Some of the things you can do with our app if you are looking for a property are:
• Draw your area of interest on the map. Enter the idealista map and draw the limits of the search area with your finger. Once drawn, we will show you all the listings within the area that meet your requirements and you will be able to see the map of all the properties to compare them at a glance. It's that easy.
• Find properties near you. Allow the idealista app to access your location to show you available properties in the vicinity.
• Activate alerts and notifications to find out first. If you are looking for a room or a house, you will know how important it is to be first in line. For this reason, we have our immediate alert system. Carry out a search on idealista with the area and the requirements you are interested in and save it with a name. Activate the alerts for that search and every time a new listing is published that meets your criteria or a property is reduced in price, we will let you know with an immediate notification on your mobile phone.
• Chat with the advertisers to solve all your doubts or arrange a visit to see a property.
• Create a tenant profile. In our app you can create a profile to introduce yourself when you contact an advertiser and have more chances of being the tenant of the property you are interested in.

The app is good but there's room for improvement. There are a lot of filters missing. For example, to filter by length of the rental (short term, long term), included things within each room (for example, oven in the kitchen, given that a lot of Spanish apartments don't have ovens). Also, would like to see a definitive "pets" or "no pets" as often they allow pets but don't post it, so screening for pets doesn't work. Also like to choose where I want notifications sent.

The app itself is easily navigable and clear. Searches are easy to create and save and updates are easy to manage. The translate option within the app is invaluable! The only thing that lets the app down is the vendors' insistance on not revealing the exact locations of properties. This may not be important to some but to most people its crucial.

Unfortunately this is the most popular app with most listings so people have to use it. But the UX is a disaster! It lacks basic features like selecting multiple chats and archiving them. The listing process is a disaster. They send you a code but it doesn't work even if you put the right code. And there's no way to ask for new code. Doesn't save listing as draft. So you have to fill all details again. Just really basic things regarding user experience are just not there!

This app sucks now. Much, much better online (via browser). Do not waste your time in this app. It freezes and always says "oops, something went wrong"... Yeah, your developer is terrible. Platform is great, app is horrible, especially after update.

You should have a filter for "exact location" this would save me and others from wasting time looking at properties when we don't know where they are. 👎👎👎👎👎

Good morning. Thanks for the updates. The proprietors of those houses published e.g for rent are NOT actual renting them out. They usually demand for the impossible. In most cases you meet with their demands and in the end they will come up with the excuses that they are not renting to foreingners. Descrination! Sule.

Awesome app if you are searching property to buy or rent. Available for Spain, Portugal or Italy. Great to seek property gems. Suggestions: a way to exclude occupied properties; add distance to rail station or bus stop / station.

Tha app is good but the English translation has absolutely nothing to do with the original description and often misleading. Important and crucial information missing and some made up facts are in the English description.

Keeps crashing, sort preference keeps being lost. Difficulty exiting maps keep having to close & restart, also when exiting description it takes you top of list instead of going to next property very frustrating when looking at multiple properties

This app doesn't offer enough help. Almost all ads are from real estate agencies that charge a fee to arrange the rental. Private ads almost never respond. You need to be careful with scams.

Super easy interface. Great app! Highly recommend this if you're looking for Italian properties to buy or rent. You can search by map or filter out what you are looking for. The map search is excellent. I wish there was a better way to organize saved properties via some sort of folder system.

The only problem for me has not to do with the app but the input by the advertiser. Poor picture quality or too few photos, or too many photos with duplicates or triplicates of photos. Not enough description. IMPORTANT is photo of outdoor space (balcony, etc) & orientation. And of course energy rating.

Great app, shows many houses and has great filters and search features. If you need property this is the way to go. It also includes an extremely useful translation feature for those from out of town. It would be great if this apps developers would spread their area to the US. It's much better than most US house hunting programs.

I wish it was easier to organize the homes that you save. It is so difficult to scroll through everything. I also wish you could name the searches right away. Often you have to go back in and tote them after you create them. Sometimes you want create one on the fly as you are browsing over the map. It just saves it as a random search.

I have been using this app for several years now, and appreciate the improvements it has made. However, one detraction is that they have removed Street View when a listing is available to view on maps. Additionally, it would be helpful if a floorplan was made mandatory to view with each listing as does immobiliare.it. And finally, I wish there was a way to switch between country searches without losing saved searches, etc. Suggestions notwithstanding, this is a great app!

Idealista has helped me find all of my homes in Spain. It has excellent search features and language options. Very easy to use. We began our search 6 years ago from the US and it helped us explore different regions to narrow our focus. The filters make it very easy. So far, we've found 3 perfect rentals, most recently, last week. We're excited about moving to a new area and into exactly what we were searching for. Highly recommend.
