The very best and secure way to hold my veterans ID my college alumni ID as well as my personal Identification. If you are a armed services war veteran this app will be something you should do!

I tried to sign in to a new account but it won't accept my ID me I put in my email address and it is telling me that it is incorrect

I installed the app. I went to use it and it would not do anything when I hit the button that said get started As far as I'm concerned this app is useless

It suched I was trying to do what it wanted i have a hard time with technology and being partly e lite erat it really is giving me trouble our secretary was trying to help me ill have to go to her and try again

Can not believe this app and online chat is impossible to deal with. If this is how you treat veterans, I can only imagine how you treat law enforcement, fire departments etc. Just incredible how the support is not supporting requests.

terrible, but was & wasn't 1/2 &1/2_*but the operator,dave,layla they were phenomenal, patiently explaining my navigation thru my phone,s features* function

Created an account when I hit the button and brings me to count down it says processing my request. Started from 15 to 0. Now it's not going any where.

My state pays this company to waste everyone's time with their turd pile level app and program. It should be required by law that if my tax money pays for this system that it is easy to use and functional instead of the stupid BS this is.

Great idea executed very well. This ups the security and convenience for many of us. When you know the risks and impracticality of carrying a hard copy of our ID's, you also know the value of this service. A timely and welcome addition to our internet connected lives.

Difficult when Gmail & passwords are deliberately targeted. Knowing full well Gmail & p.w. are good. And, like to say app is ok. Trying to share photo documents however difficult because ID app isn't with the share mail. But, I'll keep trying some more and hope it gets better ok

massive glitches on chrome with Android 12 keeps re-authenticating and displays the getting started splash over and over. Cleared cache and the same.

The amps not letting me log in. And it's not automatically refreshing the page. And when I do that, then it does the exact same thing. It going way down the 0 and does nothing.

Warning to users this app will lock you out because you can't fix your phone number and information. Don't mess with this app you can't get logged in ever & can't get help. Endless stupid automated loop.

It's just a good way to sign up for a important group of apps. It seems as though tho it has become increasingly more difficult to get things accomplished since the beginning of this storm they call a pandemic to prove your true 🆔 entry , Not complaining it's just difficult when they limit your access and your 2 step needs rest because you need to update my contact info changed which I did but can't do so for my pH # on mobile and having 0.00$ and a SR5 that needs to go in the shop to work®∆ π

Absolute garbage, can't access their site from my phone & both of their apps prompt you for information that they fail to get give you or explain. I'm furious. They have all government contracts & they are garbage worse they cost me 2 weeks of benefit payments. Worst least responsive useless waste of taxpayer money. Unbelievable , this is a company that never should have been awarded any contract. I smell a corrupt rat.

app works fine but it's very frustrating that i am constantly having to authenticate so frequently. I'm glad security is built into this app but it seems like if the screen turns off that i have to reauthenticate all over again

Worst app ever created. Got email saying test results are ready. But NOTHING comes up except to "schedule a testing", "register login", "download the my.wLlet app". If you don't have the results, don't tease the bear.

They don't help you when you ask for help. They will not elevate the call ticket or get you to a supervisor. Furthermore, they can close calls at their own discretion. I tried asking for elevated help in many ways and got ignored. When they don't know something, they will ignore you and kill the call ticket. I wanted to speak to a developer to ask them a question about a glitch I found in their software. No one likes problems, but that is the major way of making a product better. If your support options are faulty, then the product is too. They need to listen more because the customer support rep could not help me because she did not have a script for the broken issue I found in their software.

horrible, I now have two accounts and no access to the email on the first one, so I can't confirm or add my new email. I can't delete it, so after hours of frustration, I find that it's a 90-day wait for a response for help.
