There is not more options for movie theatres only QFX Movies. There is place for improvement in the app .

Qr scan doesn't work at all. If someone try to scan it there mobile banking closes automatically if u can't fix the bug than why the hell u provide your app to the public

THIS APP IS QUITE SLOW AS COMPAIRED TO OTHERS ONE. AS, SEVERAL TIME I HAVE LOAD MONEY FROM CONNNECT IPS AND REFLECTED AFTER 10 MINS OF transaction SUCCESS. This is hassle to work with slowness of this app. Highly disappointed.

Using this app for a long time now but this app has issues. I had contacted with Imepay and they are unable to fix this issues twice I had sent them audio/video/ images. Imepay never come back with soln. It really piss me off.

They show cashback / discount banner to attract you. Hide conditions associated in their drawer, they don't even put a asterisk (*) sign too on the offer banner. And when you do the transaction by getting attracted of the offer, then they bring out their lukayera rakheko clause and gives you nothing. I have been a victim of Water Bill payment. They didn't show any condition associated with it. And at last, kunni k k condition vanera cashback diyena. Customer experience ko lagi IME pay is 1 star

Most ATMs' denies the Debit card these days. Both the wallet and debit card was awesome earlier. However, I've been experiencing difficulties in ATM withdraws. Even the global IME's ATM denied the card. I had to try 4 or 5 different ATMs just to withdraw amount. And those ATMs which accept the card does not provide manual widhdrawl option. I've to do a FAST CASH withdraw with limited amount options.

This app is awesome. It also gives cashback. But there is a problem with travels service. There is only few location to select travels. That's why we can't select our right destination. Like from matihani to Kathmandu. It is also a travel root but in this app there is not option to select matihani. Like esewa, in esewa there is a option to select matihani like many places. Please put others place to select travels. Thank you

The transaction history is not very good and very confusing. You cannot see the your last balance before transaction and after transaction. So it would have been better of you have that information. You guys can work on it to make it better. Otherwise overall the app is quite better.

This app is not good comare to other app because it takes charges in loading money in wallet from agent,not only this it also cut money of wallet in the name of super wallet renew.Too many charges should be paid by customer disgusting.

App doesnot allow to download payment receipts. When we try to download it app closes by app closed due to error. Its been very long time this bug hasnot been solved

I would like to report one error. While sending transaction, it takes long and lastly says timed out, but the transaction is actually passed, but it shows error! Please fix it. In older version i didn't faced this issue. But recent updates brought this issue.

Everything is going good for now but the redeem function is not working . My topup Cashback system is also not working it show you that you can have cash back which actually doesn't so please fix this.

They don't let me unsubscribe from their emails, their useless support asks for account information to do it that I don't have anymore. Incompetent company. Can't login via email to unsubscribe. I will be getting the emails forever. But I made a filter that sends them directly to the trash.

Why is it taking so much time just to load my wallet? Also even when i try to scan the qr through my bank account it says failed. Not being able to use my indrive as i had insufficient balance and had to topup but due to the delay in transaction i couldn't do indrive. Please make the system fast. 🙏🙏
