More About IKO

Download the latest version of the free IKO application (electronic banking service) and use your bank account at PKO Bank Polski or Inteligo. The IKO app on your phone means fast and secure finances any day.
Activate the IKO app and take avail of the available functionalities:

BANK ACCOUNTS:
- account balance, history and details of all bank accounts,
- transfer to any domestic account number via Elixir or as an instant transfer,
- transfer based on data scanned from an invoice or from a QR code in an invoice,
- bank transfer by phone,
- bank transfer to Tax Office,
- foreign transfer,
- standing orders and a series of transfers,
- cash withdrawals from ATMs using the BLIK code,
- cash deposits (at selected ATMs) to your own or another IKO user’s bank account using the BLIK code,
- pre-paid phone top-ups,
- send a transfer request to another user,
- “piggy banks” to set money aside for any purpose,
- generate transfer confirmations,
- preview of unexecuted transactions (pending and canceled/rejected),
- applying for: a bank account (personal, savings and foreign currency*), an account overdraft*.

CARDS:
- history, details and images of your debit and credit cards,
- card management: activation, PIN assignment, change limits, temporary card freeze, restricting the card (with the option of getting a new one*), a change of card image,
- multi-currency card service*,
- transfer from a credit card,
- repay utilized credit card limit,
- credit card as a payments source for BLIK online & in-store payments.

LOANS:
- schedule and details of borrowings,
- apply for a loan*.

TERM DEPOSITS:
- details of term deposits,
- open and terminate term deposits.

INSURANCE:
- purchase travel and vehicle insurance*.

PAYMENTS:
- contactless payments by phone with NFC**,
- in store payments using the BLIK code/check,
- online payments with the BLIK code/check, also without copying the code in trusted online stores and browsers (Shopping without the BLIK code),
- create and share BLIK checks.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITIES:
- mobile authorization,
- public transport tickets,
- parking fee,
- "Join our cause": standing orders for charitable purposes,
- push notifications,
- localisation (also in the background)
- currency exchange*,
- 4 languages: Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian,
- IKO personalization: change the main screen view and product names (accounts, deposits, loans),
- save and restore personalized application settings after re-installing IKO,
- option to simultaneously activate IKO and iPKO using the first login password,
- fingerprint login (Android 6.0 and a fingerprint reader required),
- shortcut button to favorite functions on the home screen,
- create and share QR codes with transfer details,
- currency exchange rates,
- map of PKO Bank Polski branches, ATMs and stores supporting BLIK payments.

* Not available for Inteligo customers.
** Contactless payments are available for phones with NFC and minimum Android 4.4 to individual customers with a PKO Bank Polski, including Inteligo, debit or credit card. Contactless payments are not available on the so-called “rooted" devices, i.e. those on which manufacturer's security has been removed.

NFC does not work, support tells me to "upgrade" even though I have the latest version

I would give it five but unfortunately it has a major blocker to make it usable for me. It's impossible to activate it without a polish phone number. Without activation it's useless. That's even more strange as iPKO web UI doesn't have any problems with non PL mobile numbers. So it's not a technical problem but rather someone's stupid decision.

Surprisingly well done, looking great and intuitive in use. First of all, as far it seems to be safe and trustworthy. I quickly got used to it. Very convenient in use and making your life much easier, you can check current status, top up your credit card, making transfers and payments, manage your accounts and many more just in seconds from any place. No unwanted adds.

Works well enough. No error logs, if anything happens I'm given an immensely helpful option to acknowledge the fact by pressing the "ok" button. A "no" option would be nice; I love me some illusion of free choice, and the whole thing would remain just as helpful. Quick access bar and favorite public transportation tickets keep resetting themselves. Unpredictable design, very modern indeed. Sometimes app doesn't turn on at all, once again, adding some spice into my boringly predictable life.

Overall app is perfect, but I just have one question. Why disable fingerprint logon option while device is rooted?

UX is too complex, sometimes Balance synchronization fails after currency exchange. All screens in an app show different information, no matter there is visible finished transactions

At least 10% of the application functionality isn't available , for example I have big banner 'order credit card' by clicking on this banner I have 'X' you can not order credit card. As a client I'm confused why I see this promotional banner for card and it does not work to me inside the app . Why then offering it ?

I can not use my money for almost a month, the bank says there is no blocking, tech support says there is no blocking, but operations do not work

There is no facility to get monthly statement from the app. It is very necessary for an account holder. Hope the matter will be considered.

Honestly, I have been really happy with it so far! The amount of functions and options is huge- but not overwhelming at all and I haven't had any problems with it at all so far.

They claim that I sent money to the wrong account by BLIK. BUT HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? The app does not allow users to change the number.... SCAMMERS!

The app looks good, but there are a lot of weird and quirk decisions that makes overall experience bad. For instance, it happened to me many times that copy/paste is blocked for no particular reason. Why would you block copying text from a notification?.. UP: Got response that blocking screenshot is a security measure. Which I understand. I wasn't mentioning screenshots anyhow but copying text.

For some reason the app just stopped working and after reinstalling it simply shows lable screen infinitely. UPD: sorry 4 bothering- it looks like the issue was on my side explicitly. All good- txs.

I tried to make 2 payments (small amounts) and used colon (:) as provided in both transaction descriptions. First one went okay but the second was blocked each time, even though I force send it like 25 times within a week while trying to get unsuccessful help from CS 3 times in the mean time. I speak polish fluently (native) so language barrier wasn't an issue. I removed that colon and transfer went through, wish someone would told me that. Also there's no way to chat or message CS from the app.
