2025 edit after 2 years of use. The app didn't have ads at first, now has in-app ads. For a product I paid for. And it randomly gives hacky vibes like it requiring too many perms and resetting randomly. The support is non-existant so if something doesn't work, good luck. It now has unskippable ads (at least 10 seconds long) meaning that if you want to quickly check your live feed you can't. I don't know what I expected from a Chinese company and product (software and hardware).

the camera's picture quality is very good, and it's tracking feature is neat feature, but it's very delayed in response to the object moving. and it can't keep up with it's target when moving too fast past the camera. I'll add more comments later after more testing with camera and app. but all in all... it's a good product with room to expand and upgrade in it's capability. thanx

The app used to be good for using the basic features, albeit having to watch the odd pop-up ad, but now you're being forced to pay to use even the most basic functions, like saving the still image from an alert (the data is stored on an SD card, but they desperately want you to subscribe to their cloud service). The camera for this app was just a cheap Temu one, so if the app gets any worse, I'll definitely be getting rid of it and trying a better brand.

i have subscribed to yearly cloud storage for 2 of the cameras. yes, the cameras records events on cloud, but im unable to display/reply. weirdly, recorded videos skip the important parts, where the motion happens. i have tried to access the developer for months, but still no response. now the cameras, cloud subscription and the app goes to the trash

So the only thing I would like to complain about this camera and it's app is that I had a subscription to record all movement and had it for seven days for some reason that subscription says "expired" and when I try to subscribe again it says I'm already subscribed and I should cancel my subscription to avoid a duplicate but there is no button or any contact information to get help in do so. If anyone else has successfully figured this out please let me know how you did it.

Very easy to install and run. The picture comes in very clearly. The problem with it is it keeps freezing up and has to be rest multiple times during the day. Checked my Internet and it's working perfectly so the camera shouldn't be freezing or shutting off.

Not a bad app but could be a lot more intuitive. It's just a camera for watching over your residential property and such, not making a next level, glasses-free, full parallax 3-D, Simu-scense "Vegas Only" mind blowing nonstop 3½ hour extravaganza spectacle. shEEEsh! Okay, alright I'll admit that I kinda stretched it a little. But still your pretty much on your own. Just glad it works at all unlike the last one I had. Looked almost identical but it was the total opposite,$6 chinese pus/phlegm!

I had a lot of problems with people walking across my yard. After installing this camera I have had once one person trespass on my property after contact their landlord I no longer have that problem. However, the reset button needs to be more durable. I have two camera and when installing the one on the back I damaged the reset button and learned you are out of stock so I can't replace it.

This camera,has terrible audio feedback. Even when I am 10 miles away the loud feedback stemming from the devices poor speakers overshadows any noise or voices in my home. The picture quality is about a 7 out of 10. I really wish I had bought a different brand. It's not the worst I have ever seen but it's definitely not as clear as it could be and recording sound is a complete lost cause. The app is not extremely user friendly for playback either tho you can eventually figure it out.

Not user-friendly. I should be able to get it to not respond to sound events. Choosing in Settings to ignore sound is futile. It resets automatically. Having no documentation on how to use this app makes it much more frustrating. This app takes away much of the value in the camera it is designed for. I would gladly choose an alternative if I could find one. Very disappointing. DEVELOPERS: PLEASE TELL US HOW TO TURN THIS OFF!

When motion is detected, playback only shows the stationary camera recording, not the PTZ gimbal camera record. GALAXY NOTE 9. Will give beter rating if this is fixed. Cameras are great. Lower camera tracks object very well. Motion detection operates great and returns to last position it was manully set to. Night vision is great. I will keep the cameras, provided the recording issue can be fixed so that i can see video from both cameras

Bought both the 4.99 a month and turned it on, then wanted to see if it was worth it. Now it asks me to pay again and says it's not on. The same applies to the 19.99 a year garbage. App likes the camera to respond to sound even though I turned it off. I want to shut off the light EXCEPT when it sees SOMEONE, not bugs, but it won't. It also doesn't send you notifications. I'll be cancelling the subscriptions since I can't use them. Ugh!! They charged my card again without my permission.

This app was ok and easy to use initially. They have introduced ads when you try to open the app now, which is VERY annoying for a product that I've already paid for. Sometimes, the ads have very loud audio, which is very jarring. I'm going to contact Amazon where I purchased the camera to see what they can do about a product refund and swap to a different brand of camera that doesn't try to get extra funds from ads on an app.

Microphone stopped working in my phone but not my husband's phone. Ries uninstalling and restarting my phone but neither actions fixed it. I'm still able to pan, tilt and zoom. I'm also able to hear what's going on in the room but my microphone feature isn't working and that setting is on

The camera itself constantly has issues, also it's annoying that now there are loud ads everytime I open the app. I have to access the camera quickly and am unable to because of these stupid ads. I don't know if I can still get a refund for the product on Amazon but I definitely will have to find a different alternative. Home security has now devolved into a bunch of ads just to use the damn camera that you already paid for.

There is barebones and then there's this. I'll eventually figure out where stuff is hiding instead of having to hunt for it every time, but I will apparently never be able to use the two-way speaker this is advertised to come with. I found the microphone and speaker settings, but there's no visible way to use them and NO instructions anywhere online.

Freezez up all the time and will send a notification telling me there's been motion detected from almost a full day prior. It does this randomly. most notifications in real time. I pay for a subscription monthly and there is no contact information for customer service or anything I don't like that and will probably switch cameras and apps soon as I have been double billed before and there's no one to contact to fix it

cheap cameras work. app works sometimes. the worst part is all the advertisements. if you need to pull up the app for a potential emergency, it might be a few seconds too late. not only are there annoying ads, but there is scam wear ads too prompting that "your device has a virus" yea it does. it's this cheap made app.

Edit: going down to one star now. I didn't think the app could get any worse! I was wrong! Now not only am I constantly logged out, but there's ads that pop up before I can get to my camera! App is sloooow. I don't want to wait a whole minute to check the camera and see whose at my door etc...they are gone by then . I want to see right away , not all this logging on and loading nonsense! The camera itself works , it's the App that's the problem!

it won't let me change the password it keeps telling me my email isn't recognizable so there is that and also it keeps saying motion detected when there's nothing or no one around, to me it's just a waste of money I've had better luck with cheaper cameras. and on top of that it have to be directly next to the Wi-Fi box in order for it to be online if I keep it away more than 10 ft it says device offline.
