So we use this app for work to confirm age. Today we had Liquor Control training on recognizing fake IDs. The commission officer brought a handful of fake IDs. All but 5 of the 12 fake IDs were able to scan and were "verified" by the app. Not only that, but it doesnt point out when an ID scanned belongs to someone under age. I just wanted to bring these issues to the developers attention.

After couple of updates the ID scanning became so difficult to detect the image. Usually it auto cropped the ID according to document size now auto capture image out of the ID side. It became worthless app

Yesterday (10/7/19) there was an option to scan the back of the ID card but today there is not. Yesterday it would not do anything when I tried to scan the back of the ID. This morning when I scanned the front of the driver's license, it took a picture and that was it. Really?? That's it?? I have a camera on my phone. I can take my own pictures thank you.

Scanning feature is absolutely terrible. As soon as anything remotely resembling a card occupies part of the frame it snaps the picture. It doesn't matter if it's properly framed or even in focus.

This app does what it is supposed to, and does a beautiful job at that. It is fast, accurate, and the information is presented in a clear and concise manner... Plus, the data can easily be shared to other apps (or people). Great job, Devs!

App is nice but i guess some changes needed. Like year should be complete like 2023 not 23.. it creates confusion. We should have option to copy each detail we need like first name, last name, date of birth, Id number etc. Also there should be option to edit details when it auto populates details because scanner makes mistake many times. & While checking all scans, we should have option to see them like First Name then Last Name.

Finally this one is working properly and it's pretty quick! I had to check my passport because someone tried to steal the chip so I was afraid that I'll be unable to use it. I downloaded 5 other apps all of them failed to read the chip, but this one found it. It's the best!

I love this App, I agree that it is a bit quick off the mark, when activating the scanner, but even it appears lopsided, the app seems to straighten it. The one thing I hope is added in the future, is the ability to reorder the documents, and not have to accept them in the order scanned.

A fantastic free app. Thing is I hit a problem on one of my scans when I found that it had misread my post code. It read a "Q" as a "O". I couldn't find an edit function so ended up scanning the card 7 times before it read it correctly. Is there an edit function that I can't find?

So far its good automatically downloaded my ID. But I wish it had fingerprint verification. I used another app for years but they kept deleting my info. As long as you do not lose your phone you are ok. I am glad they do not have extra verification because there is always a human error.

Pretty cool, I like the detail of it. However, I believe this would be better if the scans could be saved in app until deleted or purged by default after 30 days. It would help speed certain processes up depending on the line of work your in.

They take your picture while scanning you data and save it on their servers! The best encryption and other protection technologies won't stop a determined hacker.. but i don't want any company with my info. If you collect it I DON'T TRUST YOU!

Good but users be careful not to have another d.l too close when scanning another because I accidentally scanned the front of my friends d.l and it picked up the back of mine so the results showed her picture with my information again this was my mistake because I had just previously scanned my own ID and hadn't moved it far enough out of the way before I was attempting to scan hers so the front of hers was successful but when I went to scan the back both of ours was in too close of a proximity

BEWARE!! This is a data mining app and is borderline malware. It not only takes pictures of your barcodes (licenses, passports, etc) it also takes a picture of your face (for what reason???) All of this information is sent and stored on their servers.

Horrible app and no way to even tell if it works. It touts being able to "scan and read" an ID but you have to scan the front first (which it records and saves) and then after scanning the back barcode just regurgitates what it saw on the front? It's clearly here for one reason only and that is data mining. I didn't pay for the app but I'd like to be refunded my 7 mins please.

One of the best passport scanners and data analyzing, I had some notes not to fix, but to make the use of the most of the application, Like building a local library for the scanned passports locally to the device, and build a data store for it. I uninstalled it before even finishing the Ts and Cs. Primary purpose of the app is to collect data to improve their development, it'll use selfie camera while capturing with your main camera. This is all about data grabbing from what I could read. If the functionality of storing your stuff is what you want and you are happy for you data to be in the big data lake, go for it, but be warned. It wasn't for me.

This is a good app, very useful. My suggestion: When the app is launched, the startup mode should be the "ID Wallet" and not the scanner. Most of the time, it's the wallet one would want to open - we don't scan everyday. Although one could drag and drop the "ID Wallet" menu icon to the homepage to achieve this function, it is not intuitive. Most users want to launch the app and see what they want to see most often - their ID wallet.

I've been looking for an app like this for a while.. I've seen no other apps similar to it.. the only thing's I don't like.. There is no wallet feature, or at least I don't know how to find it.. / They're all jumbled miscellaneous on one page I would like to categorize it into subtitled folders.. ( MY BIGGEST CONCERN I WANT MORE ASSURANCE AND MORE CLARITY THAT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IS PROTECTED..)

so far this app is pretty awesome, I hope it stays available even after they are done with research and testing. It lets me share the scan so I can send it to myself for records keeping. I wouldn't mind if there was also an option to ONLY scan barcode instead of having to take a picture of the front first, but I understand that their purpose for this app is to improve their text from image software so they need the picture. Please keep this app available forever, I would even pay a one time fee.
