Don't use this bank it wantedly debits money when ever they want. From last 2 months they are debiting 500 for non mantainace charges. I'm asking them to close the account they are not closing when I'm asking and charging money from my account

This app is very exciting, because here if I don't have an idfc account but i am able to fetch all other bank accounts easily. It's very useful for monthly calculation and also its showing total balance with all bank account and all bank account transaction also🥳👌👍

its really a PAIN to see everytime I open this App you have an upgrade. the app doesn't work without completing the upgrade...ridiculous and something really serious to be looked after.

IDFC bank in India offers abysmal service, making it unwise to recommend to anyone. Their insistence on visiting a branch to change an address, with no online alternative, is a significant inconvenience for customers. Frustrated by these limitations, I've opted to close my account with IDFC. Their poor service ultimately drove me to seek banking elsewhere.

With the new update, when I click on Transaction history, it keeps saying session expired, please login again. This is extremely annoying, please rectify it ASAP. Other than that, this app is better than other bank apps

Very bad app and poor services.....my two wheeler loan emi already got debited from my account but still receiving a lot of msg and WhatsApp that I haven't paid my emi but I can clearly see that it is debited from the account....they don't update details on time and use to harrash every time .....poor network and bad services

Keep on updating every day. It looks that you'll don't have any work in the office, but to keep updating the app every now and then. Why can't you update the app every second or every minute.

It's a slow poison of your pocket. Initially they said, everything is free. After few months start cutting the huge charges on all the Credit Card transactions and Rupay Card. Their charges and interest rates are very very high. If you use their Credit card then you will loose your huge money and CIBIL Score. Go to HDFC or ICICI or any other Bank.

Really bad app for last 1-2 days am not able to login and when I re-installed the app it's showing technical error and not even allowing me to register. Not a good experience at all

Excellent services. I am in love with this bank. I didn't need to visit the branch 15 kms away from my home even a single time. All services are for free & that's the best. The UI design and development of the application is also fascinating and user friendly.

I don't know what's going on with this app, everytime it shows logged out and I have to register everytime to check my account details or for transfers. I think there is some problem with the App design and Android 14 version compatibility.

Worst experience of a banking app so far. Whenever u open the app, 1st it will show no internet connection even if there is strong network connection.. then when u ll try close it by pressing back button it will not work. There r many other banking experience which is below expectation in the current age of information flow.

This app is really fast, fluid, and has a overall good user experience. However, there's one minor annoyance I've encountered: Despite having only a credit card with the Bank, every time I open the app, it opens the Loans tab by default. In my case, it should show the Credit Cards tab by default instead.

Worst app I ever use, for everything you have to struggle to find it out. Can see the reward points, can't see the cash back amount, can even find out the offers on the card. Horrible experience, you guys need to work alot to make it user-friendly and easy to use...

It's just too much of notifications! Let me tell you how does it feel to have this App! It's like a constant source of irritation! They give notifications every HOUR, and whenever your open the App and in hurry there's always some random pop ups coming your way! Highly annoying!!

The best banking App with all features, products, services n accounts integrated into one app....ONE STOP SOLUTION n Wholistic for all our banking, Investments and bill payments integrated into one App. Truly digital without any hassle was able to open account in 2 days. Best part is anyone can use it and understand all the features.One Unique feature I loved was the ability to analyze your expenses and cash flows. Can work on improving the speed n making it more swift in loading the pages.

Edit1: The app is no more convenient to use, the interface is dead slow, doesn't react. No tab will work unless the graphics are loaded, the documents tab under loans doesn't even open and the app completey stops reacting. The technical team behind the app needs to rethink. I have tested the app for 3 different users as all my family have account in IDFC. Original Review: One Liner: For 99.99% of my stuff I don't need to visit the branch, all I have to do is to login into the app. Thank you.

very smooth account opening,very customer friendly app and nicely behaved ,polite staff,and every service doorstep....thanks to all staff ,managers and app creators and programme managers. only thing not friendly is airport lounge facility only after spending a amount.,it should be a permanent feature ofa card,whether debit or credit...best wishes.

Not even worth a single star. Worst banking experience. Having salary account for more than 6 years and yet they were unable to provide a good credit card with benefits. All they provide is First WOW credit card where you have to deposit your money to get the credit limit. Don't fell in trap of IDFC.
