I have had this app for MONTHS. I have spent HOURS putting in multiple collections. To the point multiple lists have well over 100 items. Lately, it won't let me search for pictures when I put in new items. Not a big deal, I will just save photos from the internet and upload those so I have pictures. Today, I find out I cannot add any more items to ANY of my lists without paying $10-40 for this app, and then from what I hear from others, it doesn't even work correctly once you DO pay for it!

I have thousands of items in my collection and it was such a pain to get it all entered. A lot of the time I add something it crashes. Especially if I'm creating a new entry from scratch. It happens most when trying to add images. Scanning a barcode pulls up tons of options to choose from. I think anytime someone makes and edit to their item, it saves it as a new item for people to search and add. This is a little obnoxious and makes it more difficult to add things. Searching is very cumbersome.

It's a waste of time. It's great for someone who has very very small collections. I got half way through scanning my collection of movies when I got stopped and a box showed that I reached my limit. What limit? There was nothing that said anything about a limit and that you have to pay for extra space. I spent 2 hours putting half of my stuff in for that? Ugh such a waste of time. It would have been a definite 5 stars otherwise.

This app I've been using for several months and it has provided a way catalog my tabletop model collection in a way I haven't found anywhere else using the custom collections feature. a few things that bother me for customized behavior. 1) Import and export functionality advertised does not work on customized collections 2) every field created has to be filled out even if it isn't always Relevant for that listing. 3) current beta for windows development does not work for custom catalogs

App needs a lot of work. Database works 70% of the time and finding most of the information for the movie that you scan in. Other times you try to scan in the movie barcode and the app pops up saying encoding 2 3 4 it keeps repeating that and you have to forcestop the app or it stops and you have blank fields and are forced to input all of the information and take pics. I sincerely hope the app gets better, but I will not be using any longer I found CLZ Movies works alot better.

Loved the concept started scanning things. There is only a 30 limit on the free version. I thought.. okay, well, it's got multiple lists of collections. I like that concept because my old movie app wanted to start a yearly subscription, and I feel like paying $30 a year to keep movies cataloged seems outrageous This app offered a one-time payment. So I paid the $30. Only to find out it wants me to pay $30 per collections. So now I can catalog my dvds but not my books, cd, etc. Quite upset.

I purchased the "everything" app in order to use multiple collections. my wife began scanning her book collections, and after 14 books, it keeps saying invalid barcode. I tried my phone with the same result. Manually entering the barcode works, sorta, and the barcode is the same on multiple books. The only reason I purchased this is because it replaced an app that shut down a few years ago that was great. This version is a step backwards from the former companies product.

For cataloging my action figures it's working out really well. My main complaint is when you share your collection to a friend the resulting page is ugly and almost useless for browsing. I would have thought a little more work would have been done on something which non customers will see. They might jump on board because the shared collection interface looks awesome. But it doesn't look awesome. It's prety ugly. Maybe I'm missing a theme setting or something.

At first I didnt download it because of the reviews talking about it crashing and the money paid after 20 entries. I used a different app on was fine meticulously entering each file. Then I tried this app. It doesnt offer the customization that some apps do, but it offers a barcode responsive database for easy entry. Things that cant be found by barcode can be searched for. After 25 movies, 8 albums and syncing there have been no promps. Try it!

Definitely should be more upfront about the 30 items limit then you have to make a purchase to add more. I was so excited to use this app and now I just feel like I wasted my time. I also feel like the prices are really expensive. $9.99 or $39.99 for what? The benefits don't look that good, in my opinion. I agree with someone else, might as well just make my own Excel sheet. My only positive is that I do like the barcode scanning. It isn't the best on the custom collection list though.

Careful before you waste your time. I agree with a lot of other reviewers that it should be much more clear that there is a limit on what you can upload for free. I spent over an hour taking photos and manually putting information in for my vintage cameras just to be cut off and told I needed to pay to keep going. I took all of my photos in the app so if I want to document my collection elsewhere I'm going to have to start from scratch. Feel like the price is pretty expensive for what it is.

There is no warning that the app costs money. I needed hours to upload my collections and all of the sudden you can only use it when you pay. That feels super dirty to me. It feels like I'm getting blackmailed. It is not even the option to get access to more things with a pro version it is just, you can't use it anymore if you don't pay. I wouldn't have maybe even bought it because it is a good app. But being blackmailed into buying it after spending hours setting it up just sucks!

I am normally against products like this that you have to pay for. But this has been an absolute game changer for keeping track of my collection. Being able to have quick and easy app that allows for me to see exactly the version of comic movie video game I have when I oit and about and cant remember if i already have said item has been extremely helpful. And the ability to make a custom list 6 stars. Customer support is also very quick and responsive they are also working on a desktop version.

App works great for the built in collections (I used books and movies so far). Not able to save a custom collection(autographs); can set it up but doesn't give ability to save. Contacted support and they told me it was a bug that would be fixed in the next release. I think $40 is reasonable for the unlimited items especially if the custom collection is fixed. Update: Recent update fixed the inability to save my custom collection. Thanks!

App seems to work well. My husband and I use it for a few different collections. Biggest downfall of the app, is they don't let you delete the first picture, or switch the order of pics. So many times I scan an item, and its first pic is someone just snapped a photo of it. If they could fix this so I could swap the first pic to something better, this app would get 5 stars. I also wish you could delete/hide categories that I don't use. Then I wouldnt have to scroll through for the couple I do use

Paying $30 for each collection you want to use, ok. But you still get an occasional ad to upgrade to Pro, a $50 SUBSCRIPTION. You can't use the desktop version unless you SUBSCRIBE to Pro. The barcode reader isn't great. It will lock up, and have to close the app to make it usable again. It will read three or four times, read partial barcodes, then mash everything together. If there is more than one item associated with a barcode (could even be the same item, just phrased differently) you

Desktop app is buggy. Phone app needs work too it sometimes double scans or scans faster than the app can get the information. But the worst thing to me is that you paid $100+ everything the app and subscription to use the desktop app. they still hit you with ads. I wrote them about it and they said that you can turn the notifications off. Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion.

Although I have had to pay for his app 3 times, I am very pleased with the layout and ease of use. I paid once to get the app in the first place. a few years later there was an upgrade and redesign. I paid for that. Then, just a few years ago there was another upgrade and redesign. I paid for that too. I am expecting it will happen again, but I have everything already recorded on this app, so it's pay up or get left behind.

Exactly what I wanted. One time fee for the functionality I needed. Quick SKU scans for my movies. And the ability to edit details. Fantastic. Just wish the one-time fee came with desktop access (which requires a sub). But a small complaint on what's still an overall solid product, and I respect the fact that the company has to make recurring money somehow to maintain the app.

This app is not with 30$ ! I thought for that price it would be a decent app, but it does nothing. You can't customize field names, or create views of data or even download the stored photos. I wish I could get my money back. The ONLY thing I like about it is the bar code scanner, but it's not great. It's just searching other people's data and pulling in their photos. I
