Île-de-France Mobilités is there to help you on a daily basis: train, RER, metro, tramway, bus, bicycle, Vélib', carpooling, carsharing... Find the tools and information you need to organize your travel in Île-de-France. Together, let's make traveling easier.
Avoid waiting in line at stations: buy your tickets from your phone!
You can buy the following tickets
- Booklets of t+ tickets
- Navigo day, week or month passes
- Special tickets (Navigo Jeunes Week-end, anti-pollution package...)
- Daily Vélib' tickets

Purchased titles can then be recharged on a pass, stored in your phone* or on your compatible connected watch** (giving you the option of validating directly with one of the two).
You can also save your dematerialised tracks from one Android phone and transfer them to another Android phone.

The application also allows you to prepare and plan your trips:
- Find bus stops, train stations and subway stations near you
- Search in real time for your public transport, carpooling and bicycle routes
- Consult the next passages of your lines in real time and all the timetables
- Save your upcoming trips on your phone's calendar
- View public transportation network maps (accessible even offline)
- Follow the pedestrian route for walking sections

Be the first to know and anticipate disruptions:
- Check the Twitter feed of your lines for real-time traffic information
- Be alerted in case of disruptions on your favorite lines and routes
- Stay informed about the state of the elevators in the stations you use
- Check and report on the number of passengers on your route

Personalize your trips:
- Save your destinations (work, home, gym...), stations and train stations as favorites
- Personalize your profile (fast walker, with difficulties, reduced mobility...)
- Select lines or stations to avoid

Favour soft or alternative modes of transport:
- Prefer the proposed bike routes for all your trips
- Book your carpooling and/or carsharing trips, in partnership with the main French players
- Rent a car or a utility for a short period of time by choosing a Communauto car-sharing vehicle from a large choice of stations around you and reserve it without delay for the duration of your choice.

can't transfer the ticket to other phone Ps. Thank u for your help, I tried the stolen option but it gave me error. Tho it might be cuz I'm trying to transport it from iphone to Android. Idk but tho to let you know. It's ok Have a great day

Tickets feature does not work. Produces an error - "The app encountered a problem. please try again.". When you click Try Again, it just repeats the error message.

Installed the app, accepted all the conditions to buy tickets. Installed the complementary app that's required. Came back just for this one to tell me my phone isn't compatible, actually, so it was all for nothing.

Buying tickets is a variable experience and requires specific software and NFC versions to work. It doesn't work on my phone. Ticketing system is also very confusing

Subpar app. Additional modules to install, 'unexpected errors', terrible loading times. Overall a very bad UX that reflects very well the Parisian transport system it's supposed to facilitate the use of.

This app doesn't work if you don't already have a metro card. When we tried to buy tickets, it connected us to a different unsecure app with a rating of 2.3 stars to make the payment.

Bought tickets on my phone with my Samsung Note 10 Plus, but the NFC doesn't open the gates. I tried to use my Samsung Watch, but you cannot use/transfer bought tickets on the phone to the watch. You have to additionally buy a new ticket. Contacting support takes too long. This application is a scam.

I paid for 10 tickets, but this package was not loaded to the phone. No money and no tickets. I tried to reload it many times, it was always not successful. Then, in 1 day after 2 hours of reloading and 2 messages to support, I can find my tickets in the application. France should be ashamed of such a service.

Using this app to buy, store and validate tickets on my phone was amazing. Didn't need to worry about paper tickets getting lost or being demagnatised. Saved having to pay for a Navigo card. Avoided the queues at ticket machines and kiosks to buy tickets, as it was all bought online via the app. Validation was quick and simple. Well done IDF Mobilities. I use this app all the time now when I travel to Paris for public transportation.

One of the worst transport apps I have ever used. Do not use if you're a tourist. It is so unclear on which tickets you have to buy and then when you ask for help at the information desk, in my experience, they could not speak English so they give you the wrong information, which of course leads to a fine. Then if you can manage to find the correct tickets, it will not load for you. There is no attempt to make this tourist friendly in one of the most touristic cities in Europe.

Awful. This app does not work at all. I've just downloaded it and trying to get a day/week pass but it says "loading your contracts, please wait", I don't even know what contract it is trying to load and nothing happens even after half an hour. I will go to the metro station and just try to buy physical tickets from there.

Great idea to be able to have the navigo in the phone. It would be great if it worked :) After reviewing, it turns out yearly navigo plan does not work yet. So it's not really useful for locals yet.

The only available language is French and there is no translation available whatsoever so this makes using the app very difficult. Also, there is no automated way of closing your account. For that you need to send a support request and describe what you need using French. If you write your request in English, their support will reject it.

The app has been updated again but on single ticket purchase checkout goes always to a blank page and it is stuck. I have to close the app. I reopen but still no ticket there. The bad news I have been charged on my bank account. I went on the bus and the sensor declined my phone so I showed my payment to the bus driver who said the app doesn't work but you can come on the bus. I wish good luck to the visitors for the Olympics.

The app is usually really good BUT during the Olympics it's useless bcuz it shows alternatives which are way longer and more difficult. To go from Marne la vallée to Cergy you just have to take the RER A and change RER A because they don't all have the same last stop. It takes around 2h but this app was telling me to take idek how many buses for a total time of 3h41. So during the Olympics you're better off using any other app.

- Extremely unstable. Connectivity and loading issues all the time (regarding buying tickets and using tickets). - Crazy that the tickets are downloaded locally and that you lose them if you uninstall the app. - Can't buy tickets for the suburbs. And can't use the Navigo pass that works only for day/week/month passes. And so still have to revert to tickets, and long queuing to use obsolete super slow machines at stations. - Painful. - I can only advise to have a look at how it works in London.

Bad. Every time you try to enter the metro, the app won't work at least twice. First it will tell you that it's not up to date. You have to click "update", get to the app store and only there it'll "realize" there's no update. Then it'll refuse to work again because "your phone isn't up to date". You'll have to open the app and click "reconnect". All while there's people waiting for you at the metro entrance. The principle is great however and I hope that they fix the issues.

Recently downloaded but could not get a registration confirmation email sent to my primary email address so had to register using a secondary email address. Also generates notifications in French and I can't find a setting to change those to English. Switching Language setting from "From device" to "English" did not help. Pop-up on home screen of app was also in French "Programme des travaux..." I contacted developers as requested in their response to this review so we'll see if they can help.

This app is a rip off: purchased a ticket, but there is no ticket to be found on my phone. I contacted navigo and received a two-page response with instructions that didn't work. I contacted navigo again, attaching a screenshot of my previous mail, asking to get my money back... and got the same instructions once more. As I can only contact navigo via the app that will always send the same automatic response, I assume my money is gone.

Close to useless. Schedule is inaccurate. Recharging the transit card kind of works, but it is not possible to buy the same options, like zone 4-5, as in the machines at the station and they don't fix it for years. I'm standing in the snow currently, all the messages are green, and the either can't or don't bother to update the information. How bizarre!
