I've been playing this game for years and now this past 2days I've been unable to play as it won't even let me in!!! What's going on???? I have passed so many levels and have way to much coins to start again. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!

Cannot connect to Facebook. Therefore when I got a new phone. I had to start all over again at level 1 previously I was in the 2000's. Also I no longer receive daily rewards. Very disappointing

This game was great played it for about 6 years then suddenly my data was just gone. No reason for it. As well as the money I paid for no ad's. Now its start over with ads cause I'm not spending more money for it to happen again.

Love the game. Play it daily just to pass some time. Updated and now starting on Level 226, after just 5 moves used, it says, "you lose" and starts over again. Please resolve this issue. Thank you.

I absolutely love this game. The graphics and game play are awesome and top notch. To be honest, another reason I love this game is because its one of the last my mom and I played on my tablet/phone before she passed from cancer in October 2015. I'm 47 and I miss my mom so much and this game helps me keep that memory going, esp. at Christmas. So every year this game is redownloaded if its not still on my device. Thank you devs for this game and helping me keep a tradition going. I love you mama.

I've played several levels and can win the level with 23 or more turns still to go and it will go as far as 2 stars.. that just pissed me off for the 20th time on this 1 dang level. Its done it on plenty, I will most likely Uninstall...

Love this game and have played it for years, on many generations of phones. Suddenly it has crashed on current phone (Pixel 4a) and on all my old phones as well. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Can't load game past splash screen.

this is a good game but ad's after every play and after you watch the ads that you don't want to to watch in the first place. you click the x these greedy developers open up google play store anyway keep trying to get you to install more of there games if i want more games I'll install it on my own when i get ready not because you trying to make me. by opening up the play store when I'm trying to get back to the game bump this game,,

I love this game. I play it all the time. It calms me. I CAN NOT buy any coins or any package at all for this game. I got a new phone 6 months ago and had to download the game again and now I can't buy anything for the game. Why??? Please answer me or JUST FIX THE FREAKING GAME!!! I AM SURE WITH YOUR TALENT IT WOULD NOT TAKE LONG. THANK YOU.

My game kept crashing since the July 2 2019 update. No support or advice. I had to delete and reinstall the game. I lost all points, levels and snowmen. I'll give it one more play, but after that I will stop.

I was really really high up with tons of coins, stars and snowballs and I'm connected on fb but for some reason it has reset me back to the very beginning... if it doesn't go back soon I will be deleting and not reinstalling... spent years playing and collecting.. this isn't right

DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME! They are thieves and when the game won't load after several attempts of trying, then you uninstall and reinstall it they STEAL all of your coins and snowballs. I had 117,000 coins and 25,000 snowballs and now it is gone. You people are going to be reported to every single person I can report you to. THIEF!!! I want my stuff back. I did try all of that first. It is linked with my Facebook so there's no reason for you to take my stuff. This is the only game that does this

This game was good until there was an update or something. I lost 80,000 coins all kinds of extras screwed my whole game up. I couldn't even open the game no matter what. I clear cache, clear data now I'm going to uninstall to see what happens. I uninstalled it didn't work, nothing at all piece of trash. Foreign trash app.

This game used too be great. Tons of levels, side levels every few weeks. Sadly, it seems this game is getting left behind. Weekly updates that really do nothing. Side levels get updated, but now you are lucky to see 50 levels when you used to get 300. Sad really. This game is much better than IceCrush2, but because of its age, I guess the developer just doesn't want too keep it going?

I like it, but someone mentioned tutorials. I don't see any, and while most of the levels so far are self explanatory, I have no idea on how to use the hammer, or the other aids, or an overall explanation for any of the game components. Of course, I am only on level 50.

Been playing for a long time. Game won't load on my phone and can't find it on Facebook. What is happening??? It's now 6/13 and the game won't load and not working on FACEBOOK. I have emailed Kudo Support 3 times and no response. Guess I got robbed for the coins I've bought, the over 8 million silver coins I've accumulated and being at the top waiting for more levels. Google play should remove this scam of a game permanently π Do not bother with it!

EDIT: 3/7/21: Facebook Login gone? WTH? 4/15/19: If you have any issues & you email support, forget about receiving a reply/resolution! I would give zero stars if I could. I've played this game since shortly after buying my first smartphone in 2015. I upgraded that phone to this one in Dec 2018. My progress from level 1787 dropped to level 350. I had all 6 snowmen and I lost them all! I emailed ezjoy in January 2019, then again April 2nd. I'll uninstall if this doesn't work.

I was at the top level waiting for new levels to be added. There was an "update" and it hasn't worked since. I reported it and Google never replied. Guess they just don't care. I rated this at two stars before. Then the game crashed again when I was at level 2300. Then I noticed that many reviews said the same thing. The company could care less. The ONLY issue they care about is their advertising revenue. I continue to play but don't expect any support ever from the developer.

This is an awesome cool game.The Visuals,Grpahics and especially the Music is absolutely pleasing.It is just a normal match puzzle game but unlike other games this has varieties in game which provides a good experience.In some games like this,for a particular amount of levels the game will be easy but after that the game becomes so tough to cross even a single level.But this game is not like those its neither easy nor tough but has a average hardness.Ads come only when data is on.Do try it.β

Edit: I have reinstalled on new devices over the years, and lost levels and things I worked hard to achieve. Now it won't let me connect to Facebook at all, so have to start over completely. Lots of levels, don't run out of lives, ads are not obnoxious. Fun game! Only drawback are levels where getting 2 or 3 stars is impossible.
