I would give it five but unfortunately it has a major blocker to make it usable for me. It's impossible to activate it without a polish phone number. Without activation it's useless. That's even more strange as iPKO web UI doesn't have any problems with non PL mobile numbers. So it's not a technical problem but rather someone's stupid decision.

Surprisingly well done, looking great and intuitive in use. First of all, as far it seems to be safe and trustworthy. I quickly got used to it. Very convenient in use and making your life much easier, you can check current status, top up your credit card, making transfers and payments, manage your accounts and many more just in seconds from any place. No unwanted adds.

Works well enough. No error logs, if anything happens I'm given an immensely helpful option to acknowledge the fact by pressing the "ok" button. A "no" option would be nice; I love me some illusion of free choice, and the whole thing would remain just as helpful. Quick access bar and favorite public transportation tickets keep resetting themselves. Unpredictable design, very modern indeed. Sometimes app doesn't turn on at all, once again, adding some spice into my boringly predictable life.

UX is too complex, sometimes Balance synchronization fails after currency exchange. All screens in an app show different information, no matter there is visible finished transactions

At least 10% of the application functionality isn't available , for example I have big banner 'order credit card' by clicking on this banner I have 'X' you can not order credit card. As a client I'm confused why I see this promotional banner for card and it does not work to me inside the app . Why then offering it ?

I can not use my money for almost a month, the bank says there is no blocking, tech support says there is no blocking, but operations do not work

There is no facility to get monthly statement from the app. It is very necessary for an account holder. Hope the matter will be considered.

Honestly, I have been really happy with it so far! The amount of functions and options is huge- but not overwhelming at all and I haven't had any problems with it at all so far.

They claim that I sent money to the wrong account by BLIK. BUT HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? The app does not allow users to change the number.... SCAMMERS!

Brilliant app, works seamlessly, oustanding ux. Accustomed to traditional banking I was apprehensive at first but so far it has saved me time, facilitated daily operations and never let me down.

It is the best bank account application I ever used, compering to my other offshore bank account applications. Very good stuff, carry on like that for your customers satisfaction.😄👍

The app looks good, but there are a lot of weird and quirk decisions that makes overall experience bad. For instance, it happened to me many times that copy/paste is blocked for no particular reason. Why would you block copying text from a notification?.. UP: Got response that blocking screenshot is a security measure. Which I understand. I wasn't mentioning screenshots anyhow but copying text.

For some reason the app just stopped working and after reinstalling it simply shows lable screen infinitely. UPD: sorry 4 bothering- it looks like the issue was on my side explicitly. All good- txs.

I tried to make 2 payments (small amounts) and used colon (:) as provided in both transaction descriptions. First one went okay but the second was blocked each time, even though I force send it like 25 times within a week while trying to get unsuccessful help from CS 3 times in the mean time. I speak polish fluently (native) so language barrier wasn't an issue. I removed that colon and transfer went through, wish someone would told me that. Also there's no way to chat or message CS from the app.
