁃ Publish your listing ⁃⁃
• You can publish a listing for sale or rent of any type of property (houses, apartments, penthouses, villas, chalets, garages but also offices and stores, commercial spaces and warehouses) directly on the app. You can also create listings for room shares for students or offsite workers.
• Provide the following specifications: type of property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, floor, lift, terrace, balcony, garden, cellar, energy efficiency and other features. When advertising a rental, better indicate whether the house is furnished or not.
• If you have already published on the website, you can access your profile and edit the listing on the app.

Offers multiple languages, easy to use, and a good resource. I just wish the information was verified or updated. Many properties listed here are listed elsewhere with different prices. All in all, great app.

Very useful and easy to use app. For the Italian rental market it would be great if there was the ability to filter based on contract type, IE filter out transitoro.

I have had the worst experience with this app I have been called twice to check House's on getting there the story will change the app gives agencies the opportunity to be biase. Just because of your skin colour they deprive you of what they know you needed the most an also play with your intelligency.

good overall, though a bit slow to load at times, for example if i click on a favorite and try to look at other apartments straight after, it wont show me the details. the notifications also arrive first in email and much later on on the app itself

Listings are good but the speed is horrendous. It takes forever to load pictures of listings.

Good app for real estate search. It would be nice to be able to combine search criteria. Example: we can search for apartments at ground, middle or high floor, we can search for apartment with/without lift, but it is not possible to define a search for: - apartments at ground floor, independently from the lift - plus, apartments at middle/high floor, but only with lift

Great app. You could configure an option to reuse previous messages. Besides that, it would be useful if we could see the ads to which we had sent messages. And even better if we could somehow tag them.

Very good app, for the multiple selection of the areas especially ehich can be done not only through a list but also on the map with a simple click. I find this feature so comfortable. Well done!

Garbage app. Tried searching for apartments/houses for rent in Bologna, both list and maps showed no results while it stated there where 482 results. Never displayed a single detail about a rental. On results found in one occasion tapping on the price yielded nothing. Useless app. Uninstalled.

Nice app. Only drawback is that you can't simply browse the map. You always have to set a pre defined area which is a bit annoying. Would also be nice to add a key word search so you can set things like "sci" or "Vista"

Some excellent features, although the actual ads are lacking in professional standard. The property photos are sometimes of poor quality and are even taken while the property is occupied. The property plans are poor and are frequently drawn by hand and haven't been updated and computer generated. These issues need to be addressed as well as providing a selection of currencies to choose from.

Great app. Searching is easy. One additional feature that would be very helpful is a filter with number of *bedrooms*, not just "rooms". I've hardly seen any apps that do have this feature, so having this feature would definitely also make the app stand out among the others!

Not bad, but many areas can be improved. Above all, guys, please, use a professional translator that is also an expert in real estate: when used in English, the short property description is all over the place: for example, do you even know what's a "detached house"? From the app, it seems not...

Excellent app but in filter excluding ASTA search cetagory category still there is many post for ASTA, because it's Waste time, low ASTA appartments they publish here

It is a great app. For some reason the location of the apt., villa, house, etc... does not always show up and have to go to the map to see where it is located.

Sometimes, there are fraudulent posts, and they could have a better way of checking veracity.
