The only app I know for when it updates it fixes one bug and creates another. Don't understand how taxi companies still use this app, absolutely terrible. Should take a leaf out of autocab or uber. They actually fix the bugs and not create another.

App not workes sometime as now I haven't work was not well and today I tried to login doesn't work at or second try to upload my doc.on driver portal not except any file .aufull... experience WT to do.???? After work with app few things still not updated as colour scheme is not good for example green with white It's black and white easy for all Cancel or update Costumer can text but driver can't I mean it's 2024 plz update all few things As not sure wts going on... Hummm...

Edit NEARLY 4 MONTHS LATER the favourite zone feature STILL does NOT work. This app is dogsh*t. New update has broken favourite zones. Doesn't work on either of my phones anymore. App is useless without this feature. Fix ASAP.

It crashes every time I switch to a different app, even to my maps. I have missed several fares over this, I wish tech would fix these bugs. Even my Boss has complained to you guys! This is ridiculous!

So maney annoying features why do skyline sends accident claim message every 1 hour and it keeps ringing until you open and shut it! Costumers can send you messages but you can't reply to them until you call them! Can't see where the customer is going before receiving the job! Can't see the customer's live location!

Great app. It's probably the best there is. Most of the posters of negative reviews are drivers who don't understand that their companies have used options that the drivers don't like. Setup properly by the operator as mine is and it works brilliantly.

Horrible. User unfriendly. Dangerous app. Makes you press a not very big OK button to clear messages and stop it bleeping. Try Autocab for a nicer experience all around. Although I do like the icabbi green.

While driving a customer and the customer changed the payment method the device starts ringing continuously until I read this information and press OK. This happens while driving and is dangerous. This is especially annoying while in navigation mode because it requires a lot of action while driving.

This is the most undeveloped ehailing app i have ever worked with. I can't changed the navigation app on the app, i have to start the waiting time manually, i can't view past trips on the app, i get charged £0.5 on many trips without any form of explanation, the flaws are so numerous! Infact the app is just a total mess. Whoever designed this should better take time to study how uber app works!

So many annoying features. Go on a break, put app in background and get an annoying chime every few seconds. Company sends messages out, they stay on screen so you have to press to get it off. ( heed your warning about using devices while driving, make it time off automatically). I've had countless chimes while I write this. Annoying

From today the messages don't appear on screen, but they are at the back waiting to read them. When I open the Waze for an address, seconds later at the top I have a new massage. When I close, it will come again with beeping noise. When I go back for the booking, I have to move out to the messages, open them (yes, multiple!) and push an OK button, but still after this there is another question to push another OK. You know how to distract the driver from safe driving with smiling face! WHY????

My phone is Samsung, and one of the app's problems is: when I go to booking or driver earnings or messages, and then I push the phone's back button to come back to the main page and metre; the app gets completely closed instead of come back one page. The phone's back button only works in the zones.

Recent update is terrible. Can't use back button on phone while using app, in navigation the price box is toooo big takes up lot of space on map and cannot pinch to make smaller like before update. No need to fix something that ain't broke.

New app update shocking. Try clicking back to go back out of bookings page and just sends u to homescreen of phone. Used to log out by clicking back button now it doesnt work. Seems developers are highly skilled at degrading an app rather than upgrading as usual.

Updated app today. Since update, I am unable to clear any pre-paid jobs (app bookings or account jobs), but can still clear cash jobs. Payment summary displays the correct price for the job, but when I press "Proceed", a message appears with "The total fare value must be greater or equal to £0.50" Running on Galaxy S22 Ultra with latest Android update.

Since the new updates, the Destination as set by the Rider in the App doesn't load when the trip is started. Driver has to physically type in the Destination again to proceed. The App also asks you to confirm cash payment, even though there's no alternative. These are redundant and a complete waste of Driver's time. Finally, after logging out of the App, the App still displays in the background: "Alpha Cars Running. Tap To Open." I think these are annoying and frustrating additions to the App.

Notifications and now it's shutting down. They updated May, 27, 2024 and now my app shuts down every time I switch to another app. I have a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra. The only way it stays open is if i click the navigation button and it switches to the map. This app is also annoying, every little change and it's ringing until you switch over and click the "ok" or "accept" button, this is very dangerous of you're driving, and very distracting with the ringing if you don't switch over and accept.
