The game is enjoyable Got in quite a few hours out of it. The ads are annoying but not game breaking. The price tag to remove ads is a little steep but considering how much fun I've got out of the game so far it was worth the money. Only big criticism I have is navigation through the buildings when you're new to one can be confusing. They should add a feature where when looking at the list of all your departments you should be able to click on them and it will move you to that department.

It's been a really fun game. I've seen some people say its pay to progress, but I've done just fine without spending money. Ads are optional and you can watch them to gain more money. Sadly I've run into a new bug where the game crashes on the opening loading screen. This happened with another one of their games recently so it might be caused by the newest update that came out for my phone, but I'm sad I can no longer play.

At times the gameplay can be slow and sometimes it is difficult to level each prison up. I wish you could zoom in a little bit more to watch everyone do their jobs. It would be nice to have more of a balance for each department. Many times one Department is constantly full of cases while another department is barely ever used. Other than that it's a fine game to pass the time with.

This is a really good title game because it actually gives you a lot to work with even though you passed some of the levels it's not completely upgraded for everything in one department so you can always go back upgrade stuff so you have more stuff to do and also can you fix the SWOT if that's what you call it on your game I noticed that. And there's not enough vehicles into many tactical teams that use them.

This is an addictive game, but they don't tell you much about the right order in which to update and expand each department, location, or item. I just keep trying to expand everything all the time, then I notice that my fully developed major crimes division isnt getting amy cases!? So it would be better if I knew the right way to play but that is a fault of the developer not providing an intuitive UX. Overall I like the game but think it could be a lot better! I'd love to offer some ideas...

Love the game.. if you could offer sales and deals where no ads are a little cheaper that would be cool. Its a little annoying. But you got to make money so I understand. But 11.99 is steep just to not have to watch ads. Thats my personal opinion. Besides that I'm only running into a issue where I beat the recent challenge and the only character who doesn't show up is the one I earned(Emma mercy). She is only there for the challenge and the first town. Not the rest.

This game is beautifully designed and has a great flow to it. I only wish that there was a reset option to the gameplay (but not the purchases, obviously) for players who hit the top of the game. Otherwise, players have to check in for events for new challenges/"stages" to play, by which point they may have moved on to a different game.

The game is like most idle money building games. The pace is actually pretty good, even with their "events". It is decent, but one of the biggest "quality of life" downfalls for me is there is no room select option, or even decent room markers. Sometimes looking around to find a specific room takes a few minutes, you just have to remember the wall colors or flooring. It would also help if you could zoom out a little farther as well, that would make things much quicker.

Whenever I try to open the settings to turn off sound and music i keep getting an annoying pop-up saying "this account is already linked". When I click okay, it continues to pop up with the same message. I have to close the app and restart to continue playing. My other thought is it's pretty ridiculous how insanely overpriced some of the upgrades are. So much time only to get one item in a station upgraded, that insanely upgrade costs are one of my biggest complaints with the game.

I love this game. Really fun. You have to think through things a little. Would be nice to have a more extensive tutorial, or at least have the tutorial start again, explaining more with each new dept. opened (task force, crime lab, etc.). Game is certainly worth 5 stars to me. I would like lower in-game prices, however. The cost for managers, ad free, etc. is a little high I think.

Love it, but with some problems... I enjoy this game, and play it quite often. However, I can't listen to an audiobook on my phone while playing the game because even though I have turned off both music and sound, the game still makes very annoying grunting sound effects. I have found absolutely no way to turn this part off. Also, finishing one location to move on to the 4th is close to impossible. Upgrades cost $8,000,000 - $38,000,000 with no way of using gems for money to speed it up.

I really like the uniqueness of this idle game. There's more to plan and think about without being overly difficult, which is cool. Unfortunately, another unique point is that there is only one purchase option that removes ads and it's priced at $35. Seriously?! I don't mind paying for features in a cool game, but this price is ridiculous. EDIT: The ad removal only option did show up after a couple more hours. Reasonably priced at $12. Thank you!

It has the potential to be a great game, but it's really unbalanced. You can max out the police officers and tactical units, and the detectives and reception will still overwhelm them with files. Idle games need to have a "stable spot" every once in a while where everything is in balance until you upgrade an area. This allows the player to keep pushing forward while maintaining control.

I like the game a lot, it's simple but interesting. BUT I would suggest making some way to get to a specific department quickly, because searching for the different departments is confusing and annoying. Like the blue home button that shows the stats for that station, you should be able to press ballistics and it takes you to the ballistics department.

Game is fun. It's def pay to play or progress. It would take forever to progress without paying. That being said, the game is entertaining and passes the time.im always eager to check back on progress and upgrade everything. It does get boring after a while but it's to be expected with an idle type game. The game does freeze for me if I zoom all the way in. I can't pan to other areas and need to close and restart the game.

one of the few games i leave a review on and it be a good one. the game is awesome. invested a little money for ads and double money bonuses very helpful. only thing I've run into consecutively is that the cells are always full they could do with more upgrade to twice their current max. i say this because after adding on district they're always full unless i go offline past the time. also some times them being full makes the ones brought in seem to just be released i think. overall fun game

I don't play idle games often but this feels like a fresh take on management and idle play styles. I enjoy it a lot but have ran into a few bugs. Sometimes the menu will clip on itself and prohibit any button taps, most notably when the tutorial figure appears right as you accomplish a major arrest, and sometimes the top won't show up at all. Visual bug is that some pedestrians will walk through walls, but this doesn't affect the game at all. Overall still a decent game.

Simple, easy to progress if you want to watch ads or pay and absurd amount of money. Lol its an idle game, just grind it out and you'll be fine. Graphics are a step up from the other idle tycoon games. 4 stars due to ads that don't display an close out option (x in the corner) for upwards of 30 secs after add is complete and the time display in top middle of screen displays the time outside of the time box (not a big issue just, figure you guys would like to know about it.)

This game is UNPLAYABLE! I would like to play this game but it keeps crashing all the time. If I want to watch an Ad to get the bonuses, after it comes back to the game, it crashes. Then I when I try to reload, it takes a couple of trys to finally reload and the reward is gone. When I don't play the game and I come back to collect my reward, the game will crash and whatever hours I spent away just disappears. I have played these games before and I enjoy them but this game is unplayable!!

Love the game except for a few things. 1- Police units are limited and even when you upgrade everything they still fall behind and criminal file back up. 2- Sometime when watching an ad (which are optional 👍) the phone might fall asleep and the game restarts. Neglecting any rewards that I would have earned. 3- The biggest issue, I click on "settings" and a screen pops up that says "this account is already connected" and it won't go away!!! Please fix this issue
