This game a tiny bit slow in the pregression, though that's probably just the beginning and it's not as bad as other games so it's not that much of an issue. The summoning aspect of this games alright I've seen worse, and it's idle, which might sound like a turn off but many people like doing stuff besides paying attention to there phone constantly so for now while I have close to an hour of experience with this game I'll give it a 4*

Kinda fun, but having an intensive game like this force you to either watch ads or straight up pay in order to use the speed-up function is god awful. Especially how it seems to be automatically unlocked at the beginning of the game, giving you a false expectation of how fast the game really is. And with mobile games of this nature, the speed of the game is of very high importance.

Unsatisfying gameplay, slow progression, good graphics. A big problem with this game is that it hadn't solved how to have varied gameplay. Each level is pretty much the same and you effectively do the same thing: press play and go afk for a few minutes. Progression is sloooooow, like ridiculously so. And it's spread out over so many gear, heroes, and different types of gear that even a good roll isn't exciting. Only nice thing are the graphics and the fact that there's no multiplayer.

To start off, I have really enjoyed the game and I think it's great, however I have some suggestions as someone who's put about a month into it. I've got most of my units that I use up to rare with a couple epics and am making progress into the 2000s in stages. I'd like to see more options in the stores, I get so much currency at this point from Portals, expeditions, and ruins, that I can literally buy everything and have money leftover. I have other suggestions as well, but limited space here.

No stamina system, so big plus. Nice Kingdom Rush art style. Optional ads, but worth using, which is always great to see. Only problem I could think of is that the player isn't allowed any creativity in how they grow, it's very linear. But that's not really a problem, I just think it's room for improvement.

Love the gameplay and format of it, bought the ad skip and been worth the purchases, my only gripe like with other people is why it's just a flat 60%, 30%, 10% chance to enhance when it could be done better by increments by grade of weapon from 95% slowly down to 10% when you get to the legendary stuff. I feel like lots of different Elemental weapons are wasted and just scrapped.

wat I wish AFK Arena was like. lots of systems, but not overbearing, lots of game modes that retain the core gameplay, so it's just the same game in different setting. Creative ways to make the currency worth ad-ing for. The pricing, currency, and rates are all fair, but starting up is difficult. $12 ad. removal is also fair, but I'm unwilling, so I watched my share of ads. They're impactful throughout the game, but much more so at the start. I was able to wane off ads. EXCEPT Speed&auto prog.

It is one of the most rewarding hero collector games out there. It's not a huge pool to draw from, but the upgrade system can make even lower grade units useful. The reward balancing feels off in some places, but I still return to do my daily quests every morning. I solidly recommend to anyone who likes the graphic, team building, or hero collecting

Was a fun game and you advanced really quickly. Now it's grinded to a halt and advancement is really slow. The Runes in particular are a problem. The more you advance, the lower the probability of success in advancement. I think its simply there to annoy the player. Why not just raise the chance of success and lower the number of times a player has to advance them?

It's annoyingly rare to find an android game that runs as simply and efficiently as its graphic style, but this is one, and it's one you can (to a degree) play offline. It also allows you to bore yourself to death via layers and layers (and layers) of tiered repetition. There isn't much different after 400, and there's no reason to bother with gambling on archer upgrades (+4 fire set, replace/dismantle by stars). Didn't pull castle-healer before boredom hit at some forgotten level number...

For the most part, this game is great. Generous daily rewards, even if watching ads is annoying. But I have to admit, the crafting system is terrible. Ranking up is based on a percentage, and consumes your items/runes, and for gear, lowers levels on failure. This isn't fun. At all. You can still progress, it's just a bad mechanic that feels bad to use. Devs, I'll update to 5 stars if you fix this mechanic that holds back an otherwise enjoyable game.

Looks promising at first, the intro is well-made, but the gameplay lacks ambition. Battles are refreshingly quick, but not very interesting. Improvements are either trivial or confusing. Once you figure out how to gain power quickly, you can discover all the interesting bits within hours, and let the game play itself. There are no real objectives, no story, no strategy, no competition with other players. Neither the tower defense nor the equip-and-develop-your-heroes part are convincing.

Decent game. Enjoy the art and game play, but the gear/artifact upgrade system in this game is complete trash. That system alone was enough to get me to stop playing the game. A more balanced system would be a lower chance to upgrade, but no chance of going down in levels. I'm willing to bet they've lost a lot of players from this mechanic alone.

Grind & Level... on repeat... forever. Even across different play modes the levels are exactly the same, and the heroes are different, but having the "right" hero doesn't matter nearly as much as having a hero that's leveled. I'm still early on but this game shows no depth, and I'm turned off it copied the art style of a rather popular TD game with "Kingdom" in the name.

It's a fun game and I appreciate how easy it is to earn in game currency. Also removing ads is nice. But the archer items enhance system feels bs and rigged. Failing multiple straight attempts at 80% chance to succeed. Not once but almost every time. I've enjoyed it but now I'm done. Can't progress much and honestly it's gotten pretty stale.

I like the game, don't get me wrong. One of the very, very few mobile games that makes getting in-game currency quite easy. Only issues are as follow: 1. As others have said, the archer upgrade system needs a major overhaul. Even with gems it's such a hassle to risk losing progress, several times in a row. 2. I understand the need for ads. But lately, and on this game in particularly, some ads will not let you close them until you interact with them. They'll just stay there. Super annoying.

Overall pretty straightforward game. I really like the fact that I don't have to struggle with diamonds like most game does. The ad is also not intrusive at all. I really enjoy playing this without ad and offline, and if I want to get extra things, I can watch ad at my own pace. I ended up purchasing the no ad option because I really like their non-intrusive way of doing business. The game does get a little repetitive but also more challenging as I progress to higher level.

While it is a good game to play and it keeps me engaged, it does lack in a serious way. The entire archer equipment enhance feature is broken. There is absolutely no way that at 60% success rate I fail as many times as I do. I used a stone that adds a 40% success to the 60% which means it should work but it still failed. Then you lose a level due to failure. I have had my level 7 gear go to level 3 so many times that I will no longer even participate in that feature anymore. This needs a fix.

Fun to play when you have a few minutes to spare. Animation style is enjoyable. Can spend money but can also watch ads. Ads never pop up. You select them from an ads section, I find this to be a classy way of doing things. Only on lvl 30, will up to 5 star if all things remain consistent. Edit: Still enjoyable on lvl 700. Definitely repetitive like others have said but I don't really care.

The game play is boring and tedious. It doesn't have good pacing/progression like Kingdom Rush (the art style they used). It has too much micro transactions, and it's clear the game is designed around that primarily. It's disappointing to see a decent game idea be compromised by a bad business model. There's so much leveling up, it's trivialized. Way too much add ons like gear, multiple currencies, etc, and time gated events that are really just the same game with better rewards. :(
