Idle Office Tycoon- Money game

This game isn't working right. I'm trying to update businesses in the game, and whenever I touch the green up button to do it, it won't let me. It's like I can only access offices when I push at a certain area. It's inconsistent in being able to touch/upgrade, or do anything on it. Now any signs inside your office rooms, you can't access (upgrade businesses/renew leases). You're "bug upgrade" has made it almost unplayable.

You get to a point where all you're doing is watch ads, and even if you do, the game just closes *without an error* and you don't get the rewards. You watch the ads over and over and over for literally NOTHING! I thought I can deal with the constant requirements to watch ads to collect any kind of mandatory rewards, but when you don't even get them and the game just closes without an error or an explanation, it's just too much. I watched ads like 30 times MINIMUM to get the rewards but nothing.

It's fun. But game crashes alotttt after I click on the rewards to get extra cash, or anything to do with ads.. I sit there, watch the add for 30 seconds and go thru whole process, after I skip to get back to game, it crashes, I have to open this game app again, and the same rewards will come up, and I try watching ad again to get rewards and after watching, game crashes smh

I'm only on the first office so other levels might be better, but it's a ridiculously low amount of toilets for the number of workers in the building. Especially since they apparently ALL have to go potty at once when I come back to playing the game after I'd left it for a few minutes. But other than that, the game is okay. Simple interface, fairly intuitive controls. I'll keep playing it but the potty situation is really frustrating.

I've been playing for about a 2 weeks now. Honestly. I just realized I spend more time watching ads then playing. About 2 minutes of upgrading then 10 minutes of watching ads. Because this is supposed to be idle. I spend less time idling and more time actively watching 1 minute unskippable ads about the same 3 games. Uninstalling not worth my time.

It's a good game but there's an issue that's very annoying, which is why I removed 3 stars. Many times I have bought or upgraded something, then left the game and later, when I came back, the thing I bought was not there and I had to buy it again, or the thing I upgraded was not upgraded and I have to buy the upgrade again. Why isn't the data saved correctly? The upgraded items don't stay upgraded, but the money spent for it is still spent. It doesn't make sense

Great game. Been playing for a few days and decided it was something I could play long term. Invested in ad removal and had a glitch. Contacted customer service and within 12 hours they had me up and running with no ads. Best customer service and these days that goes a long way. The game is great with different aspects, not easy to get bored like some idle games. LOVE and highly recommend!

As soon as you switched it over from Thanksgiving to Christmas theme, I can't watch an add without the app crashing. After 4 times of watching the same boring mistplay ad and the game crashing just to try and get the 3X offline earnings, I hit claim later, played the game a bit, seemed fine, then went to get the 3X by watching an ad, it didn't crash, but didn't give me my earnings AT ALL. Not even the basic amount, na I got NOTHING. This game was fun, but I guess I will be playing elsewhere.

Would be great if we can zoom in and more importantly zoom out alot more then I'm able to now. Struggle to see whole offices without having to scroll around. Especially in the castle. Taking forever. And why such a very very. Very low exchange rate. And the cost of feeding the animals is ridiculous with spending way too much money for a hard to scroll screen not very user friendly. Was wishing this would help me in the real world but just helping me to be more depressed on the amount of time

Great for an idle game until you need support. The in-game per their instruction only gives an option to email via outlook. I don't have outlook. So you go to the FB page for support. No response other then someone will be right with you. It's been over a month no response. Mine locked up to repeat the same day stopping progress. I put money in and can't do anything with it. Wish I could get some support.

Ads, ads, and MORE ADS! On top of the ads, which are typically 1+ minute long, the play is S-L-O-W! It takes forever to get even a little bit of money. When you do, it's way too expensive to update the office furnishings. Oh, and every time you update to a new desk or office plant, it uses more energy (HOW???), so you have to buy new generators for the building, which cost $2 million & give only 1% more power. All in all, a very annoying and useless game. I deleted it from my phone.

Game was an absolute time killer. Fast and efficient. Excellent pace. Bought to get rid of ads after a while and that's a game changer. However since going to Europe my money is stuck, the wheel stays on spin 14, I max out tenants, only to come back and it is ALL ERASED! EVERYTHING! The hrs i spent down the toilet. I've spent a few $100 in this game, now it's sucks.. Update!!! Game still won't let me progress. I get to lvl 142 turn off the game and lose it all 132 again 4/6/24😟

I am really enjoying this game so far. It's pretty addicting. I love leveling myself up and seeing my progress. But there are 2 things that I absolutely cannot stand Sometimes when you go to watch an ad, when the ad is done it will not let you x out of it. And the other thing is the in app purchases are outrageously priced. $16 to remove ads permanently. $30 to upgrade your offline time from 2 hours to 12 hours. The devs really need to lower the prices and I bet they would get more sales.

I've been playing this for several weeks and the game was playing fine until recently. I can't play the game because a "tips" box keeps popping up. The tips Box says that the offline money can't be calculated. I sent an email message to the email address in the description but I got no response. I may have to un-install the app and start from scratch. It really was working fine until I bought a car, an apartment and filled up the offices in the 2nd building. Ugh.

Liked it until now. Just moved to aerospace section. Now it keeps starting me in aerospace office and everything freezes. If I try to hit the globe to return to the map, it freezes with the transition clouds on the screen. I sent a message to support through outlook. Hopefully this can be resolved. I've spent decent money on this game, kind of a let down. Update: after a couple days, support was able to fix my issues. Everything appears to be running fine. Good game, thanks for fixing!!

My biggest issue is the popups for when you tap a location. The "Aerospace area" thing is literally impossible to read as it's under your top bar and goes off the screen. And then when there's more eingo to read on it (electronics foundry), you can't read all what it has to say. Really frustrating. Also, the company that should be named "Question" is spelled wrong at "Qusetion" Lastly. Soooo many ads unless you overpay to remove them (I did). Pricing for items with real money is way too high.

I loved the game, but now, every time I log in to claim the money and upgrade to the trading zone, I would not be in the trading zone building where I last logged off and I find myself restarting that step every time I get in. It has been happening for the last week. I can not upgrade or collect from where i started. If this doesn't get fixed, I'm going to have to uninstall the game.
