Prepare for everything to always be out of stock. Iherb is really wonderful when it works but 75% of the time I go to buy something it's out of stock. Also the filter and search features don't work very so you see the same products over and over while missing lots of great products that are buried in the site. The free shipping is awesome, especially for overseas which I why I constantly check back to see if my items are in stock

I usually love iHerb, but today I put two items in the shopping cart, saw the prices and free 2 day shipping to arrive Aug 2. Then I realized I hadn't logged in, so I did. After I logged in the price on one item went up $1, and the shipping went to 2-4 days. I feel like I'm being punished for being an existing customer. Edit: developer says I should log on before shopping to avoid this issue. So I am being punished for being an existing customer, and here's how to avoid knowing about it. Wow.

Really like shopping at Iherb. They have great prices and love the expedited shipping. When you spend $25 you get free shipping. Although with shipping costs getting more expensive; Iherb may raise their minimum on shipping for free. I hope not, but everything is costing more. Really appreciate the opportunity if an item is out of stock you have the option to have a notification sent to you when your item is back in stock.

Their server keeps losing my cart. I'm trying to buy from you iherb, but apparently you dont want me to. This has been an ongoing issue, and I dont want to shop elsewhere, but I get partway through an order only to lose it so I have to go back through and enter everything. It's just a waste of time. please fix server issue so you can be my favorite supplier again.

It's an okay service but shipping takes forever. I ordered on the 3rd. My order said it would be here the 8th but it didn't show up, then when I went to check on it there was a link to a different carrier, and shipping had changed to the 12th. Also the website said free shipping, but then I was charged 14.00 for shipping. But the prices are really great. I chose the autorefill option, I will update my review and keep or cancel service based on if there is a gap where I don't have supplements.

I've been using this app for over a year now. It was fine at first but now I've been experiencing many glitches with this site that prevented me from ordering. Everytime I place a order, I usually receive "loyalty credit." However, on top of the many glitches, I placed a order that was close to $50 this morning and did not receive my usual loyal credit. Not sure if this is another glitch or not but I will most likely go elsewhere to obtain products...too glitchy

The app is much better than using it on a browser. It can be hard to compare things, and I hate having to go back every time to look at the cost per. Plus, not everything is listed in the same measurement, like sometimes it'll say grams sometimes it'll say milligrams some times it'll say per. Makes it a little harder to price shop and do comparisons, so I do them separately in an Excel spreadsheet.

I've been ordering from iherb for 2 years and always receive quick shipping. I order enough products for free shipping. I take advantage of sales and stock up on favorite products. I enjoy trying new products with lower prices and trial sizes. I found some of my favorites this way. More information is available on this site than if you went to a store to buy the product. Its easy to buy regular products from your list of prior purchases and you can also create a list for maybe next time.

They have a great selection, and shipping is quick. I like the photos of product labels and clear descriptions of products. They could do to refine their searches a bit. Today I searched "mustard" and Annie's plain yellow mustard didn't even pop up. Another brand's mayo and hot sauce came up, but an actual mustard didn't. Perhaps prioritize accuracy over popularity or sponsored products. I wanna find what I want, not what you want me to buy.

I love the app itself except for one major thing. Every time I click on a product, I get a notification to sign up for notifications, which I have no interest in. And when the screen pops up, the only options it gives me is 1, Turn on notifications, and 2, Maybe later. There is no option to decline. So when I say "Maybe later", everytime I click on a different product, that stupid notification screen pops up and there's no way to get rid of it. Needless to say, I will not be shopping on the app

Virtually nothing I used to buy here is still available. I used to make orders of $100-200. I am barely able to fill a cart with $15 now. Oh well. Off to find another company that ships to Korea. ~ It isn't really a developer issue. More of a product availability issue. The app functionality (although the search function is a little clunky) and the delivery time and accuracy has always been optimal.

So far the app has worked Great. Not everything worked as I expected. I was not able to order an item that was out of stock, but listed available in three days for $25.99. When it became available the price was much higher. I called and they would not honor the price that had been listed, but they told me how to get that price by buying it as a loyalty customer. I am glad I called as I would not have bought from them again. Sincerely, Rishelam.

Extremely user friendly! Loaded with information to help one make an informed product choice. A 360 view of the labels ensures you are getting accurate info. Being able to rank products based on different criteria is also helpful. It is also possible to set up multiple lists to help organize future shopping. Past orders are easy to view, and tracking and arrivals have always been spot on. Live customer service chats are timely and helpful. As I live overseas, this app has been a game changer.

This app is extremely buggy. The many issues include: when you add something to your wishlist, it says it was added, but then disappears later. Whenever you open the app, it spawns multiple windows for some reason. If you go to another app (like checking something on a web browser real quick) it usually clears what you were looking at. It's just a big pain to use. Realizing that several hours of research and adding things to my list was gone, was the final straw for me.

Functionally, the app works fine. I give the app only 3 stars for 2 reasons. Several months ago, iherb totally lost my past account information, even though I had been a loyal customer for several years. This meant my loyalty credit was lost too. Their customer service rep treated me like l must have been out of mind as they had no record of my past purchases or membership. So, I had to start over as a new customer and load a new app. The 2nd reason I don't score the app all that high is it loses my items in the shopping cart if I don't make an immediate purchase. Sometimes, it is a 2 or 3 day process of filling my cart and shopping/researching before I make my purchase, but their app will delete everything and I must then start over..Otherwise, it is a decent app except for these flaws.

There's a great selection of products, but actually placing an order is awful. First, the shipping has a value cap, so I couldn't place my order for $119. I got an error message stating that my total was about $38 over what the carrier would allow. So that meant 2 orders. Then I tried to pay using PayPal but it wouldn't let me. I could only place my orders if I put in my credit card info directly. There's no point in even browsing this app when actually placing an order is so difficult.

No subscription or membership needed! Great variety of inventory. Stock appears to be accurate and always up-to-date because every item I purchased was fulfilled as ordered without substitutions or item cancellations. Good promotions and discount codes are featured regularly, not just your first purchase. (I didn't get anything for this review. I'm just bewildered to find an online shopping experience without sales traps or fulfillment issues.)

Impressive! I've been using Amazon prime for years until I came accross iHerb over a couple of months ago. I was a bit skeptical at first because I was unsure of the kind of service I would get but they delivered quite efficiently. Items are at great price, There's a lot to choose from, I get notified when the item I need is back in stock, they arrive on time, delivered in hands and I have not experienced damaged items. I'm happy with the app so far.

Horrible!!!! No customer service. No phone number only a non human bot to talk to if you have a problem which was zero help. After my order was placed, an order number shown with the delivery date. The following day I received an email that said the Order was REJECTED and CANCELED in all caps. My account said the same thing. All the information I gave them was valid.

Everything went great when my orders were as expected. When I received a damaged order, it proved very difficult to contact anyone for help. I had a very damaged order and the return and refund process is difficult to impossible. It says upload failed on my photos. There is no email or human to chat with, I keep getting denied claims. They are frustrating me to the point of giving up on an expensive order. The app is super frustrating from a customer service perspective, no help is available
