I tried multiple times to upload my claim, but it didn't work out everytime it says, Something went wrong. Kindly fix the issue, also, if claim is rejected or submitted, no status update from the company side whether rejected or approved.

Pathetic app, i tried to raise a claim. I tried around 11-12 times today, but it was failing everytime. And the worst part is there is only one way to raise a claim that too via app, no online portal available in case the app fails

Everytime I try to download my policy document the message appears "something went wrong". Could not find any option to raise complaints. Virtual assistant keeps repeating same stuff.

The health elevate policy brochure mentions that the app can be used to track daily step count and based on yearly average we get wellness points. The points can be used to get a discount on renewal premium. However I don't see any option to track steps or check wellness points

The app crashes when I try to take a picture of the documents that I need to submit. Tried thrice , reinstalled once. But no luck. This app is extremely useless. Please email me if you want me to discuss the issue further.

I am in touch with a lot of concerned people with ICICI. As part of latest experiece, I WENT TO CONSULTATION AND DURING PAYMENT THEY ASKED ME TO PAY AND THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY, WHICH THEY HAVE NOT DONE YET. ALSO MY QUESTION IS HOW IS THIS CASHLESS SERVICE??? This is the worst app. They don't call or message with the right information for cashless service and when you ask for reimbursement they say claim cannot be processed as it was cashless

Very very very worst app... I have ever used... The app is loading for ever when I click on claims, even E-card and policy documents are not getting loaded... ICICI should either fix this or provide alternative solution to file a claim digitally... Having only one way of filing claim through online is very terrible...

I don't know what's wrong with this app, but it never open on my phone. After waiting for long time, it just says : your connection was interrupted.

I think overall app is good but the background colour of the app should be White in contrast. Pls introduce background color change please give white colour as background for app for reading purpose white colour will be helpful.

I'm just giving feedback. As I have experienced ICICI lombard insurance service is very poor I'm trying to submit the claim but it is not getting submitted without any reason as well to connet with customer care is with 18002666 this service number is not easy to connect. Trying from 25th Aug 2024 to 29th Aug 2024 no any solution getting from there end. How log we have to wait for to connet with customer care waitting time is too long as well not easy to connect with customer care very low sou

Not opening with wifi, every time have to switch to mobile network and then always its asking for number and otp. This is so frustrating. I have updated the recent updates, and I have also re installed the app like 10 times. No resolution. It's such an annoying problem.

This app is worst app. It seems like it was developed by a fresher. My policy was added after 4 attempts and when i submitted claim it took 8-9 attempts to process it. additionally there is no mention anywhere tha you need to create a pdf and send it.while if you upload it as a png, the app refeshes and takes time to load.

Whats the app it's is .it front page is not working after generating the OTP it's not proceed what kind of application support team are careless and not getting tracked the issue till yet . Unbelievable a page is not working and no proper support are being provided to this

Poor service, poor quality, just a buzz about Icici and AI and all... You will be not be able to even book simple health checkup appointment... After this review, I shared my contact details on above email and got generic response. Also, if you are wondering why so many 5star rating on app, that's because they provide you link of app and ask to rate it and share screenshot.

Good policy and app. Could talk to Dietitian Samrudhi for guidance on diet and weight management. She took all the details of current lifestyle, food habits,was patient and then suggested diet chart with food options. It was difficult to find the option to avail this service. App navigation can be improved but everything else is good. Would have given 5 start if it was not difficult to spot the option to avail such services.

Such horrible user interface, claim details or history don't even show. I dunno why the option is given to begin with when it don't work. It shows my old policy but won't show new ones in main page . Customer support is even worse, we can upload the claim in the app but finding that claim is a challenge for the user only and if we have to add more documents in that claim it has to be mailed them why upload in app??? . But promotion are full they will be there to advertise . Waste!

Worst service and app. They say it will be all done online, you can submit the video evidence through app, or submit the e-form. None of those works. Everytime I click on e-form, it shows error. Customer care will disconnect the call in the middle. Surveyor doesn't take call. I've been calling the guy for 2 days now, and he is purposefully not answering the call. I'll wait for a few more days and if no response, then I'm going to take this to the consumer court. Advice : Don't buy Icici plans

Also in mail / website / what's app unable to reply to query. Worst app unable to reply. Icici lombard are always blocking customers not to reply as they can eventually say u are late in replying Only if app works properly we can reply. Not allowing customers to reply to query. Unable to upload docs and always says something went wrong error when we try to submit docs. If I get a chance to remove the one star then their rating of app would be 0

Pathetic App!! Does not even let me book an OPD appointment. With every update, they introduce some bugs. Highly disappointed with the experience. The moment i try to file a claim, it just says Something went wrong.. I have tried like multiple times but same issue persists. What is the point of app, if we still have to share the details on the email.. Highly disappointed. Been reaching out to Customer care, but very lame response and not helpful at all. Wish i could give 0 Stars

One of the worst experiences of using an app. You cannot claim from it as is advertised by company. And no one in the company has an idea why. I have sent multiple emails but all in vain. As much they are proactive selling the insurance and pitching add-ons the lesser they are eager to handle customer issues. Update:- Issue was resolved through the email. The problem is the app often encounters bug. I am trying to renew the policy but unable to do it from the app.
